Ch 509's. Unification of All Slums (V)
Weng Lou, and Du Zhe along with the Black Ape Fighters, as well as the former slaves then went to the other side of the mountain where the White Rice Metal Mine was located after it finished igniting the spirit flames of the former slaves.
Their goal was none other than to release the slaves employed in the mine.
Long story short, Weng Lou single-handedly went into the mine and freed the former slaves. He killed all the soldiers who were in charge of guarding the mine, while the Red Devil College members who were also assigned to help guard the mine were not killed by Weng Lou, but were simply crippled. He had other plans for the members of the Red Devil College so chose not to kill them.
After the liberation, Weng Lou assigned for the slaves who were not Martial Practitioners to return to Heishin City and help recover the slaves who were injured in the mine for being too forced to work, then choose a leader from among them.
After all that, Weng Lou also told everyone who was a Martial Practitioner to go to City 1, Du Zhe appointed him to lead in their journey, all of them, surely along with the Black Ape Fighters to as their bodyguards all. Meanwhile, Weng Lou single-handedly went to all the other cities in the Slums and asked the former slaves whether they wanted revenge or not.
And according to Weng Lou's conjecture, they were all willing to take revenge against the empire led by Emperor Shengshi Huangdi who had made them suffer as slaves.
Weng Lou spent less than half a day visiting all the cities in the slums, and he was currently in City 7, the last city he had not been to today.
In front of the City 7.
Weng Lou was seen flying down and landing right in front of the city gate. It was seen that Liu Ning as well as a few others were already standing waiting for his arrival.
"You're back," Liu Ning said with a mixed expression.
"Nobody said I won't be back" Weng Lou replied briefly. He walked forward through them all until he reached the middle of the city where it was seen that all the former slaves he had previously freed had now gathered as if knowing that he would come before.
"It's good that you're all here, so it'll be easy." Weng Lou was speaking while staring one by one at all.
"What do you mean?" ask Liu Ning.
"I came here to give you a chance. The chance to make what you want."
"What do we want? What do we want?"
"Hahaha...have you forgotten? Didn't you ask me to do it before? What's wrong with you, how can you easily forget it?"
Liu Ning frowned hearing that, until then she understood what Weng Lou said and her facial expression immediately turned completely into disbelief.
Beside him Li Min stood up with his serious-looking face and stared intently at Weng Lou.
"What changed your decision? Didn't you not want to help us before? What made you change your mind? You must be up to something, right?" Li Min spoke in a serious voice. He clearly knew it was impossible for a person like Weng Lou to change his decision, especially his decision was said clearly in front of others. It was the same as licking his own spit.
What he didn't know was that Weng Lou had actually not changed his mind at all, he had only slightly given additional spice to his plans. All the effort he would put in after this would have a great impact on his surrounding environment, and arguably Weng Lou still had little concern for people like Liu Ning who were expecting a revenge to his uncle.
Weng Lou just laughed softly and replied to her words, "I'll only offer you one time, so don't waste my kindness. Do you want to take your revenge?"
The smile on his face was still being shown and made Liu Ning even more suspicious. His head was full of all sorts of prejudices, but they were not clearly shown, but still Weng Lou could tell with certainty what this woman in front of him was thinking.
Liu Ning's eyes looked seriously at Weng Lou, then turned towards Li Min who was next to him. Highlighting Li Min's eyes just like her, the two of them completely distrusted the words of Weng Lou. But even so, the offer from Weng Lou still moved the hearts of both of them. They were confident that they would not be able to get this big of a chance again in the future, therefore after thinking for almost five full minutes, Liu Ning finally made a decision.
"Decider, no, Hero! Great Hero Lord, I am Liu Ning as the former Imperial Princess of Fanrong pleading with you to take revenge on Emperor Shengshi Huangdi who had dared to kill my father and take over the empire. I'd do anything as his pay, even.I'd give myself on-"
"Okay, stop right there. I have no desire to go that far. I can hear if you're willing to accept my offer or not, that's enough." Weng Lou smiled wryly. Liu Ning's actions were truly excessive for him. Weng Lou was just a boy who wasn't even 17 yet, he wouldn't think of anything like a woman. At least for now.
On Black Sand Island, a person is said to be an adult when he was 17 and above, and obviously he has not reached that age.
After getting an answer from Liu Ning, Weng Lou immediately gave directions to all of them who also wanted revenge in the city. He had them all prepare weaponry and immediately went towards city 1 as soon as they finished preparing.
Weng Lou left them as soon as he finished giving the order, and visited the one place that was currently his last destination before the plan began.

The slums are made up of 70 percent forest and mountains, while the remaining 30 percent are areas where humans live, namely the cities that are used to place slaves in them.
The forest in the Slums Region was arguably very vast, about one fifth the area of the Deathly Forest was Black Sand Island. Inside were also many ferocious beasts like in the Deathly Forest. However there was an enormous difference in strength between the ferocious beasts within the Deathly Forest and the forests in the Slums Region.
Very few ferocious beasts possessed strength equivalent to Martial Practitioners within the Slums Region forest, so it took quite a bit of effort to be able to find these beasts. As far as Weng Lou had seen so far, there were only approximately 200 ferocious beasts within the forest, and their strength was only on par with that of a Level 2-7 Basic Foundation Martial Practitioner.
Surely they could not draw the attention of Weng Lou in the slightest, and he chose to ignore them all.
But on his 1 day trip, Weng Lou accidentally found a remote area where there was not a single animal living in it. This made Weng Lou curious so he chose to return to the place to check further.
If there is an area in the forest that is not inhabited by a single animal in it, then there is only one definite answer to that. There was a very strong beast inside! Weng Lou's curiosity could not be contained at all and he immediately did an examination.
This area is a forest with a small hill at its center. This towering hill almost formed like a pointed mountain, seeing this only made the smile on Weng Lou's face become wide.
"I know you can feel my presence! Don't pretend to sleep and face me!"
Weng Lou's hand violently struck the hill, and instantly made it shake violently. A while later, the tremors on the hill stopped and Weng Lou patiently waited. Not long after, the hill shook once more and a profound movement echoed throughout the place.
"Goh groaa!!! Man, I've been kind enough to turn a blind eye to all the deeds you've done in this forest, but it seems like greed has really made your head become completely unfilled!!"
Bruaks! A sprassh!!!
As if the ground was about to split apart, Weng Lou flew straight up, and before long a gigantic figure moved out from within the ground. The hill that was previously struck by Weng Lou has now disappeared, and only shows a giant creature with horns towering up into the sky.
Weng Lou smiled broadly at the figure before him, a long-extinct ferocious beast on Black Sand Island, a Kirin!
