Ravenray's residence is very quiet tonight. Not a single servant or worker made much noise. Their Young Master is a person who likes silence. If there was a slight distracting sound, it would slow down its performance.
Everyone who worked for the Ravenray family acknowledged the prowess of their Young Master, Altzion Ravenray. Although he was very young, he was a capable person in everything he handled.
A few years ago, the Ravenray residence was shocked by the arrival of Young Master Allen and from then on, Ravenray began to change. Zion who is usually calm and rational looks like a different person. But no one can blame him. Back then, Zion was an ordinary teenager who could not control her feelings. Although since the incident happened Zion began to change, Allen still could not forget what he had done back then. The hatred that was in his heart, could not just disappear.
And the sin that Zion committed will not be erased easily. It was a sin that he had to endure for a lifetime. No matter when he was young or not, his actions were something that had truly never happened.
Zion is seen taking off her uniform blazer and putting it on a small sofa in the corner of her room. He looked into the mirror and removed his tie, throwing it carelessly on the floor.
After loosening the collar of his shirt, he dropped his body onto his soft mattress. Both of his eyes were closed, from his face it was seen that he was tired.
He planned to take a short break before dinner and study, but things didn't seem to allow him to relax in the least.
His iPad suddenly lit up and a phone ringing sound rang out. Despite feeling tired, Zion still had to pick up the phone. He stood up and sat in the study chair and received a call.
When the call was connected, Zion could see the face of her father who was seen sitting on the work chair. Both of his hands were intertwined, giving a serious impression on his face.
"Good morning, Dad." Zion greeted her father in a flat voice.
The clock in his room showed at 8pm, but for Eldo who was in Canada, it was morning because of the time difference in both places.
"I'm doing fine. What's your business calling me?"
"A business venture in Canada will probably be completed in about 4 or 5 years. I'll be in Canada until it's over, but next year your mom's coming home."
"What about Allen?"
"He'll be here until it's over, only your mother will be back to Elishie."
"Okay, I get it."
Although the father and son looked stiff and not too close, in reality they got along quite well. Eldo trusted Zion very much and always shared information about the company with her. According to Eldo, Zion is a capable and adaptable person because that is what he believes one day Raven Group will be in the right hands.
"By the way you've decided where to go?"
"I've decided it."
"I trust your decision."
Eldo did not need to know what decision Zion was making. He knew that Zion would definitely take the best path because since childhood he had been taught to take the best decisions without involving feelings and all this time Zion managed to do it.
No, maybe only once did he fail to do so. Zion had lost control of her emotions once and since then, she had never shown any weakness. Yes, that incident was probably the biggest failure Zion has ever made.
"Thank you for believing my decision."
Zion was about to end the conversation and close the connection, but she paused the type intention given the pretty horrendous news lately.
"Daddy heard the news about Castris?"
"I just heard it. Castris makes strange moves."
"Right, I also think Castris's movements are very strange."
"Have they confirmed officially?"
"They haven't done it?"
"What about the media there?"
"Everything is messed up because of the news. What's more Castris didn't take action to dampen the news about them, all the more so."
What Zion said is the truth. Castris did not try to suppress the news about them at all. There's no sign that Castris is going to silence the media, it's what makes things even stranger. This news was already like charcoal that crossed Castris's good name, but Karl as the Head of the Family did not take precautions, as if they were deliberately making a furore.
"It looks like something has happened in Castris." Said Eldo, he looked very serious. Both of his eyebrows furrowed, signaling that he was thinking hard.
"There is no information other than that which has been reported. But I agree with Dad. Mr. Karl isn't the one who's going to act recklessly."
"I can't confirm everything directly, you keep an eye on Castris. If they move, call me immediately."
"I understand."
Their conversation only reached there, Zion immediately disconnected the connection.
He was seen walking towards the closet in his room and took off the shirt he was wearing and threw it in the basket where the dirty clothes he had been wearing.
When wearing a uniform, he does not look like someone who has a strong body but when all the tops he wears come off, his body looks very good because of frequent exercise. It has strong muscles in its hands and chest. It also has a very well formed abs.
Zion chose a nightgown made of satin that is soft and comfortable to wear. After talking to her father, she became more curious about Castris's movements.
All this time he found something suspicious about Castris. The family who had been far from the scandal hid a fact that not many people knew but Zion managed to extract the information. Although it was old news that his trail had been erased, Zion was convinced that what he found was related to Karl's actions.
The Havelian Park bombing incident was a deliberate attempt to warn someone. The death of the perpetrator was also planned by someone. Then, if it is connected with other accidents that often occur ...
"Everything leads to one point." Zion mumbled.
There's someone being targeted. Although it was not Ravenray, but Zion could not cross out the possibility of losing Ravenray could have been involved. His family was at number two after Castris and had considerable influence, not inferior to Castris. If the real culprit was targeting the people from the upper class, even though Zion didn't like it, Ravenray would have been dragged along and she had to prevent that.
But it will all be difficult because he will continue his studies Abroad.
Zion is seen walking towards her study table and opening her bag. He took an invitation letter from a top university in England. If he accepts the invitation it means his investigation has to stop, but he cannot stay at Elishien because there is something he also has to do in England.
Zion has made her choice. Whatever happens, he won't falter. 4 years, just 4 years. He hoped that everything could still be controlled when he returned to Elisien.
At that time, Zion did not know that her choice would change the plot of the story that had been determined. The choice he made led Ravenray to a bloody incident that horrified the entire country and became the starting point of all the tragedies that would ensue.
