The sound of crying babies echoed in the hospital hallways as they were still early in the morning. Marco Roux and Alfred who were waiting in front instantly surged awake, staring at each other with mixed expressions, then hugging and skipping around.

“My grandchildren are born! Alfred, they're born! Oh, gosh ...”.

“Congratulations, Sir! You have become a grandfather,” Alfred said as he patted Marco on the shoulder.

Marco Roux's eyes glazed over. He was so happy that he almost fainted. Last night when Andrew informed her that Keiko was starting to have heartburn, he immediately told her to take Keiko to a hospital that had been specially prepared for Keiko when she was about to give birth. Her grandson was born three weeks earlier than HPL, which made her a little anxious.

When Keiko was brought into the delivery room about eight hours ago, it felt like Marco Roux's stomach was wrapped around. He could not sit quietly, nor did his knees feel unsteady. Now all that suffering ends when a loud cry is heard from inside the delivery room. Now he was eager to see the two babies, but seemed unable to enter, only able to walk back and forth in front of the room while squeezing his fingers nervously.

Marco Roux jumped up and spun quickly when he heard his son's voice. Andrew stood at the door holding a cute baby wrapped in a clean white blanket. Marco immediately approached his son and grandson in a hasty step.

“Still handled by nurse. Wait in the patient's room, Dad. Soon they will be taken there with Keiko.”

“Is my daughter-in-law okay?”

“Do not worry, the condition is a little weak, but the doctor said there is no bleeding or anything like that worth worrying about.

“Oh, thank goodness .. then I will wait for you there.” Marco Roux immediately turned around and pulled Alfred's hand away to the pre-prepared VIP branch.

Andrew smiled broadly and brought the baby back into the room. Sweat as big as corn seeds dripped on his forehead and back. Eight hours of accompanying his wife endured the pain and struggling between life and death to give birth to their children made her breath also nearly break.

The sight of Keiko in so much pain made her very agonized as she could do nothing to ease it. Thankfully, it's all over now. The extremely healthy and adorable baby boy in his carrier continued to stare at him with a very cute expression, making him want to kiss her repeatedly.

“Sorry, sir, we will move the baby and their mother to the room,” said a nurse standing near the incubator.

“Good. Careful.”

The nurse took the baby from her carrier and moved it to an incubator. Andrew then approached Keiko who was still lying weakly on top of the gurney. Her hair looked wet and sticky from sweat, but her clothes had already been replaced with clean ones. There was an infusion on the back of his right hand. His performance made Andrew feel very sorry. He looked down and kissed his wife carefully. However, Keiko remained awake because of that light movement.

“I woke you?”

Keiko nodded and smiled. He did not actually sleep, only closing his eyes to recollect his absorbed energy.

“Where are the kids?”

“There is an incubator. You will be moved to room.”

“Oh .. okay.”

Keiko closed her eyes again as her vault was pushed out. Andrew walked beside her while clasping his free fingers. The action invites admiration as well as envy from the nurses. They also want to get married and have a husband like that!

Upon arriving at the room, Marco went straight to the incubator to see his grandson lying side by side. He was really crying because he was happy at the time, making Old Alfred overwhelmed by having to persuade him.

“Thank you for fighting to give birth to these children,” she told Keiko.

“Sama-sama, Father,” reply Keiko while smiling thinly.

After being satisfied to see and take a picture of his grandson, Marco asks that the nurse take the baby to his mother.

“I will go home and prepare an event to welcome this baby back to the mansion. Oh, I'll send some servants to help here,” Marco Roux said before exiting the room.

Andrew only nodded at a glance, whereas Keiko could only sigh in resignation. Just let the old man do whatever it takes to welcome his granddaughter.

A nurse brought a baby wrapped in white cloth and laid him on Keiko's side. The baby looked back at her with her round eyes that looked very cute.

"This is her sister" said the nurse.

“This is her sister,” the nurse said again as she laid another baby boy wrapped in a light blue cloth next to Keiko. “They are very handsome and healthy. Congratulations, yes, Madam. You are very lucky.”

Watching how Andrew Roux accompanied his wife during the labor process by water birth made him feel very envious. The man hugged and persuaded his wife very painstakingly, clearly showing how much love the man had for his wife.

Keiko sighed helplessly.

“You slept on my stomach for nine months, I was in pain half-dead in childbirth .. but look, whose face you took,” muttered as she gently rubbed the youngest's cheek with her index finger.

Hearing his wife's complaint, Andrew chuckled softly and replied, “They're my son, of course should look like me.”

Keiko rolled her eyeballs and pursed her lips. “Narcissistic basics,” grunts slowly.

“Look, Mama is very difficult to keep you in the stomach and give birth to you with full struggle, later .. must obey Mama, otherwise Papa will hit your ass hard.”

The two babies roared loudly. As if she was doing a choir, the two babies cried with great sadness. Andrew was shocked and did not know what to do.

Keiko glared at her husband and reached out to rub the baby very gently, but the baby was still crying.

“Maybe they are hungry, Mistress.”

The nurse approached and helped Keiko find a comfortable position to breastfeed. The sister suckled first. The boy suckled very greedily. His facial expression looked so pitying that Keiko was moved to persuade him.

“Don't listen to your Papa, if he dares to hit, Mama will kick his butt hard,” Keiko muttered with great affection.

Miraculously, the two babies immediately stopped crying. Now they just chuckle until their round eyes seem narrowed. The firstborn to stop breastfeeding for a moment because he laughed with his sister.

Andrew was stunned and looked at his two sons in turn, then complained, “You're really ...”

Keiko laughed satisfied. Although very similar to Andrew, but his two children are very obedient to him. So very good too.

The nurse in the room did not know if they should laugh or cry. While Keiko glared at her husband ferociously. Even with your own child, it is very calculated!

“You ... basic shameless, still want to fight with baby?” hiss Keiko.

“It was mine,” reply Andrew did not want to lose. “Now it looks so plump, but I can't even touch it.”

The man's voice clearly contained a lot of grievances, making Keiko really want to kick her ass.

The elder seemed to have been satisfied with the suckling, he moved away from his mother's chest and looked at Andrew with a cute expression.

Andrew could not stand it, he picked up the baby and said, “Welcome to the world, Alexander Roux ...”

As the youngest was approached to him for a suckle, Keiko rubbed the little baby's cheeks and whispered, “Welcome to the world, Sebastian Roux ...”

Andrew leaned over to kiss Sebastian, then kissed his wife on the forehead.

“I will take good care of you,” his promise with all my heart.
