Chapter 94 - The Romancers

The auditorium room was filled with students from Darien High School from the first year to the third year. All of them were sitting sweetly in the seats that were provided.

Different from ordinary schools, Darien High School provides high-quality seating with soft foam. It fits perfectly with its designation as a prestigious school.

A few minutes later, the headmaster stood in front of the podium and gave a warm welcome especially to the VIP guests they had painstakingly invited.

The host read out the follow-up from start to finish and finally started the much-anticipated event.

"The theater club performed as the show's closing act?" Ask Liyuna.

"It looks so." Answer Yuriel.

"Isn't that a tough job?"

"Maybe they've prepared everything carefully."

Being the closing of the event is sometimes not a good thing because of the last appearance, people's expectations will be higher. This could boomerang if the theatre club could not match the quality of its previous performers. At least they should be able to one level above the other so that no one can criticize.

Liyuna was worried about Yvette. She who got the role of the female lead will definitely get the spotlight from the entire audience and if she does not manage to evoke Sylvette's character well, she will receive a lot of criticism.

"Let's just calm, sister, Yvette's gonna be fine."

"Then, let's enjoy the first performance of the orchestra club."

The auditorium lights instantly died after the host officially began performing art. When the lights are turned on again, all kinds of classical instruments are ready on the stage.

Each member of the orchestra club holds a musical instrument that they used to play.

The show went pretty well. After the orchestra club, there are still many other clubs that display their abilities. Such as modern and traditional dance clubs, choir clubs, Darien High School bands, ballet clubs, and others. The entire club put on a spectacular performance that amazed Liyuna

In his previous life, he had never seen such a lively stage of art. When he was in High School, the art stage was always held in the school field and usually invited the artists of the Capital as the main highlight. The club's performances were made as a side appearance. Well, maybe there are some clubs that get more attention but they are not the main focus on the art scene.

This is very inversely proportional to Darien High School which focuses on performing arts as a performance venue for the club they belong to. This was a new experience for Liyuna.

Finally the long-awaited appearance has arrived. The auditorium lights were turned off and the curtains that had been closed would be opened soon, no one knew what was happening behind the curtains but since the last performance was a theater club, they were definitely preparing.

When the curtain opened, the lights shot toward Yvette, who played Sylvette in The Romancers. He wears a white vintage dress and stands on a rusty bench.

The stage is divided into two sides with an old wall decorated with vines and also beautiful flowers.

On the right is Bergamin's private garden, Percinet's father and on the left is Pasquinot, Sylvette's father.

Next to the old wall, each of them has a rusty bench, the other is sat by the character Sylvette played by Yvette.

One of the members of the theater club who played the role of Percinet was seen sitting on top of the artificial wall, on his lap was a book he was reading to Sylvette who was currently standing on a rusty bench.

"Is it not? Listen to what Romeo answers..." Percinet is seen reading the book that was on her lap.

"It was the lark, the herald of the

morn, No nightingale: look, love, what envious streams Do lace the severing clouds in yonder east.

Night's candles are burned out, and jocund day Stands tiptoe on the misty mountain tops: I must

Sylvette stopped Percinet from saying, "Sssh!"

The entire audience was seen enjoying the performance of the theater club. The Romancers are well known dramas, such as Romeo and Juliet. Tells about a pair of people who love each other but are hindered by the relationship of their two fathers who do not get along.

But who would have thought, the two young fathers had made a deal to accept each other even though they hated each other because they wanted their daughters and sons to share.

To the extent that the two fathers, Bergamin and Pasquinot make a plan to kidnap Sylvette and see how Percinet saves her heart very bravely.

Unlike the story of Romeo and Juliet that ended in tragedy, The Romancers had a happy ending where both the female and male lead can be together.

Ending like this is what Liyuna wants to achieve. He wanted to get a happy ending at the end of a story filled with this tragedy.

For ten years, he managed to change the true storyline. He was not engaged to Allen nor Zion and his relationship with the other targets was also quite good.

The show closed with a standing ovation from the audience.

The night of December 31st, just a few hours before the year changed. No one knew it would be the hardest year for Liyuna.

The sinister plan that began to grow in the shadows of the city of Elishien drew closer. The evil hands that wanted to make him suffer were getting closer to his neck.

They are overwhelmed by the temporary peace they have felt. No one would have thought that the daughter of the Castris family would experience such a thing.

The storyline has indeed changed, but why is Liyuna still in danger?

Hajun was seen standing in the middle of the city crowd. In his hand was a cigarette that had accompanied him since. He stared at the screen in a building in the middle of the busy intersection in the city of Elishien.

It seems to be counting down the time of the new year.

In Judah's hands, there was a firearm that he had just filled with bullets. As a secret agent of the government, he must live in the shadows, away from the glitter of the city. This situation was inversely proportional to his former life but Yuda had no regrets.

This was the life path he chose.

The sound of the wheels of fate starting to walk back sounded like an open key.

The desperate plea of the girl made a change to the world. There was a reason why something happened in this world and everything that happened this time was the result of the plea he made.

The last chance to change everything is in their hands.

The poor girl had fallen into madness and ended up making a first and last wish filled with despair.

For the first time in the 5 lives he has gone through, he makes a wish.

And this time he was at a crossroads of destiny that he had to go through.
