Surviving As The Villainess

Surviving As The Villainess
Chapter 105 - General Manager

On the morning of a bright finger, the Ravenray residence looked very quiet and silent. Since the Madam was gone in the house, the newly hired servants and workers chose not to stay there. Even though they know that it was an accident and it is impossible to happen again, they are still afraid.

No one knew when those terrifying shadows could be lost in this residence.

Zion is seen reading a newspaper in the lounge, accompanied by a puff of smoke from the warm coffee at the table.

Glasses with golden frames perched on top of their perfect pointed noses. The white shirt he was wearing looked a little loose, revealing his collarbone.

Anyone who sees this picture will think how great he is. The 26-year-old man has a different temperament from other men his age.

Every now and then, the waiter who gets the morning shift passes by to do the cleaning.

"Young Master, this is the pastry."

A middle-aged waitress who worked not long ago was thrusting a plate of pastries at the table. Although I was new, he knew that the Young Master of the Ravenray family loved to eat coffee in the morning, accompanied by pastries that had just come out of the oven.

"Thank you."

Zion did not look at the waiter, her gaze focused on the newspaper in her hand.

The waiter immediately asked for permission to resign. There is still a lot of work to be done.

"Where's Allen?"

Eldo was seen justifying the cufflink at the end of his shirt. The head of the Ravenray family is seen wearing a neat suit, he is ready to go to the office.

"Maybe it's still in his room."

"I'll go first, you'll follow. Don't forget we'll have a meeting at 9 in the morning."

Eldo did not ask about Allen any further. He asked Zion to leave after.

"I understand."

Zion's gaze could not be separated from the back of Eldo who was getting away.

Since her graduation, Zion has been working for Raven Group. He started from the bottom, until finally he can now have a fairly high position. Even so, he could not work at will because of the great responsibility he had to bear.

One day, he's the one who's going to bring Raven Group. He was the one who would shoulder all the burdens of the Raven Group, which was why he had to remain vigilant.

Although the position of President will be his, Zion still has to try alone to gain the trust of the people. He can't be careless and he can't look weak.

Thirty minutes later, Zion prepared to go to the office. He finished his coffee and ate some cookies. After that, he went back to his room to change clothes. He was wearing a black shirt, with ruby red cufflinks.

The maroon red suit and matching colored pants hugged her body tightly, revealing her beautiful body shape.

Zion took the keys to the car on the desk and walked to the basement under her house.

Unlike most people, Zion prefers to drive alone. He drives a Porsche with a platinum silver metallic finish that is not so striking but has a price of hundreds of dollars.

Arriving at the office, Zion immediately went to her room. There he was greeted by a man of his age who was no stranger to him.

"Morning!" Greet the blond man who stood not far from the special room of the general manager, Altzion Ravenray.

"Is there an important schedule today?"

Zion did not return the man's greeting and immediately asked for the schedule he had to do today.

"What time?"

"Four 1pm at Raiten's restaurant."

"Alright, give me further notice later."

"Understand."

Seeing Zion in serious mode, Jay couldn't go back to joking. Friends that he has known since High School was very difficult to be invited to have fun. He always looks serious and stiff but even so, Jay holds respect for him because he always keeps his word.

About 7 or 8 years ago when they were in High School, Zion had promised him a position. The position where he was right next to Zion, a position that ordinary people could not take for granted.

Of course, such a position he could not get easily. He has to be the best of the best, beat thousands of other candidates and be number one. The achievements he accumulated over the past four years in university were not in vain.

Zion kept her promise and took her to always be by her side. Although the current position of Zion is not the highest but he does not intend to deny. Everything he said he would do, which is why Jay respected him. Although the man looked very serious and stiff, Jay did not mind him. He who had known Zion a long time ago felt able to handle it.

"What about the progress of the other divisions?"

"Everything's on the report."

Zion put her briefcase on the table and immediately read the documents that had been piled up.

Jay as his personal secretary helps as much as possible Zion's work to finish quickly. He was also seen several times picking up the phone and making business appointments for Zion.

Such a scene was not foreign. Every day the two work side by side to get things done.

When Zion first came to work, people seemed to be wary of her. However, his identity as the eldest son of the Ravenray family could not be hidden. Since he was a dozen years old, he has been introduced among other business people.

Not only that, his position as the main heir of the Raven Group made everyone even more fearless to him. But when all is lived, the fears they have never happened. Zion looks just like any other employee, she builds a foundation from the ground up and seeks trust with her own hands.

Perhaps what makes it different is he who is able to make decisions quickly but has the lowest risk. Honestly, not everyone can be like that. Many were amazed by him and wondered how the President raised him.  But not a few also feel a little horrified. Every decision he made, no matter who would accept the consequences, as long as it cemented the company, Zion would definitely do it.

His strong heart in making decisions, careful judgment, and stable emotions at every turn made him rise to higher positions.

Even rumors, he should get a promotion at the age of 24 years but he refused on the grounds of wanting to learn more. There are not many people like him who really work well and enjoy every process.

The eldest son of the Ravenray family was always able to delight everyone with his achievements and prowess. Making other seniors feel insecure and threatened.

Every eye always sees him, watching every move he makes, waiting for the moment where he makes a mistake and drops it.

"In the meantime, the meeting with the President will begin, you better get to the meeting room now." Jay reminds Zion of an important meeting with the President Director, Eldo Ravenray.

Although Jay himself knew that Zion would never forget important meetings, it was still part of his job.

"I see, please take the files I've finished somewhere else."

"Okay, I understand."

Zion left her room and went to the meeting room. Now only Jay is busy fixing the files in the room.

Jay does not know when Zion will leave this room and go to a higher room but for now this room will be the place where they spend half the day in the office.
