I don't get it.

In my mind, I imagine myself, Josh Rainer and his grandmother holding a counter-press conference to avenge what Celine has done.

Reporters would come after me with questions and shower me with flashes of camera lights. I took the opportunity to expose the fact that it was me and Josh who were victims of Celine's cruelty, not the other way around.

In my imagination, I would play the authentic footage I took behind the library door in front of the reporters. They will be surprised to know the truth: me and Josh have fallen victim to Celine's nefarious plot to seize power from one of Indonesia's largest conglomerates.

After that, Celine would wet the bed so afraid she languished for life in a cold prison room. He and Becca try to find a way to escape, but the police sent by Josh Rainer are unopposed. They will be responsible for their actions in prodeo hotels, maybe for a few years or forever.

Then, by itself my good name will be clean, I can continue my life back and go home to my parents with security.

And of course, Josh Rainer will sit back in his place as CEO of Tel-X. Mrs Gurnawijaya remains Tel-X's biggest shareholder as all of Celine's stolen shares will be deluded and meaningless for the company's survival.

“Why do we just stay here?” I asked in a high tone, letting out my confusion.

Josh was still putting on his smile, which was cold but mysterious it was just for me.

“You will know in a moment,” he said casually.

Is there not a single person here who wants to explain to me why these two rich people are so calm while Celine will soon steal all their possessions in a moment?

Grandma Josh seemed to understand from my worried face that I was in need of an explanation.

“Selena, trust us,” he said reassure me.

I can't say anything but snuggle. Now I've folded my chest, a little annoyed at how they didn't explain their silent plan that was very important to me.

Why did Aldebaran, Celine's biological son, throw away all the effort his mother put in to help Josh Rainer?

And why should Aldebaran clear my name, while the main actor is Celine?

All this awkwardness swirling around in my head.

Meanwhile, Josh Rainer just showed off his big smile to me. A sign of satisfaction with what Aldebaran said.

What plan are you actually putting together Josh?

If I'm important to you, why don't you give me a chance to get involved?

I feel frustrated and disappointed at the same time. A very antithetical taste with a blooming flowerbed feeling that I felt for Josh Rainer a few hours earlier.
