Towards Eternity
Ch 382's. Registering Tournament

The group of disciples of the Weng Ancestral Family led by Weng Baohu Zhe as well as the group of Weng Lou continued their journey, and headed straight towards the middle of the city. They did not immediately go looking for lodging or resting places, but chose to move towards the middle of the city.

It took them nearly fifteen minutes to arrive in front of a gigantic building that stood majestic in the middle of the city.

In terms of appearance, the building resembles a stadium, but with a size of ten times.

At the top of the building there is an inscription that reads 'Arena of Fight' whose magnitude can be seen even from afar.

"Registration for the Free Martial Arts Tournament has been open since about a week ago, so there are not too many people at this time" said Pang Baicha, who stopped their train in front of the building.

They all went down and walked into the building.

"Weng Wan, Weng Hua, Weng Ning, come with me you guys should register together as representatives of the Weng Ancestral Family." Call Weng Baohu Zhe to Weng Wan and the other two.

Without saying much Weng Wan, Weng Hua, and Weng Ning also went to follow Weng Baohu Zhe and the disciples from the Weng Ancestral Family who were with him.

Jian Qiang only stared at them for a moment before inviting Weng Lou and the others as well to come inside. He did not mind Weng Baohu Zhe calling Weng Wan and the others to come with him, because Jian Qiang basically had no right to force him.

"Weng Lou, Weng Ying Luan, Lin Mei, do you guys know the system of this tournament?" jian Qiang asked the three of them as soon as they entered the building.

They were now in a very spacious room, seen some people lined up neatly in front of a table in the middle of the room where Weng Lou and others also lined up there.

"I'd like to try out some of my techniques in the tournament so I'll come with you, Pang Baicha, you come too. I have prepared a plan to capture the Thief King, that Gouwang Zie," Jian Qiang said without turning his gaze towards Pang Baicha.

"All right, I'll come, then. But you have to keep your promise to me" Pang Baicha replied.

"Yes, no need to worry. I just want information from him. You're free to do anything to him when we catch him."

Their group also seemed to move forward as soon as the person at the very front was seen stepping aside and going out.

If Weng Lou's guess is correct then these marching people will all be taking part in the Free Martial Arts Tournament which will be held less than a month from now in Hundan City.

"Isn't the name of this event a tournament? Does this tournament have any differences other than the rules?" weng Ying Luan asked Jian Qiang in response to a question from him.

"You're not wrong to think that way, but you're not entirely right either. This Free Martial Tournament takes place in duels between participants, but that is only in the second selection round until the final, in the first selection round, in the first selection round, all participants will be combined in one place to fight each other until leaving 100 participants to enter the second selection, or the actual selection round.

In the second selection round, if you qualify, you will fight against your opponent who will be determined by the referees later." Jian Qiang explained all of that slowly in order to be understood by all of them, especially Shan Hu who had arguably never participated in a tournament or event like this before.

"Hmmm.it's pretty easy" said Weng Ying Luan.

"No, it's a big deal. We don't know how many people are in this tournament. People who come in groups like us will certainly be many, and also maybe their number will be much more than us.

Do not count those from the Weng Ancestral Family, they have their own duties and affairs in this tournament. The only hope to get through well in the first selection round is to work well together" explained Weng Lou who looked serious.

He did not count the strength of Jian Qiang in their group, because to him Jian Qiang had no obligation to help them in the tournament later on. After all, this was their mission, the members of the Northern Heavens Sect, so Weng Lou, Weng Ying Luan, and Lin Mei, as well as Shan Hu were the ones who had to make an effort in this Free Martial Tournament.

A few minutes passed, and finally their group's turn arrived.

They were confronted by a woman sitting behind a table filled with sheets of paper containing information from the registrants.

The woman looked at them one by one and stopped as she looked at Jian Qiang who was staring at the woman flatly. The woman immediately lowered her head, she only realized that Jian Qiang was at the realm of Soul Unification, and the power emanated from him was far stronger than the average of everyone who signed up today.

"Who wants to sign up among you?" ask the woman with a little respect.

"All of us" said Weng Lou, who made the woman feel shocked.

"I'm sorry, but we've recently determined that each group of applicants can only register three people at most." The woman spoke with a slight regret. He was afraid that his words could make Jian Qiang angry.

Without saying anything, Jian Qiang tossed a bag of gold coins onto the woman's table.

The woman immediately put the bag containing the gold coins into her storage ring and smiled at them.

"So, what are your names? Let me write it now," he said in a pleased tone.

Weng Lou smiled bitterly at that, without needing to count or touch the pouch thrown by Jian Qiang, Weng Lou could tell that it contained at least 500 gold coins.

He could only sigh because of that, he seemed to have to replace the money Jian Qiang had spent on them these few days, Weng Lou thought.

At least he had to return 1,000 gold coins, to be able to make up for all the help he had done for them.

"I'm Ying Luan." Weng Ying Luan answered the woman first.

Previously the three of them had agreed not to mention their clan, because it would definitely invite many questions later, if there was another group of disciples from the Weng Ancestral Family who joined later, then, surely people will wonder why anyone outside the Weng Family has the Weng clan.

"I'm Lou, it's Mei and Yue" continued Weng Lou who also introduced himself.

The woman swiftly wrote down their names on a piece of paper. He then turned his head towards Jian Qiang, Shan Hu, and also Pang Baicha.

"I'm Baicha, he's Shanhu, and this is our lead, Qiang." Pang Baicha introduced the three of them who were then written by the woman on the same paper as Weng Lou and the others.

After a while of writing, the woman was finally finished.

"Okay, you're all already registered in the Free Martial Arts Tournament which starts in three weeks. Take this as your sign as a participant. Later when you come back here, show this sign to the guards" said the woman, handing them seven metal pins.

Weng Lou took it and handed it to the members of their group one-on-one. After that, they immediately went out of the room.

Now that their first goal had been completed, now they had to complete their second goal......

It is looking for good food in Hundan City.
