After school, Liyuna and Yuriel rushed to Noel's place. After that they went home together and on the way, no one spoke.
Arriving at the Castris residence, as usual the servants greeted Liyuna as well as Yuriel. Liyuna felt hesitant to open the door of her room, her hand stopped in front of the doorknob and finally she decided to look at Yuriel who was also still walking towards her room.
"Yuri." Call Liyuna.
Yuriel stopped her steps and looked at Liyuna. Liyuna's expression looked like someone filled with regret. Yuriel herself did not understand why Liyuna had such an expression.
"What's wrong, Liyuna?"
"Sorry can't protect you."
Yuriel's mouth looked slightly open, her eyes radiating a nostalgic look. Liyuna's words reminded her of a memory that always made her feel claustrophobic. Every time he heard something like that, his throat felt very choked and he had difficulty breathing. Yes, it was as powerful as what Liyuna said that affected Yuriel. Yuriel herself also tried not to think too much about it because Liyuna was a good person. Right, from the very beginning they met, Liyuna was a very good person and Yuriel knew she would not change.
"It's okay, brother. I didn't think about it much." Yuriel smiled with her bright smile like the sun.
Seeing the smile on Yuriel's lips, Liyuna was relieved. Previously she was afraid that Yuriel would feel sad because of the treatment of the children to her. Liyuna herself was also initially unfamiliar with the attitude of other children who tried to avoid her and always judged herself as she pleased.
"Really?"
"Yes, you don't have to worry. As long as you always trust me, I won't be bothered."
Liyuna smiled at Yuriel's words, she was glad that Yuriel had started to believe her.
"Then, good night. Have a good dream."
"Good night too, brother."
After that, the two went into their rooms. As usual, Liyuna immediately rushed to the bathroom to clean her body.
***
The next day when Liyuna and Yuriel had already arrived at school, the other students were still watching them, especially the people who were not in class with Liyuna.
But unlike before, currently Liyuna's classmates did not ignore Yuriel too much. Although it was still difficult to accept the child, they tried to be ordinary because Liyuna alone did not mind Yuriel's status.
The problem that happened yesterday was finished, there was no words of forgiveness or regret that really meant anything. Those who excommunicate Yuriel act as if nothing had happened. Actually it is not a strange thing, abusers are rarely anyone who apologizes directly. Yes, everything went as usual and they also started to accept Yuriel. After getting to know the child, he did not look like an evil child.
Although Liyuna felt a little annoyed by the actions of her classmates, she understood why they were like that. They were the Master and Young Miss of a distinguished family, they must have very high self-esteem. It was impossible for them to say sorry to Yuriel whose status was not clear yet.
"Did Yuri not feel upset?"
The question just came out of Liyuna's mouth when they had lunch in the cafeteria.
"I've forgotten that feeling."
It was a strange answer, even for Liyuna. He did not understand what Yuriel's answer meant but did not ask anything.
That day, nothing special happened. Everything was going as usual, making Liyuna increasingly wonder if this was the true game world. He did not know anymore, because at this point he felt alive, he felt that Liyuna was him. She begins to accept the fact that she is currently Liyuna Aria Castris, an antagonist in the game that ends tragically.
Right, this is reality. Liyuna is him and she is Liyuna. It was something simple but always disturbed the mind of the 18-year-old girl.
Arriving at home, there was nothing special that Liyuna wanted to do. He just read a textbook and worked on some pr. After that he tried to knit a small butterfly doll. The doll he made as similar as possible to the necklace that Karl had given him by using dark blue wool.
When the doll he made was finished, Liyuna laid her body on the bed. He felt very tired today. Over time, his eyes felt so heavy that he finally drowned in the dream world.
***
When Liyuna opened her eyes, she could not see anything clearly. Everything seemed to be covered by the fog, yet he could clearly feel that someone was embracing him.
The person's embrace was very warm, making Liyuna's heart feel very calm.
Liyuna knew that she was currently dreaming. This is a dream that always haunts him. Ever since he first entered into the world of Red String, Liyuna had always dreamed of someone. No, rather some people he himself did not know.
Sometimes the dream comes when he is asleep, but sometimes it also comes just like that when he sees something that makes the shadow trigger.
He had no idea who they were, which was certain they were part of the original Liyuna's memory.
"I promise I'll always be by your side."
Her voice was so foreign to Liyuna's ears. He had never heard the voice of the person who was embracing him.
'You who?'
That was the question Liyuna wanted to ask. Unfortunately, the voice did not come out of his mouth. Although he knew this was only a dream, he could not move his body as he pleased. It felt like someone was moving his body.
When Liyuna started to feel comfortable with the man's embrace, suddenly the man's body disappeared. Such a dazzling light shot towards Liyuna's eyes, making it difficult for her to see.
Slowly he began to open his eyes. Liyuna could feel the gust of wind beating on her body so gently. When both of his eyes were completely opened, he could see such a beautiful orange sky. The sun seems to be slowly setting.
How shocked Liyuna was when she realized that she was currently standing on top of a skyscraper. His heart was beating so fast and irregularly. He tried to step back, but his body could not be moved.
Liyuna understood that this was just a dream, but seeing herself standing on top of a height frightened her. He could see houses and cars passing by on the highway. Despite its small size, he could see it.
Liyuna's body had suddenly fallen from a height, she cried out inwardly and closed her eyes tightly.
When he woke up, he found himself in the room. His hair was wet with sweat and his heart was beating irregularly. His breathing was very heavy, he could still feel how terrifying the dream he had just seen was. The dream felt so real that it made her body tremble. Liyuna did not want to feel such a dream anymore.
After she calmed down, Liyuna picked up the notes she used to write what she believed to be Liyuna's memories. He wrote what he had just experienced into the book and put it back in his locker.
Because of his dream, Liyuna certainly will not be able to sleep well tonight.
It was the first time he had dreamed of something about death. It is possible that this was triggered because of his fear when he met Hajun. But Liyuna also did not remove the possibility that what she had just experienced was a message from Liyuna. Maybe it was a clue that would help him in the future.
"That dream reminds me of..." Liyuna did not continue her words. He looked a little dreamy staring at what he had just written.
The scenario in his dream is not foreign, he has seen the same scenario. It was just that there was no scenario where Liyuna was hugged by someone. But, the scenario in which he plopped down from the top of the building, it was something that was inherent in his memory.
