Ch. 59: Who is the Tenth Target?

The mysterious official is visibly infuriated when his men inform him that he has lost track of Black Shadow. "Well, I didn't think Mr. White is very sensitive, yes!" Kei closed the recording. "Alright, I just want the true identity of Black Shadow."

"For what?"

Kei raised one eyebrow. "Of course for a news article. Black Shadow action has always been a trending one on a number of social media.
