Towards Eternity

Towards Eternity
Ch 590's. Challenges

In the material store, there are two entrances located on both sides of the store facing the street. The location of the shop itself is right at the crossroads.

Weng Lou entered through one of the shop entrances, while Weng Ying Luan entered through the other door so as not to cross each other.

This material shop had a 3-story building, with twice the size of the restaurant Ying Luan frequented. With the other floor displaying some common materials used in the manufacture of weapons level 1 to level 3.

Of course, the quality of the material on the first floor is quite good for weapons manufacturing materials in general. Weng Lou chose to browse through all the materials sold on the first floor. He planned to make Du Zhe and the rest of his crew a special weapon, but he did not have materials that matched their level of practice.

Of course he preferred to buy materials to strengthen his steamer, but there was no harm in just looking around. A lot of people like him were just looking around, so it was no big deal whether he bought it or not.

Meanwhile, Ying Luan did not take a single glance at the materials on the first floor, she chose to directly go up to the next floor. In fact, he did not look at Weng Lou who is currently busy looking at wooden boxes containing a lot of metals that are used as material for making weapons level 2 and 3.

When Weng Lou was still cool looking around, a servant walked up to him and stood beside him.

"Excuse the customer, can the saga know what you're looking for? Maybe I can help. I'm one of the waiters in this store who poult all the ingredients sold here, you can ask me what material you're looking for, and I'll help you find it," the waiter spoke calmly to Weng Lou who turned his head towards him.

She was a girl no older than nineteen or twenty years old. Her face was quite pretty and had a nice body proportion, added with her brown hair, making her look very charming. This shop is smart enough to hire a beautiful girl like her. If any striped-nosed customer walks into this store, he believes this girl will be able to drain all the contents of his wallet.

But Weng Lou was not interested in her beauty or body, she was more interested in this girl's knowledge.

"Oh, that's great! Can you tell me the price of this metal band? Also, where can I find materials for shipbuilding and reinforcement?" asked Weng Lou while putting on his curious face.

The girl quickly replied Weng Lou, "For the metal material in this hallway, everything starts from 100 to 500 gold coins per chunk. While the shipbuilding and reinforcement materials are on the third floor of our shop."

The swift answer from the maid made Weng Lou nod in satisfaction. Not only does this servant have a face and body that can be used as a lure to attract men, but his words and attitude are really good. This girl could explain with something very clear and easy to understand.

It seemed like these big cities in Mainland did have a lot of knowledgeable people like this girl, as well as the merchants that Weng Lou had met at the pier market earlier. He wondered if there was an even education system in this Mainland so that people who were not even Martial Practitioners could have extensive knowledge.

Weng Lou started asking about the prices of the other metals around, and the waiter with him replied politely and patiently.

Actually, Weng Lou's face was already on the list of people not to be disturbed in Tiesha City. The officers in Tiesha City had given his face and information regarding him to several large shops, one of which was the material shop that Weng Lou was visiting at this time.

A Martial Practitioner in the realm of Soul Unification was never underestimated, even if it was only at stage 1 though.

The servant girl who approached Weng Lou had actually been suddenly told by the store owner when he saw Weng Lou enter his store.

Weng Lou who was in the realm of Soul Unification stage 3 could destroy their shop if he wanted to. Therefore he had to give Weng Lou a pleasant service.

"Okay, then wrap me these metals, ten chunks each. Just prepare it for me first, I will go up and look around," said Weng Lou after being satisfied to ask some metals that he thought had a much better quality than the shops he had visited before.

The servant girl nodded in understanding, she called for some guards to come and take whatever Weng Lou wanted, while she hurriedly climbed up following Weng Lou towards the next floor.

The second floor of the materials shop was an auction, where the materials precious materials for the manufacture of Spiritual Weapons were sold. But there were only a few that were traded, the amount was very few and only the materials of Level 1 and 2 Spiritual Weapons were there.

It was seen that some people were sitting sweetly on neatly arranged benches facing a small stage where an auction host was showing off a sky-blue metal that occasionally splashed electricity. Fortunately the metal was put in a glass box so that the electric spark did not hit a person.

"Hooo...even Metal Pulse Lightning you can get, is really an interesting material store." Weng Lou made his comment. The servant girl who was with him nodded in thanks for Weng Lou's praise.

"Are you interested in taking part in the auction?" asked the girl to Weng Lou curiously.

This young man he was serving was slightly younger than him in appearance, yet their leader had told him to serve him well. The knowledge of this young man was also quite good, he was curious as to who the real identity of Weng Lou was.

Listening to the girl's question, Weng Lou immediately shook his head, "I already have some, just haven't had the time to use them. The metal was not suitable to be made into a level 1 or 2 Spiritual Weapon, its damage power could cause other materials to become damaged and mixing when the manufacture of the weapon would end up failing."

