Chapter 90 - Anniversary Party

Not sure, winter came so quickly. Four years ago, the Castris Group did not hold an anniversary party because of an incident that Liyuna and the others experienced in the summer.

Business associates of Castris Group always attend the parties they hold. This is a form of respect as well as manners.

As usual, the main cast in this party were Karl and Sara. Everyone stared at the Head of the Family as well as Madam Castris. Even though they are getting older, it can still be said that they look charming.

Very elegant and dignified, Karl was seen giving the opening speech. Everyone listened carefully, as did Liyuna who was sitting at the wrong table that had been provided.

Tonight she wears a white dress with a thin cloth covering her shoulders. The dress hugged Liyuna's body very tightly, revealing the curves of her body that had begun to form. Her jet black hair shone under the glare of the lights and her blue eyes looked sparkling like sapphire precious stones.

A child of a second wife who is not considered an insult to people like them. No one wanted to approach her, which was why no one would have thought that Liyuna and Yuriel were close friends with her.

"Time goes by fast." Yvette.

"You're right, we'll be in second grade soon." Yuriel approved Yvette's remarks.

Time goes by very fast.

"How are you getting ready for art by the end of the year?" Ask Liyuna.

"What are you going to show?" Ask Allen.

"Edmond Rostand?"

"Who are you?" Liyuna started to get curious about what the theater club would be performing.

Although he is not too interested in acting, but The Romancers is a unique work and quite easy to follow.

"Of course, Sylvette." Yvette puffed out her chest confidently.

Yuriel who heard this looks very surprised because Yvette is still a first-class child. Rarely does a first-grader get the lead role.

"hee... It's fair that the club chairman scolds you when you forget the script." Allen's tone of voice was a little annoying, making Yvette a little annoyed yet she did not reply. He didn't want to make a fuss at an important party like this.

"Then, we'll watch the front seat." Liyuna gave a small smile towards Yvette

Yvette's face immediately smiled brightly, "I'll make a reservation for you guys."

"Oh, don't forget to invite senior Lucas too."

Allen seemed to frown upon hearing Lucas' name being called.

"Why should he come too?"

"Because we're friends?"

Allen could not resist when Liyuna had already said that but the reason he did not like Lucas was not because he was close to Liyuna but because he was seen hiding something. He doesn't look as sincere as he seems.

Different case with Yuriel. He was able to establish a good relationship with Yuriel because he had made a deal and he had gotten great information from the girl.

The party went on as usual. Some people were talking to each other and looking for a connection. Some of them also tried to approach Liyuna's desk but undo the intent as Allen stared at them intently.

From a distance, Allen could see Zion talking to business partner Raven Group. As someone who has a high position in Raven Group, he should be able to establish good relationships with others.

Music filled the ballroom. Looks like the song as a marker that the dance will start soon will be played.

Allen was not the type to dance, which was why he decided to go to the balcony to hide. At events like this, it is considered impolite to refuse a dance invitation. That's why he wants to play it safe.

Unlike Allen, Yuriel and Liyuna could not just leave. They sat in their chairs and drank tea together.

Yvette also did not want to waste this good opportunity. If someone asks her to dance she can build a new connection. How about oun too, people seem to need to have a lot of connections. He won't know when his family's company will deteriorate.

"Allen could have escaped." Yvette sighed because she did not think out.

Yuriel smiled hearing her two best friends give her kind words. He was delighted when he realized that there were still people supporting him.

"You're right. Actually, I'm pretty amazing, right?"

"Of course."

Anyone who saw the three of them would also smile. The sixteen-year-old looked very happy and cheerful.

"Ah, soon the dance song will start."

"True, let's go to the ballroom."

Arriving at the ballroom, Yuriel, Liyuna, and Yvette split up. This is one of the rules they have agreed on so as not to look too flashy and also so that others are not afraid to approach them.

When the three are together, almost no one has any intention of approaching but when they separate people will dare to approach because it is easier to handle one person than three people.

Soon, the dance song began.

"Will you dance on the first song with me?"

Liyuna looked at a hand outstretched before her. When other people hesitated to ask her to dance, the person in front of her right now looked confident. He immediately extended his hand right at the first song.

'I didn't expect to get an offer in the first song.'

For Liyuna, this was something unusual as she rarely got an offer on the first song. Liyuna who often attended important parties rarely got a direct offer on the first song. Not because no one wanted to dance with her but because they did not dare to do so.

Among elite families, the first dance is considered a bit special from the second, third, and so on.

That's why no one dared to invite the rightful heir of Castris Group in the first song for fear of being misunderstood.

There was no reason for Liyuna to refuse the dance invitation from the man before her. He received his hand. Both of Liyuna's eyes were perfectly rounded when she saw the face of the man who asked her to dance clearly.

Her hair was neatly arranged upwards and she was seen smiling at Liyuna.
