The Story of the Wind Wanderer

The Story of the Wind Wanderer
Temple of Prayer #149

The rain slowly subsided, leaving thousands of tiny droplets still drenching whatever was on the ground. Astaroth slowly descended, and set both feet for the first time on the Land of Pearls. The area, which originally consisted of hills and a large expanse of green, is now evenly distributed with the ground and looks a large basin to the North of the border fence. Green scenery was also no longer visible, all the plants died, and the bodies of the soldiers of the human alliance were scattered there.

Astaroth was calm and cold, walking among hundreds and even thousands of bodies of the victims of the war - not only from the human army, but from his troops also could not be denied enough casualties. Puddles of water are red, blood, abundant and almost color the area as a whole.

Baltazhar suddenly appeared, coming from a black plume of smoke and ash that flew up and then stood right next to Astaroth. A quite different form than before, he was still wearing the same robe but with a slightly different color. The black robes worn by Baltazhar covered his entire body from head to toe and had a bright orange stripe on each edge of the cloth, and the color of the line is very similar to the color of the fire that is burning.

"What's it like to use a power you haven't used for a long time? Fun, right?" astaroth asked, still walking and then standing right on one edge of the basin resulting from the huge explosion as the battle progressed.

Baltazhar chuckled softly with a speech intonation that sounded a little wet raspy before then saying, "very pleasant, Your Majesty. It's been a long time since I've wanted to let go, it feels relieved!" followed by a laugh filled with pride.

Both irises of Astaroth's eyes, which were previously bright red, slowly turned cold again aka light blue like freezing water. Astaroth's gaze was fixed towards the Northern sky which still looked very bright in the afternoon leading up to this afternoon, in contrast to the sky that was currently right above him. Although the rain that fell felt not too heavy as before, but the lightning still raged up there, as if he hated what was under him.

"You're still up, Baltazhar?" astaroth asked with low intonation and a cold demeanor, looking with a flat and sharp gaze towards the North.

"Of course, Your Majesty. I am always and ready to look forward to whatever your next command is," Baltazhar answered the question with great respect, bowing his body to Astaroth.

"Tell Asmodeus of our process up to this point, before I give you your next assignment" Astaroth said, turning his head and looking solemnly and coldly at the black-robed figure standing right next to him.

"Okay, I'll tell you." Baltazhar carried out the first command as a messenger. A portal with a pitch-black aura had suddenly appeared right behind the black-robed figure. Baltazhar's body instantly turned back into a wisp of black shadow and ash, before the dark entity entered and was swallowed by the portal, disappearing in the blink of an eye.

The two blue-colored irises slowly turned their heads back, watching their cheering-looking soldiers celebrate their first victory. Winged demons, human warriors from the Mystick Kingdom, and large, disgusting creatures with unusual shapes, all seemed to be partying under a hull that had yet to fully subside.

Not interested in the celebration, Astaroth actually stepped away from there, before finally his figure or form as a black-haired handsome man disappeared in an instant, it turned into a group of crows amongst the black smoke which then flew in all directions. The man was completely invisible again, disappearing just as Baltazhar did, but in a different way.

The afternoon looks pretty cloudy. King Aiden and his loyal knights were always nearby, and led him on his way. The two of them arrived at a hill located to the East of the Zephyria Region. The Zephyria region was a vast territory, consisting of mountains and valleys. There is one of the valleys inhabited or became the residence of its people, namely in the Anai Valley. The location of Anai Valley is not too far from the hill which is currently stepped by the king.

"What are you going to do, Your Majesty?" asked Kenan looking curious.

King Aiden looked towards the West, looking at the beautiful scenery of the Zephyria Region, especially among the mountains there is a lake that looks very beautiful. There is also the residence of most of its people, including people or residents who had been evacuated from the Pearl Region to the Anai Valley in the Zephyria Region.

"I want to pray, Kenan. Begging for something to protect this place," King Aiden said, then gave a small smile after giving an answer to the question.

Slowly though with a limped and limped step, King Aiden stepped alone without guidance from Kenan, who was, stand in front of the stone temple and then light the candles there with fire magic emerging from its index finger.

Kenan just stood firmly behind King Aiden, watching the king who appeared to be standing with his head bowed, praying. When the ritual or prayer activity took place very solemnly, the wind gusts slowly felt soft and tight to make the white stained robe worn by the king fluttered.

The atmosphere seemed to change quite drastically, the initially cloudy sky seemed to split and emit sunlight through the sidelines of the gray clouds. Kenan managed to be amazed and amazed by nature as if responding to the king who is still solemn in prayer.

"Great ...!" muttered Kenan, watching with amazed gazes some of the withered flower valves around the temple slowly lifted up and bloomed.

In addition, a wind dome was slowly created with a very large and wide scale. The dome of the wind enveloped almost the entire Zephyria Region in the West of the hill, before the dome slowly faded and became transparent or disappeared. All these wonders are witnessed by Kenan with ordinary eyes, and most likely can also be witnessed by people who live in villages on the slopes and valleys in the Zephyria Region.

"It's over, Your Majesty?" kenan asked when he saw King Aiden raise his head back, and slowly stepped back, standing right next to Kenan.

The king's gaze was fixed towards the sky which has now changed, which was initially cloudy now looks very bright - but only in the region alone. King Aiden seemed to smile slightly and said, "now we can return to the capital soon without worrying that this region will be the next target of the enemy forces."

"What have you done?" kenan asked, looking at the king curiously as he continued to hold his king's right arm to stand up.

"I pray and beg God that nature may protect and occult this beautiful region from the sight of the Dark Forces." The king immediately answered the question of his chivalry with a fairly short and clear answer.

After the ritual and prayer activities were completed, Kenan immediately led King Aiden down the hill, and continued the journey to return to the capital even though with a fairly limped step.
