Remember Me, Baby.

Remember Me, Baby.
Unexpected attack

Andrew got up and followed the armed men who were brave enough and blatantly pointed a gun at him. The nightclub visitors immediately stepped aside as Andrew and the men passed by. Some even got straight out of the place, while others remained indifferent and continued their respective activities.

Andrew tailed behind one of the gunmen, walking along the corridor next to the bar. The lights grew dimmer as they reached the end of the passageway. One of the men in front of Andrew brought his face closer to the small box on the wall. A fairly loud “bip” sound was heard shortly afterwards.

“Log in!” one of the men exclaimed from behind while pushing Andrew's back with the tip of his gun.

Andrew stepped in with the men who held him hostage. At first glance, he looked at the large room in front of him. It appears to be a room for visitors who have special access. There was a glass shelf with dozens of whiskey bottles lined up neatly inside. There's a mini bar next to the drink rack. Then there is a set of dark colored sofas in front of the mini bar. Andrew's eyes are squeaking. There was no one in the room.

“So, where is your boss?” he turned to the man standing on his right side.

“Shut up and sit down!” the man ordered, pointing to the sofa.

After sighing softly to hold back his emotions, Andrew walked towards the sofa and sat there. He leaned back leisurely and stared intently at the men before him without the slightest trepidation. They numbered five. Actually just by looking at the typical Latin American facial features, Andrew already knows for whom these people in front of him work.

However, one thing that raises the question in Andrew's mind is how can these people recognize him? He can only hope Jimmy realizes his departure and keeps a good eye on Hiro.

Andrew turned to the door as it shifted and opened wide. His facial expression did not change when he saw who was being herded in. Just now he was thinking about Hiro and now the man was already sitting next to him. Really ridiculous.

As if there was an invisible agreement between them, Andrew and Hiro were both silent. They act like they don't know each other. The gunmen who herded them in lined up neatly near the wall in full alert position.

Not long after, the door opened again. A man of lush stature with a fairly conspicuous style of clothing walked in. His right hand held a Cuban cigar, while his thick lips exhaled smoke that resembled a cumulus cloud.

Robert shook his head as he said, “You can stop pretending you don't know each other.”

The man raised his index finger and continued, “No need to dodge. I know you guys are working together.”

Hiro ignored Robert's words and replied, “I'll return all your belongings within a week. Don't bother others who have nothing to do with the problems between us."

A low-pitched mocking laughter echoed in the room. Robert Castillo chuckled until his distended stomach trembled behind the hawaiian shirt he was wearing.

“You mean, your fiancee?” Spotlight Robert's eyes flashed cunningly. “After you return my items intact, I will consider not to bother him anymore. What say?”

Hiro got up and was about to charge toward Robert, but two guards scuttle his movements quickly.

Bugh!

Brak!

A kick landed on Hiro's stomach causing him to bounce and hit the seat in front of the mini bar. He reached out to look for a grip, but a back punch threw his body to the floor. The man coughed and wiped away the warm, rancid liquid dripping from the corner of his lips. Her breath feels tight.

Andrew sat quietly and observed all of that without a significant change in expression. The recording device has been on since he entered the room. So, whatever he saw right now was definitely seen by his other colleagues as well. He just needs to wait until help comes and ....

Booms!

A loud bang at the door sent everyone in the room bouncing, including Andrew who took advantage of the moment to roll over to Hiro. He pulled the man's hand to take cover behind the mini bar.

“Stay here,” Andrew said as he stared warily at the huge hole that had been a layer of steel doors.

There's no way Jimmy and Jovanka are moving this fast ....

Dsien!

“Cuzzling!” exclaims Andrew while holding Hiro's back to stay flat with the floor.

Hiro who did not have any weapons could only face down obediently. The sound of gunfire and screams of unrelenting disdain. Andrew turned a small circle on the side of his watch, trying to communicate with his team. However, only a high-pitched static sound could be heard, echoing and hurting his eardrum. His instincts say that something is wrong.

He aimed at the door, aiming for figures moving behind the thick dust and smoke that was now thinning. He removed the safety lock and prepared to fire.

“Wait!” hiss Hiro holding Andrew's arm. He sharpened his eyesight and looked in an observant manner at the man who was giving orders from ahead.

“That's Ryuchi!” he shouted again while getting up and about to run to his secretary.

"Hey! Stop that!"

Andrew blocked Hiro's wrist and watched Ryuchi closely.

"That night, he was near you, wasn't he?" andrew asked without letting go of his check, "How can he not be hurt at all? It's suspicious."

"Take me off!" hiro yelled as he twitched quickly until Andrew's fingers slipped from his arm. He didn't want to hear any nonsense from Andrew's mouth.

Her chance. The only good chance he has. His heart pounded excitedly when Andrew said they were going to Zeotrope. He knows Ryuchi or his father will install a spy to find out his whereabouts. And now his hope is fulfilled. Maybe he just wasted it.

"Don't be rash! Careful Kobayashi!" andrew exclaimed to warn Hiro, but the man had already ducked down and ran among the whirring of bullets that were still heard everywhere.

Suddenly Andrew's communication channel rattled, then Clark's disjointed voice was heard by Andrew.

".... Drews. Defect ... Kobayashi ... all ... killed!"

The alarm in Andrew's head went off, gathering pieces of information and clumsiness that plagued his mind.

"Babashi! Move over!" andrew shouted as he barged out.

Booms!

A second explosion rang out, ravaging the contents of the room that had been chaotic. Andrew's body floated for a split second before slamming onto the sofa. The gun slipped and bouncy out of nowhere. Coughing, he tried to get up .. then saw Robert Castillo flashed between the ruins and disappeared.

Damnit. Mr. Tanaka would have been very upset until the guy got away.

"Babashi!" andrew exclaimed when he saw Hiro's body covered in blood lying near the ruins of the wall.

"Basic stupid! I told you to be careful" Andrew replied, trying to get up. He grimaced as pain throbbed all over his body, but he had to get up .. must help ....

Ryuchi grinned widely while pointing the weapon at Hiro.

"W-what are you doing ...."

Hiro's breath was piqued. Blood flowed from his nose and mouth. His head almost exploded. His eyes could not focus on staring at the shadow of Ryuchi looming before him.

"The Kobayashi family's heyday is over. Give me the reins of power and rest in peace" the man said as he pulled the trigger.

Dor's!
