Chapter 131 - Lucas's older brother

The atmosphere in this room felt very stifling. Liyuna and Yvette stood side by side in front of Irina.

Hajun stood halfway between Liyuna and Irina, turning his back so that his face was not visible.

Although Irina currently looks not scary but she knows that the situation is not on her side.

"Better like this, you just have to wait." Irina.

A minute passed, ten minutes passed, until finally the door of Irina's room opened.

Liyuna and Yvette were very familiar with the voices she had just heard. Yuriel and the others are captured by people in black, along with Lucas.

His heart was warm when he knew someone was watching him.

"You guys have come? It's also great that you can break into Obelian's Circle."

Irina praised Yuriel and the others sincerely. The three of them who were even able to enter the basement with quite a tight guard, deserved his appreciation.

"Mother? Better let them go."

Lucas tried to negotiate. He knew they were here for him but he didn't want them to be in danger either.

Lucas could not answer. He scratched his lower lip very hard.

The corner of Irina's eyes glanced at Hajun who was currently standing. It was easy for him to threaten Lucas.

"You can only choose one, you know that, right?"

Lucas knows that. Everyone who grows up and grows up in the environment always seems to be taught that they can only choose one thing.

Looking at the situation, Hajun immediately understood what was going on. He quickly approached Irina's desk and pressed a button there.

It was an emergency button used for standby mode when there was an intruder coming. By pressing the button, all Obelian's Circle workers will be busy looking for intruders in all corners of the room.

But there is one other function of the button that is not known to many people. By pressing the button, a special elevator to go to the rooftop opens.

It was a special function used in case all Obelian's Circle systems were attacked and died. That way, Irina can go directly to the rooftop to the helipad that is there and go down by helicopter.

Irina who was unprepared with Hanun's sudden actions had no time to stop him.

"Hurry and get your friend out of here!"

"What?! I can't leave you."

"Just go! I can take care of myself."

"But..."

"We'll meet again, I promise."

Lucas was unable to refute Hajun. He knew more than anyone else what Hajun was.

"Currently, you have to survive. Just watch if you die."

"I'm not going to die."

"Come on!" Lucas invites others to follow him.

Seeing how Irina was busy trying to turn off the entire alarm and try to recoup the elevator function that led to the rooftop, Lucas could not waste time.

Fortunately Liyuna and the others immediately responded so they could go directly to the elevator which was located not far from their room.

That way, Irina was too late to stop them. The people who were shackling them were the same. They were slightly off guard after hearing the sound of an alarm that had never lit up before.

In the end Liyuna and the others survived until the elevator and they met with Lucas again.

Their long journey bore fruit and it was time to escape.
