Remember Me, Baby.

Remember Me, Baby.
The Battle on the Island

“Captain, no missile strikes!” exclaimed the pilot from the cockpit, surprised to see four hot pursuit missiles hurtling towards them at full speed.

“Spread husk!” shouted Mr. Durrant loudly.

A split second later, two of his men fired rockets which then broke into hundreds of smoky balls that scattered in all directions. Simultaneously, the pilot maneuvered and swooped sharply down to avoid a collision.

Booms! Booms!

The sound of explosions rang out as heat-seeking missiles collided with the chaff. The pressure from the blast made the helicopter slightly unstable and turbulent. However, the pilot quickly stabilized the rudder and re-soared into space.

“Send counterattack!” order Mr. Durrant again while observing the cliffs using binoculars.

“Use full power!” again with clenched hands.

On the other hand, Kim gave a glimpse. His eyes then moved and scanned among the dust from the explosion. The enemy helicopter clearly did not fall because of his attack earlier, the sound of the roar of a rapidly spinning propeller actually sounded closer and closer. He prepared to launch a follow-up fire, kneel and mount a missile onto the rocket launcher. However, a barrage of bullets first scattered towards him.

“Sial!” kim rolled to the right side and hid behind an oak tree.

The woman sizzled slowly. His right arm was scratched by a bullet. A deep red liquid seeped from between his torn clothes. However, there was no time to take care of the trivial because the sound of gunfire and explosions began to be heard from the dock.

Kim looked up from behind a tree, wanting to stalk the approaching enemy. However, just as his head was moving by a few centimeters, the sound of bullet whistling swiftly passed through his temple. The woman cocked her long-barreled weapon and rolled quickly to the left side, then fired a barrage of gunfire in the direction of the helicopter which was only about five meters from the end of the cliff.

One of the bullets hit the propeller, causing a loud enough clanging sound. It looks like the bullet also hit the pilot who was driving the helicopter so that the air vehicle began to lose control. His five passengers jumped from a height of nearly 10 meters without the slightest hesitation, leaving Kim slightly stunned. He had never seen a human who possessed such an ability.

A second later, Kim kneeled back down and aimed at the helicopter that was preparing to land. However, the five men who first jumped down immediately stormed towards Kim so that the woman was forced to divert her attack on them.

The shell bounced into the air when the trigger was pulled. The sound of a machine spewing hundreds of bullets at a time produces a deafening noise. The hot tin shot through the bodies of the men who were scattering towards Kim, but their facial expressions remained flat, as if they felt no pain at all.

The diversion made by his men gave Mr. Durrant the opportunity to get off the helicopter without considerable difficulty. The man grinned viciously when he saw Kim being surrounded behind an oak tree. He had seen Kim's face when the helicopter was about to land.

She was satisfied that her conjecture was correct: the woman was one of Andrew Roux's men. Tanaka's tragedy makes him more cautious and prepared for dealing with one more humanoid. Therefore he has prepared a special tool to paralyze the synthetic man.

“Eject EMP!” exclaimed Mr. Durrant to one of his men.

“Ready, Commander!” replied the man standing by Mr. Durrant's side.

The man immediately pulled out a silver-colored device with a torpedo-like shape of 50 centimeters long. It activates the electromagnetic pulse and presses the red button, then directs the transmitter towards the oak tree.

Kim, who was unaware of the attack, was fighting with three soldiers who managed to break through the bullet. He used a dagger to slash the neck and stab the hearts of those people mercilessly. His appearance is very messy. A sticky and rancid red liquid soaked his face and body. Whether it was the enemy's blood or his own, he was already unable to discern it anymore.

Then, just as the woman was about to pick up her rifle that was lying on the ground, suddenly her body trembled very violently. The entire computer system in his body suddenly went haywire. He could not see clearly, his eyes only grasping overlapping horizontal and vertical lines. His eardrum seemed to be exploding because he heard a humming sound with a decibel capacity that could not be tolerated by his sense of hearing.

“Arrrgh!”

Kim screamed loudly and slammed on the ground. His body was fluttering like he was being electrified by thousands of volts. It's really painful.

System error. Repeat. System error.

“No!” kim shouted with all his might. The light in his eyes dimmed before finally completely extinguished.

Mr. Durrant chuckled complacently. He kicked Kim's body lying like a broken doll on the ground. The man then led the rest of his army down the cliff.

While passing some of his men who were seriously injured but still moving, without hesitation the man pointed the gun to their heads and pulled the trigger. For him, the wounded troops are really insignificant, it will only be a burden for the survival of the mission.

The bald man headed straight for the cottage house that looked deserted. However, he believes that Sakamoto Zen's daughter must be hiding in there. Upon arriving at the cottage yard, his troops who attacked from the sea also came while pointing guns at the head of Mr. Sergio and three of his men.

Apparently Mr. Sergio was defeated, even one of his men was killed by a grenade explosion.

“Search this house!” mr. Durrant's orders to his men.

Six heavily armed men immediately barged in and checked all the rooms. However, it turned out that they had not managed to find the girl anywhere. After carefully searching every corner of the room but still not finding the girl, the six men finally came out empty-handed.

“She's not inside, Boss,” one of the bodyguards reported, bowing her head.

“Cannot be!” exclaimed Mr. Durrant while kicking his men who had just reported it, “He must be hiding inside .. maybe in a secret room."

The man's eyes flashed cunningly. He took out a cigar and burned the tip casually, then turned to look at Master Sergio and exclaimed, “Tell the girl out!”

Mr. Sergio sneered and spat on the ground.

“Kill me,” said the old man without the slightest fear.

“So?” Mr. Durrant did not look angry at all. He sucked his cigar deeply, then breathed his smoke into Mr. Sergio's face.

“Calm down, you are going to die, but not now,” said Mr. Durrant again as he flicked his hand.

With a swift hand Mr. Durrant who pointed a gun at the head of Mr. Sergio swung his weapon stock into the old man's head until he fell down.

Mr. Sergio kept his mouth tightly closed even though the pain made his head feel as if it was about to explode.

The laughter from Mr. Durrant's mouth grew louder. He approached Mr. Sergio and stepped on the man's head, then turned to the CCTV camera installed in the front corner of the house while waving his hand.

“Hallo, Little Girl. I know you can see me. Of course you don't want to watch their brains splattered everywhere, do you?” said Mr. Durrant while continuing to smile widely.

“Again, if you don't come out .. I will still flatten this place with the ground, of course after feeding these pieces of your friends' bodies to sharks,” connect the man again before chuckling until his eyes narrow.

The man clearly looked very happy. He could already imagine that Keiko would come out and surrender herself willingly. After that ...the path for him to the highest peak would definitely be easier.

It's just that the man underestimated Sakamoto Keiko's ability. Obviously the girl would not turn herself in so easily.
