Military Hospital.

As per Andrew's orders, all security at the Chiba City military hospital was tightened. The 12th floor where Keiko was treated was emptied. In addition to the doctors and nurses on duty, two dozen special forces stood guard along the front hall of his room. No one can go in or out other than the medical personnel on duty.

Kim stood guard at the door of the room, scanning everyone who was about to enter the patient's room. The system has been upgraded so that it is directly connected to EEL's satellite. As such, it has capabilities like CCTV cameras that can record a person's face, put it into a data center and find the person's identity in just seconds.

When Keiko entered the treatment room, Garry had already sent access to download all the medical personnel data in the military hospital. Kim took a breath. Almost ten times the nurses took turns in and out of Keiko's room for routine checks, delivering change of clothes, and checking body temperature. Of course he had to scan all those people repeatedly.

Just as one of the nurses came out of the room, Kim turned his head again when the sound of a door being opened from behind his body was heard. A blonde nurse came out and talked to Kim.

“Nona, patient is aware,” said the nurse, “Please if you want to visit.”

“Good,” replied Kim. He rushed in and approached Keiko who was still lying on the bed.

“Nona Keiko, how are you?” she asked when she saw Keiko smiling at her.

“Lumayan,” Keiko replied in a hoarse voice.

“You drink?” tawang Kim's.

“Bby.”

Kim took a glass and filled the water from the dispenser, then handed it to Keiko.

“Thank you.” Keiko received the glass and drank the contents until the toilet. Now the throat feels much better. He handed Kim an empty glass and asked, “How long have I been asleep?”

“Not long. Only about 30 minutes,” Kim replied with a faint smile. He returned the glass to its original place and returned to the side of the bed.

“Oh. I think I've been asleep all day. It feels like a long time ago,” reply Keiko a little surprised.

“Perhaps because of the influence of the anesthetic,” Kim said as he pulled the bench and sat next to Keiko, “Is the effect gone? The wound is starting to hurt again?”

Keiko grinned and nodded. The wounds on his waist and calves did indeed begin to throb pain.

“Do I need to call a doctor to provide pain relief?” tawang Kim's.

Kim smiled and got up from his chair. He bowed respectfully, then walked towards the door. He continued his duty to keep watch, as if nothing had happened in the treatment room earlier.

“Nona, I want to deliver food to patients.”

Kim turned his head when he heard a soft voice coming from before him. He noticed the girl in the nurse uniform and stood about three steps ahead of him. The girl was carrying a trolley filled with food that looked full of various dishes.

“This is my ID card,” connect the girl again while thrusting a platinum card towards Kim.

“Wait a minute,” replied Kim while receiving the card and scanning it.

He also matched it with a retinal scanner on the girl's face. After being convinced there was no mistake, he stepped away from the door and gave way so that the girl could enter Keiko's treatment room.

Kim was back at the door. So did the bodyguards assigned to guard the patient room. No one seemed careless or indifferent.

Fifteen minutes later, the food delivery nurse came out pushing the same trolley. The difference is now that the top of the trolley contains empty plates and bowls.

Kim quietly breathed a sigh of relief. If Miss Keiko doesn't want to eat, Captain Andrew will definitely hold her accountable.

“Nona, the patient has finished eating,” reported the nurse while bowing politely.

“Good,” replied Kim while stepping aside and letting the girl pass.

“Thank you,” said the girl, then continued pushing the trolley down the passageway.

“Hey!” Kim called one of the guards nearby and gestured for the man to approach.

“I want to go to the bathroom for a while. Please replace me and stay here. Whatever happens, don't go anywhere. Wait for me to come back. Understand?” kim's message after the man arrived in front of her.

“Ready!” The man saluted and stood firmly in his position.

Kim immediately walked towards the bathroom located at the end of the hallway. However, as it turned and entered the bathroom area, the woman turned her head and examined the surrounding area closely. After being sure no one was looking, he immediately turned towards the emergency stairs and pushed the iron door that blocked his path. The woman quickly ran down one floor and pushed back the iron door at the end of the stairs.

Meanwhile in front of Keiko's room, a man wearing a doctor's robe immediately slipped out from under the shadow of the building's pillars as soon as he saw Kim leave the area. He's been waiting since. It is not easy to infiltrate a layered guard like this. It's not easy to be patient and wait until Kim leaves. But now everything feels worth it.

While walking towards the guard standing in front of Keiko's room, the man corrected the location of the glasses so that his position would not shift from the tip of his nose.

“Good morning, it's time for a routine checkup for Miss Keiko,” he told the guard who confronted him at the door. He took out an identification from the pocket of the suit and handed it to the guard.

The guard checked for a moment, then gave permission to enter. The doctor smiled and stepped inside. He closed and locked the door, then sauntered towards the bed where Keiko was lying with her eyes closed.

“Sakamoto Keiko, we meet again ...”

The man took out a prepared needle inside his suit and pointed the shiny end towards Keiko's neck.

After he finished injecting all the liquid contents, the man pulled out his phone and sent a message.

Package ready to be picked up.

The man then wrapped Keiko's entire body into a blanket and carried her towards the balcony. He grinned broadly as the sound of helicopter propellers came closer and closer. He was very satisfied, everything went according to his plan.

Dugh! Dugh! Dugh!

“Open the door!”

There was shouting and pounding from behind the door, but the man did not pierce.

“Who's inside? Open door!”

The man hummed a little, then grabbed the rope outstretched from the top of the helicopter. He wrapped the rope around Keiko's body, locked the hook, then signaled the rope to be pulled up.
