The Story of the Wind Wanderer

The Story of the Wind Wanderer
The Battle of Heaven #156

The roar of the sky was heard followed by a blue-colored lightning that continued to strike. Gradually the clouds in the sky slowly grew more and more dense, black with the wind blowing very hard. The extremely unstable natural conditions were visible above the Zephyra sky. A truly terrifying sky scene, as if it was depicting the fury of nature.

From among the dense clouds above, a white-haired eagle appeared, flying straight down and heading towards the Zephyra Palace. His movements seemed extremely weak, even more visible as falling-rather than flying. Every time he tried to flap his two wings, a white feather of his came loose and slowly floated down. His figure can be witnessed by anyone who is in the capital because it is very striking existence with white feathers that fly between the dark clouds.

Crossing right above the Capital of Zephyra with an unbalanced movement, before Shiro finally dropped his weak body right in the palace courtyard.

BruukkkK ...!!!

"Shiro!?"

Queen Caitlyn, who was at the time right at the door of her palace, was shocked by a beautiful white-haired creature that suddenly fell right in front of her, even more she recognized the creature. Rushing over, the beautiful woman stepped closer to Shiro to see his condition.

"Your Majesty, move away! Who knows this is an enemy shipment!" firmly two soldiers with spears, unsheathed their spears towards Shiro's already motionless body on the paving of the courtyard.

"What are you guys doing?! Put down your weapons! I know this eagle!" queen Caitlyn was visibly enraged, and immediately ordered the two soldiers to not blow their spear eyes at Shiro.

Queen Caitlyn slightly knelt down near Shiro, and saw the white-haired eagle's body that seemed to be filled with blood spots as well as wounds. The young brunette beauty then carried gently and slowly Shiro's drooping body.

"Pardon us, Your Majesty," said the two soldiers feeling guilty.

"It's okay, go back to your posts ...!" said Queen Caitlyn with gentle intonation, although at the beginning he was a little rough and high, before then he left from there back into the palace.

The queen carried Shiro really by carrying him, like he was holding a baby, and very carefully. Choosing a garden beside the palace, and making the gazebo his favorite place, and slowly put Shiro's body on the ceramic table there.

Feathers that look disheveled, even some are no longer attached to his body. One of the legs appeared to be injured until it bled, deep scratches on both wings, and a crest that was cut. Shiro's white body was also seen colored by some blood spots that were out of nowhere - as there were some spotting spots where no wounds were found there.

"Why did you get to this, Shiro? What's going on?" queen Caitlyn muttered as she cleaned up some blood spots with the tip of her white dress. She doesn't seem to care if her beautiful dress gets dirty.

After that, the queen seemed to extend both of her hands to Shiro, and slowly began chanting the incantation. A golden-yellow glow emerged from both palms, which then slowly enveloped Shiro's body as a whole. Magical powers were used by Queen Caitlyn, leaving some open wounds on the eagle's body covered and returning to its original state. But the spell and magic had a side effect on her.

"Ohuk!!" Queen Caitlyn coughed a few times, covered her with one of her palms, and saw little blood on the palm.

Breathing heavily enough, the queen seemed to be calming herself down, "i used too much magic," she muttered, recalling that she had previously drained her healing magic just to recover the king.

"Thank you for your kind intentions, Your Majesty."

At the same time, Shiro's body that was still weakly drooping on the ceramic table gave off a green light, until the light was radiated very bright and dazzling to the eyes. When the queen's eyes opened again, the body figure of the white-haired eagle simply disappeared, vanishing without a trace.

"No! What the hell's going on? Where is ...?" Queen Caitlyn managed to be made confused, wondering. He repeatedly checked around, even under the ceramic table. But he did not find the white fowl. It completely disappeared, disappearing just like it was swallowed by that green-colored light.

The queen slowly stopped her intention to continue searching. He got up from the bench, walked and stood in the middle of the flower garden, looking up at the sky. There was nothing up there other than a gust of wind that looked very strong carrying some branches of trees, and dark clouds were meddled by lightning that continued to strike. Without speaking, the queen was silent there, with endless dialogues of questions passing through her head.

Floating above his tens of thousands of troops who were constantly moving towards and getting closer to the Capital of Zephyra. Astaroth was slightly startled by the figure of Baltazhar who had suddenly appeared and came to him, in a state of black robes that had been torn apart, revealing his true form. The devil looks like a human, but the skin is red smoldering, the horns are curved backwards on the head of his plontos, and the two irises are sharp reddish orange color that continues to be fiery.

"I'm sorry, Your Majesty. For the second time I failed to fulfill the duty of you completely." Baltazhar spoke in a heavy tone, but with low intonation while bowing his head beside Astaroth.

Astaroth was expressionless, he really looked like a handsome man who had a cold demeanor, a figure made perfect with both irises of light blue eyes that already looked like ice.

Baltazhar again raised his head and continued his words, "one of nature's apparently formidable envoys has been blocking my plan, Your Majesty."

"What happened to the sky?" astaroth asked, looking up at the black clouds that were right above his head. The atmosphere that seemed to be more turbid than before, the wind really felt very strong, the intensifying lightning struck even several times until it touched and burned the ground surface. Conditions are very different than before, especially as far as the eye can see the sky is almost flat overall in the Zephyra sky.

"The wrath of nature, Your Grace. It seems like what I did was too fast, having provoked nature to grow increasingly wrathful," replied Baltazhar, looking quite wary of the sky above him.

Astaroth looked at the growing fear and vigilance of one of his men and sneered at him, "what are you afraid of? Are you afraid of nature? How weak are you, Baltazhar! You should be ashamed of your real appearance."

"Your Majesty, with all due respect I want to speak." Baltazhar bowed his head to Astaroth, before he finally continued to speak, "whatever we will face, we should not underestimate or look down on our enemies."

"Calm down, Baltazhar ...!" Astaroth easily denied Baltazhar's words and advice, "there is nothing to fear, everything is in my hands, just how we execute it."

"Indeed, everything may already be within your grasp, Your Majesty. But can you hold a pile of sand without spilling?" sahut Baltazhar's.

The sharp glances received by Baltazhar, Astaroth's two blue irises lit up, and at that very moment Baltazhar's fierce figure was made to groan in pain holding his left face, "forgiveness, Your Majesty. Please forgive my presumptuousness ...!" he said begging for forgiveness, holding his frozen, numb left face.

"Move the troops faster! We're going to attack the capital tonight ...." Astaroth spoke with low intonation and a cold demeanor, his sharp gaze continuing to look forward, looking at the few mountains and hills that he and his troops had to pass through.
