Remember Me, Baby.

Remember Me, Baby.
The civil records office

The tension on Marco Roux and Alfred's faces slowly melted away hearing Andrew's exclamation. The frown on the two old men's eyebrows slowly faded away.

Marco rubbed his hands in satisfaction as he said, “That's great. Alfred, get people to spread out the invitation. Wedding party will be held next week.”

The old man then turned his head towards Andrew and Keiko then gave the order, “Come, get ready. I'll drive you guys to register your marriage at the civil registry office now.”

Keiko gawking. That fast? To the civil records now? He thought at least the reception would be held next month!

“Do not worry, the invitation has been prepared since ten years ago. Just need to fill the name of the bride,” explained Marco Roux when he saw his prospective daughter-in-law who looked a little shocked.

Ten years ago?

Keiko was getting more and more stunned. At first he thought Andrew's words stating that his father always forced him to marry was far-fetched. However, now he believes Andrew is not lying.

“For reception problems, it should be one week enough to choose a wedding dress and arrange the decorations as you want,” continued Marco Roux again with a very satisfied face, it was as if he had just done something amazing and deserved a compliment. It seemed like the two glasses of whiskey he was holding made him even more excited.

Andrew seemed to realize his father's change and reprimanded, “It looks like Dad is getting drunk. Otherwise, Alfred alone yang—”

“Who is drunk? I'm still conscious! Just two glasses, how can I get drunk?” Marco Roux sneered and smacked his chest arrogantly. “I'm your father! I'm the only person who has the right to accompany you to register your marriage on a civil record! I've waited so long for—“

“OK .. okay ... Dad wasn't drunk,” interrupted Andrew before his father rambled even more. He did not want to argue and ruin the happiness he had just felt.

Contrary to Keiko, Andrew grinned broadly and clasped Keiko's hand. It seems the universe made things easier for him!

“Bocah, I just realized .. how can you get in?” marco asked with a waist-tousled. Wasn't his son still pounding on the glass from the outside?

“Is it still important to discuss?” reply Andrew while hugging his father tightly, “I am so happy! Thank you, Dad!”

Marco Roux froze for a moment. For the first time in his life, he saw Andrew smiling this wide and said he was happy. For the first time in her life, her son hugged her very tightly. The old man sighed softly, raised his hand and returned his son's embrace. His eyes glazed over, not expecting that there would be a time when Andrew was so excited and really “live”. Was it all because of the girl in the painting who incarnated into that human being?

“Good if you are happy. That's the main one. Other issues, let me handle it. You guys don't worry,” said the old man in a slightly trembling voice. He was really close to crying. His long wait to see his only son married finally came true.

“Come, hurry ... before Cecille actually arrives here,” take her along while unraveling a hug.

“Wait a minute, Dad. I'm asking Kim to bring Keiko's identity papers here. He's still on the road, maybe in a minute until.”

“Kim?” Marco Roux's frown furrowed deeply. As he remembered, none of his men were named Kim.

“Um ...” The smile on Andrew's face suddenly looked a little stiff. “It ... the second prototype I took from Phoenix. I don't mind, do you?”

“Of course don't mind,” reply Marco Roux quickly.

Andrew smiled so much that his teeth were all visible.

“I won't mind it. .. As long as next year there's already a plump and healthy grandson in my arms. Otherwise ... see how I take it into account with you.”

Fortunately, not long after that there was a roar of cars that stopped in the courtyard. The four people were—including Alfred who tailed from behind— rushed out. They observed the doors of the white sports car that were opening intently.

“Halo, everyone. I didn't expect to get a welcome like this.”

Keiko was quite surprised to see who had appeared from inside the car. That was Clark! How did that guy get here? However, before Keiko could open her mouth to ask, the other door opened again. Kim got out of there and bowed respectfully.

“Mr.Roux, Miss Keiko, Big Lord ...,” one by one.

“Kim ...” Finally a smile blossomed on Keiko's face as it felt like meeting an old friend.

Marco Roux stared intently at his prototype, which has now been renamed Kim. Fortunately, there was only one such son in his life. If he had two or three more similar to Andrew, whether he could live long or not.

“Me and Kim instantly book the fastest commercial airfare when they get a message from you,” Clark explained without being asked.

“Nobody asked you to come. I just asked Kim to bring Keiko's belongings here,” Andrew said indifferently, making Clark's confident look suddenly turn purple and green.

“You—“

“Whisper once, where's the thing I want? Hurry up, I don't have much time.”

“What's wrong?” clark asked, handing over a rectangular box to Andrew.

“Cecille is here.”

“What?! Then leave quickly, let me deal with it here.”

Andrew's eyes flashed. The idea was good too. Let Clark be his shield for a while.

“If he comes, just tell him I'm still at the airport. Kim, you keep an eye on him, don't make trouble,” the message.

“Good, Captain.”

“Dad, let's go.”

Marco Roux nodded and followed his son to the car Andrew had been driving from the airport. It just so happened that the car could only fit four people, so Old Alfred could not come along.

“Go to the civil records office!” marco Roux's Order. He pulled out his phone and called someone.

“Good, Mr.”

The driver starts the engine and steps on the gas pedal. The car sped up, taking all three passengers to their destination.
