Ch. 152: There Will Be Time

A few days have passed. However, the news about Black Shadow and Kazuya Toda still remained at the top of the rankings. One by one the people in Kazuya Toda's circle were examined. Of course this case drags new names.

Seina, who was still packing her belongings, suddenly stared at a television screen that showed news of the discovery of the body of a man floating in the Sumida river, Tokyo. The discovery of the body became an uproar because it is associated with the existence of Black Shadow that disappeared until now. Many believe that the man who drowned was Black Shadow. Police have had trouble identifying the body and have not issued an official statement. However, people have flocked to sow Camelia flower petals along the Sumida river as a form of respect. Even so, many of them wished the hero of justice to survive and stay alive.

After watching the news, Seina picked up a heart-shaped box that held dozens of Camelia petals that she collected every time she met Black Shadow.

Standing at the end of the balcony, Seina opened the small box cover. Letting the petals of Camelia who witnessed their encounter fly with the autumn wind.

I used to believe that there would be a time to hear your name, my heart was ordinary. And this is how I feel now. Thank you for giving me the experience of falling in love with a mysterious figure that has remained a mystery until now.

Seina smiled, watching the petals of Camelia dancing in the air. In the past, Black Shadow was able to stir his heart. After deciding to go back to Shohei, all the Black Shadow related matters seemed to disappear in his mind. Nor was it curious to find out the man's true form. All his curiosity about the masked figure had been deeply buried.

Seina walked out of her room and then down the stairs. Down there, the head of the housekeeper along with the servants lowered their heads with a sad look.

"Miss, let me send one of the servants and bodyguards to accompany you, Miss," the butler asked anxiously. As the person who dedicated his life to the Matsumoto family, of course he was not willing to let Seina out of the house and live without care.

"no need. I have entrusted my life to my fiancee. I'm sure he can take care of me more than anyone. Don't worry, I'll visit you guys often. In the future this house will be converted as the Law House. Surely I keep trusting you to guard this house."

"We pray that Miss's dream of becoming a lawyer will soon be fulfilled." The butler and the servants bowed in full accompaniment to the departure of Seina who decided to leave the house to stay with Shohei. Out there, it turned out that the glasses guy had come to pick her up.

At the same time, Ai Otaka was standing right in front of the plaza building in the Shibuya area. He came with a large wreath, then placed it where Seto Tanaka fell and died.

"You're still my best friend even if you don't think I am" Ai said as she looked up at the blue sky.

He has recovered and is ready to return to the metropolitan police. Once we got there, everything looked different. If there were a lot of police officers who met with him because he was the son of the police chief, now they look cold and even consider him as nothing. It could be seen, as he chatted with his team, but they immediately rushed out. Fortunately, Ai has the nature of a fool.

For a moment, he looked to the side precisely at Seto's desk. Come to think of it, all this time only Seto was close to him. The man even often advises him and warns if anyone does not like him.

From his desk, Ai headed to the room of the first division chief investigator to greet Shohei. Unfortunately, when he got there, he found the place empty.

"Hey, where's our chief?" ask his colleague who happened to pass by.

"Yamazaki-san is out of the metropolitan police force. I heard you were one of the candidates who replaced him," the policeman replied as he passed.

Ai Otaka was aghast for a moment. Her chest feels tight. After feeling empty from being left for dead by his best friend, now the only person who acknowledged his skills here has left.



Seina has arrived at Shohei's apartment. When he was about to arrange his belongings, his view was instead diverted to a large square box containing office equipment, police attributes complete with a signboard that read his lover.

"I'm ... back from zero again," said Shohei cirih, "but .. I don't regret it."

Seina's mouth curved into a smile. "We'll both start over."

Shohei nodded while returning Seina's smile. "By the way, how about we relax for a moment. Would you like to watch with me? This cinema never used ...." Shohei suddenly remembered that he had seen a movie with Yuriko. "I mean ... just used once."

"I agree. Do you have any good movie recommendations?" seina asked as she followed Shohei who had entered their mini cinema room.

