Remember Me, Baby.

Remember Me, Baby.
The harmonious husband

Inside the room, Andrew was opening up his laptop and downloading the information Garry had just sent. He presses the enter button to open the recently downloaded file. A hologram display floated on his desk. All the files he read and studied very carefully, do not want to miss the slightest gap.

The man marked several parts, including the background and the time equation in several locations at once. He noted the names of the places where the men met with Jovanka and Mr. Tanaka, as well as their contacts with Ryuchi's men.

Those cunning humans .. huh, they just snare each other in classic tricks full of intrigue, just waiting for who first mired into the trap.

Andrew closed his eyes and nibbled his temple for a moment. His head was really dizzy. It was unexpected that those people were very thirsty for power, even justifying all means to occupy the highest peak.

It seemed like they could not understand if the highest position could only be obtained with hard work accompanied by ability. Dirty ways—moreover by using cheap tricks with the criminals— will only drag someone into the valley of destruction.

Beeping. Beeping. Beeping.

The indicator light on Andrew's phone flickered with a special ringtone. He immediately pressed the green button to receive the call. In an instant half of Clark's body appeared before Andrew in a four-dimensional display.

“Andrew, you won't believe what I just found!” clark said as soon as he saw Andrew's face in front of him.

Andrew's eyes narrowed watching his best friend's enthusiasm. He asked, “What makes you so excited?”

“See this!”

Clark pressed an object that resembled a remote control in his hand. In an instant the conversation between Jovanka and a bald man resounded in Andrew's room. The micro-camera clamped by Clark on the woman's watch worked exceptionally well, showing the entire face of the cold and cruel bald man.

This time Andrew was completely unable to cover the shock from his face. He recognized the man who was one of the top EEL officials in Russia. The bald man was named Mr. Durrant, the man who headed the military operation in Russia recently. It was truly unexpected that the calm and dedicated looking man had this kind of ambition. His cruelty looks terrible when kicking Jovanka mercilessly.

There was no information regarding Mr. Durrant in the file sent by Garry, which meant the man worked very carefully. Then why did she suddenly spiral out of control and come straight to Jovanka? There must be something urgent that forced him to do it.

“I see you are quite surprised,” Clark said with pride, “This information you did not get from Garry, ‘kan?”

Andrew snorted in response. He glanced at his friend indifferently as he said, “Be careful, lest they know that you are spying on them. Those people are not the type that are easily overcome. Do not act without my confirmation.”

“Well ... well .. well, Mr. Roux, are you worrying about me?” tease Clark with a flirtatious smile.

“Don't praise yourself too much. I just don't want to lose the resources that can still be used,” ''' 'attacked Andrew while putting a disgusted expression on his face.

Clark glares. His friend was more silent, but when the mouth opened then only words of innuendo as sharp as a heart-piercing sword were thrown. Clark was just about to reply to Andrew when he heard a knock on the door with a clear sound from the outside.

“Andrew, dinner is ready.”

An awkward silence was pouring out in the air. Keiko's voice made Andrew forget what he was thinking for a few seconds. He doesn't know whether to answer to the girl or decide to call Clark first.

Meanwhile Clark was almost turned upside down in front of his best friend. Half of his body in the form of a hologram was moving up and down like a person jumping up and down, his eyes were round and his mouth was moving like he was squealing.

Hearing Clark's words made Andre's face become gloomy, his eyes became deeper and more dangerous.

“Try saying once more,” the man commands while staring fixedly at the reflection of the hologram which is only about three steps from before him.

Hearing the threat in Andrew's tone of voice made Clark realize that he had joked around the limit. He immediately made a mouth lock motion and said, “I know I'm wrong. I'm sorry, okay?”

Without waiting for Andrew to answer, Clark immediately disconnected the call and took a deep breath. He just remembered that Keiko had just stung his father's ashes into the sea. Although he looked calm, he knew the situation Andrew was in was definitely not easy. In fact, his best friend's situation is more difficult because it involves the girl he loves.

Meanwhile on the other hand, Andrew calmed himself down before opening the door. Inevitably Clark's words affected him: living well together like a married couple.

Unfortunately, her marriage to Kinara Lee in her previous life did not last as long as she had hoped. While in the present life, he does not know whether to win the heart of Sakamoto Keiko or not because there has been no significant progress to date. What a ridiculous irony if not tragic.

“Sorry, am I bothering you?” keiko asked with a hint of guilt when she saw Andrew's disheveled face poking out from behind the door.

“No,” argue Andrew fast, “Come, I'm hungry.”

“Hum.”

The two men walked into the dining room quietly. Andrew sat down across from Keiko, then picked up a plate and scooped up the rice. The aroma of cooking tickles the sense of smell and evokes an appetite for food. The man reached out to pick up the vegetables at the end of the table, but Keiko first clamped the vegetables with chopsticks and reached out to him.

Andrew's hand stopped, and so did Keiko. They were both stunned for a moment, the difference was that Andrew's smile was puffed up while Keiko's face was flushed with embarrassment.

“Thank you.”

“I'm sorry.”

The two words sounded almost simultaneously accompanied by a stiff and nervous movement from Keiko who was confused about putting the vegetables back in her chopsticks, or still handing them to Andrew. Fortunately Andrew first took the initiative to thrust his bowl so that the awkwardness was slightly reduced.

“I'm sorry for my sassness,” Keiko said while looking down. He cursed in the heart. What was he thinking so that he could act recklessly like that? It was like cooking and serving my husband to eat.

“It's okay. I don't mind even if you do it every day,” replied Andrew casually.

He scoops the rice and eats the vegetables Keiko had just taken. It seems Clark's words are not too exaggerated. This life feels like a harmonious husband and wife. Suddenly he was not too upset anymore to his foul-mouthed friend.

Being quite happy, Andrew did not realize Keiko was almost choking on hearing her answer earlier. The girl buried her face deep until her nose almost touched the surface of the table.

Do it every day. Isn't that the same as husband and wife?
