Jean got out of the car and Merril followed.
"Call Aunt Lauren and tell her that I've arrived" Jean told nearby servants cleaning the garden in front of the mansion, the maid headed for the mansion and returned with a middle-aged woman in front of her.
"Jean, honey, how are you? Why did you come so early" Lauren smiled but her eyes looked irritated when she saw Jean interrupting her breakfast, Jean knew that.
"Well, I happen to have business downtown so I'll stop by for breakfast here" replied Jean, as she seemed annoyed by Jean's reply.
"Come in, your grandma and grandpa are waiting in the dining room" Lauren held back her anger and walked hastily, leaving Jean behind.
Arriving in the dining room, Jean is greeted by various types of food that make Jean almost drool.
'Lord's like never eating for a month.' The system was a little disgusted when Jean wiped her saliva.
'Wrong, I haven't eaten a good meal in over 3 years. The last time I ate a good meal was at my graduation.'

"Jean, my grandson, come and sit next to my grandmother" a woman who had bleached her hair smiled and showed me an empty chair that was deliberately prepared for her.

"Grandma, calm down" Jean tried to make her grandmother calm down.
"Mom stop, you disgust me" said Ethan, who was upset by his mother. Ethan is the son of Lauren's aunt, but his attitude is inversely proportional to the nature of his mother and father.
"Are you defending this spoiled child as well?!" Lauren is not happy when she hears Ethan.

"Jean is this okay?" Ethan still seemed hesitant, while Lauren and her husband Marvin Dawson smiled, Jean's grandmother looking at it looked very ugly.

"Stop!!" Reply grandma Jean.
"Jean just asked me and your father to come with him, doesn't mean asking your father's company!" continued grandma Jean. Jean's grandmother would have been happy if Jean had been trying to get her grandfather's company.
"You're not fair ma'am to my family, you always give good things to brother!" Lauren says.
"How am I being unfair?! I've given the company to your husband manage but what?! He wasn't even good at managing the company and was always gambling, spending the company's money!" Lauren finally fell silent and could not reply, while her husband Marvin looked embarrassed because Jean's grandmother mentioned the problem again.
"Yes, your mother and I will stay with Jean." Continue grandpa Jean.

"Hmmmph! You all conspired against me! You're Ethan too!" Lauren points at Ethan and leaves the dining room with her husband Marvin, who is silent.
"I'll go after breakfast, grandpa and grandma wait for me, I'll pick you up in 2 weeks" said Jean who finally broke the awkward atmosphere due to her aunt. Jean wants to take Ethan with her but Lauren is unlikely to let Ethan come along, so she can only hope Ethan survives when that day comes.
After breakfast at the main house, Jean leaves and leaves for the city of N. Along the way Jean often daydreams, thinking about how the world will be filled with zombies.
"Miss, are you okay? Did Lauren bully you again?" Asked Randalf who had seen Jean who looked dazed.
"Yes, I'm fine. Lauren will never be able to bully me" Jean regained consciousness from her daydreams and then decided to save her closest friends as much as possible. Randalf and Merril don't believe Jean's words, let alone hear the fights in the main house.
"Miss, if someone bullies you just say so, we'll try to help you." Merril.
"Yes, I will."
Jean arrived in the city of N when the sun was directly above her head.
"Miss let's go to lunch at the restaurant first" Randalf said. Jean then ate lunch at a fancy restaurant and ordered a lot of food.

"Not really" Jean thought that when the end of the world came, there would be no food so she decided to eat as much. As Jean ate, a group of four men in army uniforms came to order food and sat not far from Jean.
"General let's toast!"
"Let's toast!" The four of them toast.
"General Lane I heard you were going to move to the next town, when there you find a beautiful wife, see how old you are now" said a sloppy-looking young man.
"I don't want to be in a hurry" said the man in a deep voice, any woman would definitely feel that the man was extremely dazzling. If Jane saw the man, she would realize that it was the male protagonist! The one who will kill him in the future if it follows the plot of the novel! Unfortunately Jean is unaware the male protagonist is nearby and is busy finishing his meal.
"Miss, eat slowly," aunt Merlin was afraid that Jean would choke on her while eating.

"Brigjen Lane, look, I see a beautiful woman" said the sloppy-looking man, pointing at Jane who was paying the bill.
