The Story of the Wind Wanderer

The Story of the Wind Wanderer
Monster in Arcadia, Done #133

Victory night for the villagers in the Arcadia region. The terror that had been pushing them to move, has now been overcome by a group of nomads who come to their village. Villagers slowly opened the doors and windows of their homes, and welcomed Altezza and his friends back to the village after the night of the extermination.

The villagers were made up of Elves and Half-Beast Man, they were very friendly and conveyed many words of gratitude and praise aimed at the group of wanderers who walked through the village streets. Legolas was with them, and immediately took the developers to the inn to rest.

"Thank you so much for your struggle and your help, I'm so grateful!" legolas said until he lowered his head when he arrived at a simple inn.

"Please use this inn for your rest tonight, if you need anything just call Emily. Take it easy, you don't have to pay, all the costs assume it has been paid for by your hard work and struggle tonight" Legolas continued, smiling at the four travelers standing in front of him. Right after she finished speaking, Emily's half-cat waitress came to move the developers' luggage into their rooms.

Letting them rest, Legolas soon decided to leave the inn, and entrusted the inn to Emily.

Still reluctant to go to the room and close your eyes to rest. Altezza sat at one of the tables on the first floor of the inn which was apparently a small restaurant. With her are Aaron and Alaia, while Eugene himself decides to go to the room to tidy up his belongings.

"Altezza, I don't know what to say, which is clear I'm very grateful that you saved my sister" Aaron said, sitting across from Altezza, looking at the black-haired man with a sincere look. Alaia herself was still silent, sitting right next to her older brother Aaron.

Altezza smiled slightly and spoke, "you are my friends, and there is no way that I can stand still when one of you is in danger. I can't just stand still, my body moves on its own."

"But whatever it is, the most important thing is that we can talk again as it is today" continued Altezza, then heaved a sigh of relief because his task and his friends in the village were finished.

Aaron nodded, agreeing with the last sentence that Altezza had said just now. The conversation continued for a little longer, until the blond man decided to go to the room, leaving Alaia who still seemed reluctant to sleep the same as Altezza.

Now there are only two of them on the first floor of the inn - actually there is a figure of Emily as well, but she is behind the reception desk and looks ready to serve her guests if she needs her.

"Everything you did was great, Altezza. I've never seen such a great magical power in my entire life in the royal academy" Alaia said, speaking with a slight smile etched on her pretty face.

"Thank you once again, maybe I've become ashes if you don't protect me. I also want to apologize because I was off guard," continued Alaia, bowing her head and gaze.

"Nobody expected an impromptu attack from within the ground to occur, even Legolas and Caelum were shocked. There's nothing wrong with you, Alaia. It's just the fate of the creature choosing to appear right behind you, and make you a target." Altezza spoke with his usual calm and relaxed attitude.

After he finished speaking, the man turned to Emily and raised his hand and asked, "can I order a drink, Emily?"

"Do you want anything, too?" tanya Altezza, had offered Alaia. But Alaia nodded, shook her head and smiled as she said, "no need, thank you."

"One sweet warm tea!" altezza told Emily.

The gray-haired girl with two ears and one cat seemed to be smiling cheerfully, "well, come soon!" the thrill remains vibrant despite the time leading up to midnight.

"The magic you use, I admit you are one of the best magicians to use any supporting spell I have ever known," Altezza said, substituting Alaia for a bit of the topic, "in addition to the spell, which is not the case, can you use a healing spell?" continues asking.

Alaia nodded quite excitedly, smiling widely with both cheeks looking a little flushed due to the compliment, "i-iya, I can use a healing spell!" answer it a little bit clumsy.

Altezza nodded with a small smile, looking at Alaia's appearance complete with a white robe as well as a golden scepter tied around her back, "not to be mistaken, anyway. Your appearance is identical to that of a healing sorcerer" he said later.

"So you mentioned the academy, did you learn from one of the academies in Arandelle Kingdom?" altezza asked again.

Again Alaia answered him with a nod, and then spoke, "yes, I studied there, and I graduated last year from the Magic Academy Unit of Arandelle, majoring in medicine."

"Treatment?" muttered Altezza, knowing something new from the figure of Alaia before him, "shouldn't a magician who is an expert in the field get priority as a royal magician?" tanyakanya.

"You're right, that priority does exist!" sahut Alaia, then smiled slightly and continued to say, "but I did not take it, I chose to travel with them both, as well as being a supporter or healer when they needed my role."

"And I want to always be with them" continued the gray-haired girl, smiling happily then after she finished speaking.

Altezza smiled after hearing the answer as well as the reason the woman in front of him ventured, "sorry if I like interrogating you for asking a lot of things," he said later.

"Ti-it's okay!" sahut Alaia, then lowered her head, slightly concealing her expression that seemed to be blushing as she continued to speak, "ju-quite .. a-I am very happy .. if I can chat a lot of things with you, Altezza," with intonation and an attitude that looks very nervous.

At the same time, a warm cup of tea was brought by Emily and served on the table belonging to Altezza. The half-animal girl smiled amiably, lowered her head and spoke, "please enjoy!"