Shohei shows his collection of films with great passion. Seina's eyes seemed to stumble when she saw one by one the collection of her fiance's film. Because the films are genre history, war, mystery, crime, thriller, suspense and colossal which of course not in demand.

"It looks like Seina-chan doesn't fit into these movies."

Seina nodded with a sour face. "I love romantic movies that are blue."

Shohei scratched his head while grinning. "I don't have a collection of romance movies."

They then watched the romantic movie together. Ten minutes into the film, the lovers seem to dissolve with the storyline. Evidently, both of them just focus on watching without making a sound.

Romantic scenes in the film also appear. The cinema screen now features two main characters holding hands for the first time. Shohei's hand spontaneously crept into Seina's back.

Seina turned to Shohei while turning her hand to return the man's hand. Both of them smiled and continued to watch.

The next scene shows the male lead embracing her intimate partner. Shohei releases their hand link, then embraces Seina as she was in the scene. This makes their bodies close and not distant. Again, the two just looked at each other while throwing a smile.

The romantic atmosphere is increasingly awakened, when the two main actors in the film kiss each other. Shohei's eyes were wide open and he seemed to gulp saliva many times looking at the scene of a fairly hot lip contest. While moving her face to the side slowly, it was unexpected that Seina also turned her head and looked at her.

Either because it was carried away, suddenly their lips were stuck together. Just one second, before Shohei finally regained consciousness and immediately withdrew.

"Gomen, Seina," he said nervously.

"Why apologize?" seina asked quietly as she moved her face.

Feeling the green light, he made a spontaneous movement by pushing Seina to make the position of the girl leaned. He lowered his head to make their lips touch again.

Shohei moved his lips slowly, greeting Seina's upper and lower lip in turn. Gently grasping the feeling nan. Seina opened up by starting to reply to the inexperienced pagutan from her lover. Even so, there is a great love that is contained in every sip for the sake of sip.

Their warm breaths mingled with each other. Their kisses turned a little aggressive. The atmosphere of the room increased as their kiss deepened.

"Aauu!" Seina's scream came out suddenly to make their kiss come off instantly.

"Why? Did I hurt your lips? Sorry, I'm too excited" Shohei said as he held his lips.

Seina shook her head while enduring the pain. "Not my lips, but .. my feet."

Shohei immediately lowered his head. His eyes bought when he realized that his feet were still based on shoes accidentally stepped on Seina's bare feet. He hurriedly shifted his body to the side.

"Moment, Seina-chan. Gomen ne ...." The nervousness regained control of the man. He just stroked the nape of his neck while staring at any place.

"It's okay." Seina touched the back of Shohei's hand and it made her shudder instead.

Shohei suddenly rattled. As her eyeballs moved to the side, her gaze unintentionally turned towards Seina's wet lips.

"Then ... what ... we .. can .... repeat it?" Fractured words came out of Shohei's mouth timidly.

Seina threw a smile in response. In the end, they ignore the movies watched to make romantic scenes that are no less beautiful.

Starting tonight, the atmosphere of the apartment turned warm. There was a pair of men and women's shoes neatly arranged in front of the entrance of the apartment, there were two white towels waving at each other on the balcony of the room, also brush your teeth light blue and pink in the same container. And a pair of people hugging on the bed in one blanket. All of those scenes seem to affirm, there will be times when someone comes into our lives to shake off the silence.

When I started writing this novel, I wrote a scene in the negotiation chapter, a one-on-one meeting between Shohei and Kazuya Toda. Where Shohei would choose between Black Shadow and Seina. I write this chapter, after writing chapter 1, and throughout the on going, I change the dialogue five times until the dialogue you read. This is the best scene of my version in the novel, as it shows the character of Shohei is completely consistent with the truth. Not afraid of the threat from the enemy. I often watch scene2 negotiations between the enemy and the protagonist, in which the protagonist obeys the wishes of the enemy simply because the enemy is carrying around a figure that the protagonist loves as a threat. And it makes me very disappointed because loved ones have always been a powerful weapon to weaken the protagonist.
