The Nakamura Family Residence.
The throbbing pain all over his body pulled Clark's consciousness back. The man groaned softly and tried to open his heavy eyes. His brain worked hard to gather scattered pieces of information. The last thing he remembers is ....
God fucking. These are all traps. I have to tell Andrew.
Clark groaned softly as he tried to move both of his hands. The pain again hit his ribs and wrists, the pain is very severe. It also made him realize he was tied up. There was no sound around him. However, the silence actually set off a danger alarm in his head. Therefore he forced to open his eyes despite the pain and discomfort of tormenting all five senses.
The blinding light immediately greeted when his eyelids managed to slightly open, making his pupils narrow to adjust to the rays caught by the retina. As his eyes began to adjust, Clark opened his eyes fully to observe the surroundings.
The first thing he noticed was that his vest had been removed. The man glanced down and found that his shoes had been removed. His eyes searched the room and found his belongings piled up in the corner of the room.
Clark struggled, but it was very difficult to break free as both his hands were tied backwards, while his legs were tied together in front. The iron stool he was sitting on felt cold and bit on his back which was only covered in a thin shirt.
The man then circulated his gaze, trying to find a possible way out. However, he realized that he was confined in a room made of glass. It was like being in an aquarium. Judging from its dimensions and thickness, it was clearly not ordinary glass.
There was a cellot that locked the door with an iron skeleton about 3 meters in front of him. Although inside the glass box it was brightly lit, outside it was quite dark. There was no adequate lighting so Clark couldn't see what was out there clearly enough.
“Leon?” call Clark when you see Leon tied to the same position as him.
The young man was in a separate room bounded by a glass bulkhead, seemingly unconscious.
Clark tried to stand up and was about to approach the wall, but his legs stumbled so he rolled with the chair onto the floor. Clark's jaw hit that marble floor pretty hard. He gritted his teeth to dampen the moans as the pain almost escaped from his mouth.
Goddamn bum! The bond is too tight!
“Leon!” clark shouted again, hoping that his partner could hear his voice and wake up.
While calling out Leon's name, Clark kept moving and thrashing, trying to get his hands off the hook. However, the friction that arises actually makes the skin of his hands feel painful. Finally the man gave up and let his body lay like that on the floor.
Chequek.
The sound of the door opening caught Clark's attention. He immediately shifted his body and faced the source of the sound. A man wearing a maroon-colored fur coat entered followed by half a dozen heavily armed troops.
Clark immediately shouted at the man, “You! Goddamn bum! I'll—“
Bugh!
“Uhuk!”
A kick landed in Clark's stomach and sent him bouncing against the wall. He huddled and coughed long enough for his breath to gasp. With great difficulty he looked up, looking at the fur-coated man who was crossing his arms with a facial expression filled with scorn.
“Say, where are they,” said the man in a voice that sounded very calm. However, if listened to carefully, the voice was also filled with threats.
Clark snorted and sneered cynically. Too bad all the equipment has been stripped, otherwise he would have blown this place up in a matter of seconds.
Seeing Clark unwilling to cooperate, one of the bodyguards came forward and threw a kick in his face.
Clark could only tilt his body to avoid the attack. Unfortunately, the attack hit his chest. Not just once, but the kick came over and over, hitting every part of his body so hard that he almost vomited blood
“Say, where is the girl?”
Clark chuckled and returned his enemy's gaze without feeling the slightest trepidation.
“Kill me. You won't get any answers out of my mouth,” she replied, smiling mockingly.
“Really?” The man towering over Clark's body added pressure to his legs until Clark's every breath completely destroyed his lungs.
The man flicked his finger while sliding Clark's head with his foot. Not long after, two large men came out of the room and approached the glass box where Leon was. One of them pulled out a gun and pointed it at the head of the still unconscious young man.
“Still unwilling to cooperate?”
Clark gnashed his teeth, between enduring the pain and the anger that was bubbling within his chest.
“I don't know where they are. If I knew, I still wouldn't tell him even if you threatened and tortured me in any way,” Clark said in a single breath, ignoring the pain that ripped through his joints and tormented his nerves.
“So? You also don't care about the life of that young man?”
Clark struggled and wanted to raise his leg to kick his interlocutor, but again a kick landed in his stomach. This time a blood clot actually gushed from Clark's mouth. His head felt spinning and throbbing violently, while his ears were ringing for quite a while. Even to open his eyes had almost consumed all the rest of his energy.
Clark's gaze blurred, either because of the effect of the punch he received or because the red liquid dripping from the ends of his hair flowed through his eyes.
“I gave you one last chance. Say, where—“
“Bos,” between one of the bodyguards holding the phone. He approached and whispered in the ear of his superior, making the cruel man grin with satisfaction.
“Sweetest. I don't need any more information from you,” the man in the fur coat told Clark with a triumphant grin on his face. He looked down and enjoyed the surprised look on Clark's face.
“A-what do you mean?” clark exclaimed with the rest of his energy. Are Andrewd and Keiko located? It seems impossible. Andrew must have arranged everything very well. There was no way he would be found so easily.
“You stay here and enjoy an exciting show in a moment.”
“Stop! You—“
“Close his mouth! Noisy once.”
“Hemph!”
Clark couldn't scream anymore when his mouth was covered with duct tape. He really had to warn Andrew, but .. how? It must be how ....
The man could only stare at his enemy walking out casually without being able to do anything. This kind of helpless feeling really tormented him.
He really had to do something, but what?
