Chapter 19 - Allen and Victor

In a northernmost country located in North America, Allen was getting used to his life in Canada and he could blend in with other children quite well. This country that had a large number of immigrants did not make Allen feel different. They accepted Allen well and that's what made him quite adaptable.

The boy named Victor or Vic for short, was one of the people who could penetrate Allen's steel walls. Since Allen's arrival in Toronto, he has always harassed Allen out of curiosity about the country where Allen came from. Yes, who is not curious about a country that has many wealthy residents. Despite being noisy and annoying, Allen never really threw him out.

"Heyy, don't be like that. If you keep acting like this people will stay away from you."

Despite being able to adapt and get along with other children, Allen's abusive nature still remained unchanged. Almost every time he looks upset and will get angry if disturbed. Fortunately there is Victor who can make it change even if only a little.

Victor is seen raising the round glasses he wears to his sharp nose. In his hands there is a book about IT, seeing a 7-year-old carrying such a difficult book is quite surprising. However, Allen was used to it and he also knew that Victor was clever enough to understand the contents of the book.

"Let's just go to the cafeteria." Invite Victor who is currently hungry. He wants to eat sweet foods, such as macarons or meringue cookies. Just imagining it makes Victor drool.

"You go alone."

"You don't want to know what mission you gave me yesterday?" Ask Victor in a defiant tone.

A few weeks ago, Allen asked him to try hacking into someone's phone without the person knowing. Of course, Victor who understood about such things immediately agreed because it felt very exciting.

Allen immediately stood up to hear Victor's words, then he walked out of the classroom to the cafeteria. The pace wasn't so fast, so Victor could catch up with him.

Seeing Allen's behavior, Victor laughed out loud. His friend this one will only react if it offends about his brother.

Arriving at the cafeteria, Victor ordered a macaron and a glass of vanilla milk tea. Allen ordered only fries. They sit in the corner of the chair that other children rarely wear.

"So how?" Allen asked with a serious face. He did not want to make small talk and immediately said what made him curious.

"What about the trail? You managed to erase your tracks, didn't you?" Ask Allen.

Allen felt a little worried that Victor would be caught because he had not erased the traces he had left while hacking.

"Of course it's done. Your brother didn't put up any elaborate protectors and it looks like he rarely wears a cell phone."

"He's not a fool. His instincts are too sharp to ignore. For a while, watch my brother's movements."

"Yes, boss."

"If you feel like my brother's conscious, stop the wiretap immediately."

"I understand, but even if I say it works, I can only tap his phone screen. I didn't manage to tap the cameras and speakers because my skills weren't enough. So the information I know is only limited to what he does when his phone's screen is on." Obviously Victor.

Although Victor is classified as a smart child, he still can not do many things. Moreover, he was only interested in IT a few years ago, because his father also worked in the field.

Victor looked at Allen for a moment and then he asked, "Why are you actually acting like this to your brother?"

Hearing the sensitive questions come out of Victor's mouth, leaving Allen with no appetite. His eyes darkened a little when he remembered his older brother, Zion.

To Allen, she's Zion's not her brother. A man like Zion doesn't deserve to be called a big brother. Allen never cared about Ravenray because from the beginning he came to this family not out of his own desire. He will try his hardest to seize everything Zion has, including her inheritance. If it wasn't for Zion, her mother would still be by her side.

Allen did not care how long it took him to remove Zion from his throne. If indeed he had to use his entire life for it he would have no problem. Whatever he's gonna sacrifice to bring that guy down. Yes, in this world only he would target.

Seeing Allen's less positive response, Victor immediately changed the topic. He did not want to make the atmosphere become cloudy. After all, not the type of person who would pry into the personal problems of his own friend. If Allen ever trusted Victor one day, he would have told him all about himself with his own mouth. For now, Victor has to be more patient.

They both got out of their seats after talking about Victor's success in tapping Zion's phone. They walked side by side in silence. From the first time he knew Allen, Victor knew that this child did not like to be bullied when his mood was ugly. Especially after talking about Zion. Hence, he also did not say anything and tried to understand his friend's feelings.

Allen who turned out to have his own agenda is not surprising. From the beginning he had already shown his dislike for Zion and in the game, he had also used Yuriel to take the person down.
