We went home to Josh Rainer in silence.

On the steering wheel, Josh drives his black Porsche at above-average speed. He even slid just like that at some red light, rushing to the point of not caring about the signs he should obey.

I know, she was because she was upset with me.

Josh must still feel sensational because I have accused the grandmother he loved wholeheartedly earlier.

However, it was not only him who could feel annoyed here.

I also have the right to express my emotions.

Feelings of disappointment and inexhaustion with a rich family who did not think at all about the feelings of ordinary people like me.

Marriage is not easy. For me, marriage must be solemn and sacred.

But Grandma Josh made it seem like this was a normal thing.

For Grandma Josh, getting married means that the Gurnawijaya family will get a new leadership candidate to control Tel-X who is in a crisis of trust. That way, the Gurnawijaya Family's share coffers remain safe and untouched.

And he initiated all of this without asking for my approval!

Josh again turned sharply without braking, which made the squeak of the car tire overreact and make a loud noise.

He doesn't care about anything now other than getting home as soon as possible.

In a moment, we will arrive at the upper gate of the Bel Air Mansion.

We have been quiet since then and no one is interested in starting the conversation.

For the first time, me and Josh Rainer had a great argument and were in a situation that was not harmonious.

We have entered the Bel Air gate which is closely watched by the security. Josh finally slows down his car and drives slowly to his house, which still has to climb the hilly road.

My eyes are still fixed on the glass car that is treated to a spacious luxury house in the elite number one area in California.

I was told Josh had previously several important houses also settled in this area, such as singer Beyonce, former US president Ronald Reagan, to celebrity Kim Kardhasian.

My eyes were fixed on those mansions, but my mind floated everywhere.

Into our midnight talk for a week more I've been here.

Josh Rainer does not want his position in Tel-X...

After her marriage, she hopes to continue her life by contributing to music.

Since graduating from college, Josh has built an orchestra and theater building in downtown Los Angeles and continues to work until raising the place. Everything happens before his father calls him home to continue Tel-X.

I would even be happy to continue my specialist education here, the country with the best and most advanced medical education studies in the world. If I'm lucky, I might have a chance to be part of the distinguished medical staff at UCLA Medical Center.

My life will certainly be very different here, but of course there will be no lack of love from my future husband who loves me very much.

On the other hand, Josh had planned to “liberate himself” from Tel-X and give it to his rightful heir, Aldebaran Gurnawijaya. With Al's real identity as Josh's older brother, it should be Al who has the right to hold the reins of the multinational conglomerate.

Unfortunately, things did not go according to his plan.

His father, who died not long ago bequeathed the entire Tel-X business to Josh Rainer. Just Josh Rainer the sole heir to this business, for some reason.

However, Josh benefited greatly from the contents of the will. One of the points is: Josh can appoint a replacement company leader with careful consideration and approval of the board of directors, but on condition that Josh must be married.

This gap is what Josh hopes to exploit with this situation.

Josh hopes the issue of his unstable health becomes a strong consideration for the board to replace him with Ale. On the other hand, while his health was not yet restored, Josh married me, which made him worthy of making a decision regarding his replacement.

Until this afternoon, Josh Rainer was sure all his plans would go his way.

Until finally, the phone from Grandma messed up all her fun.

Make him a man with no favourable choice for him. If he shows himself now in front of the board, it means he is ready to return to being the leader of Tel-X and make his dream work here again delayed.

Or, he kept pretending to be sick and in the end I was the one who appeared as the temporary controller of the company. Until Josh can find a new way to get him to escape Tel-X and leave it entirely to Ale.

I still think hard myself. There is no harm in Josh making the first choice, sacrificing a little bit and delaying his dream to continue his career here. At least until he had a way to clear Ale's name and give the full extent of his father's inheritance to her.

However, why would Josh not look at this scenario as a way out?

Why does he insist on pretending to be sick?

In fact, this will not last long if everything goes according to his plan.

Or is there something I don't know here?

Is there anything Josh Rainer hasn't told me? Which makes him have to pretend to be sick and away from Tel-X management?

Until finally, Josh's car tires creak in front of a tall black fence.

We have arrived.

Automatically, the sensors in the fence managed to recognize Josh's car as the owner of this house. The fence was automatically shifted which made Josh immediately drove towards the parking lot of this luxurious mansion.

However, suddenly Josh braked sharply.

Which makes my head almost hit this Porsche dashboard if I don't use the seat belt.

Josh doesn't seem to notice me. His eyes focused forward.

And stunned when he saw a yellow Lamborghini parked in front of the lobby of Josh's luxury home.

Josh quickly opened his seat belt without helping to release my seatbelt.

Without any explanation, he got out of his car and ran into the house.

What the hell's going on?

I'm trying to chase him.

What made Josh rush like that regardless of me?

I took a big step until we were finally in the big foyer in Josh's house.

And saw there was a long-haired woman there. I looked at the wall of the house and turned my back on us.

And next to me, my future husband seemed to be panting with a look of gloom as if he was glaring.

I can't believe seeing what's in front of him.

The woman was still unaware we were behind her.

Until finally, Josh Rainer's voice broke the atmosphere.

Which also broke my heart.

“Helena? Why are you here?”

I'm stumped.

So anyway..

The woman who made Josh Rainer rush out of his car was Helena..

My heart is really hot.

Seeing my future husband meet his ex-girlfriend again.