"It is better to use it to make a pure weapon with just that metal alone, or to choose to use it as a mixed material for the financing of a level 3 Spiritual Weapon. The average material for a level 3 Spiritual Weapon had its own natural properties, just like the Lightning Flame Metal."

Weng Lou's comment was well listened to by the servant girl. His face showed astonishment upon hearing Weng Lou explaining all that as if he was very experienced in terms of weapon manufacturing, especially a tier 3 Spiritual Weapon.

The voice of Weng Lou who spoke in fact could be heard by everyone on the second floor, and attracted the attention of the people who were sitting and competing prices to be able to carry away the Lightning Metal Pulse. They looked at Weng Lou with all sorts of gazes, some looking at him like a small child who was talking and just saying nonsense, some see it with interested eyes as if wanting to know his identity, and some see it with confusion because they do not understand what he is talking about.

Weng Lou, who noticed that, smiled slightly and apologized to them, "I'm sorry for bothering you all, please go back to what you're doing, I won't bother you anymore, see you soon."

Quietly Weng Lou stepped away and immediately climbed the stairs leading to the 3rd floor, where materials were sold for shipbuilding.

However, before he could go any further, someone had stopped him first.

"Hey son, how do you know this Lightning Flame Metal is not suitable for the manufacture of a level 2 Spiritual Weapon? Have you ever made a Spiritual Weapon before?" ask a man who is sturdy and looks like a blacksmith in general.

He had been sitting for hours at this auction event for the sake of waiting for the Lightning Metal Pulse to be auctioned. He planned to use it to make a level 2 Spiritual Weapon later with the Lightning Metal Pulse. But out of nowhere Weng Lou came and said that the Lightning Flame Metal was not suitable to be made into a level 2 Spiritual Weapon because the destructive power naturally possessed by the metal could be disturbing other materials when in the manufacturing process.

As a blacksmith whose name was at least famous throughout Tiesha City, he could not accept Weng Lou's words. He was able to make a level 2 Spiritual Weapon with strength in the realm of Soul Unification stage 1 puffing, it was the thing that proved his prowess.

A little boy like Weng Lou was not worthy of giving any comment about the metal material in front of him.

"If I say that I've made a Spiritual Weapon before would you be able to let me go?" Weng Lou asked back.

"Hmp! Let alone Spiritual Weapons, if you can make a tier 3 heirloom weapon alone I will give you twenty thousand gold coins that I am currently carrying!" challenge the man.

Weng Lou smiled widely. It worked! He easily lured the man. He could imagine twenty thousand gold coins that would soon be his.

He stepped back down with a definite step and walked in front of the man. With a distance of two meters between them, Weng Lou could see the difference in height between them. Weng Lou was roughly only as tall as the man's nose alone made him look up to look into the big man's eyes.

"Alright, deal. You're all here to be a witness. If you dare to lie, then....." Weng Lou's right hand lifted, then clenched his head towards the man.

"Hmp, don't be too much of a whim! Just make it if you can. Hey waitress, there's room in this place to make weapons, right? I'm gonna rent it, so let this kid use it to make his toys."

They immediately went from there to the back of the auction stage, where many of the doors of the room which is a place to make weapons rented to customers.

Everyone who had previously followed the auction also followed the two from behind.

Weng Lou immediately entered into one of the rooms, and the man who challenged him earlier as well as several others entered the room. As a result, the room becomes narrow and stuffy because it is too full of them.

But Weng Lou did not mind it at all, he still had room to move and make weapons.

"If it's just an ordinary Spiritual Weapon, I can make it easily. As long as it doesn't have any special shape or innate ability, I can make it without any significant problems" Weng Lou casually said.

He walked to the fire and started a fire. After which, he took out some materials from within his Spatial Necklace and placed them on the floor while taking a few of them out before then throwing them into the hot furnace.

*Shhuuu....!!!* He expends a bit of Soul Power to set the fire so that the temperature increases.

This method was almost the same as the ones used by blacksmiths in general, it was just that they used Qi or Deep Power.

The use of Soul Power in fire control to create weapons was actually much more efficient as it was purer compared to Qi which usually contained many other elements.

"Hey Uncle, you better get your money ready, I'll show you how to make a good and proper weapon."

Weng Lou smiled widely, he then took out some metal that he had previously put into the furnace. It seemed that the metals had turned into metallic liquids that merged into one.

His hand swung and he immediately took out a dagger weapon print from within his Spatial Necklace, then stuffed the metallic liquid into it.

*Tshh!!!*

After all the molten metal was put in, Weng Lou then took out some more metal and threw it into the fire directly. He did not wait for the fire to melt the metal. When he saw that the metals had already turned bright red, he immediately took them out and placed them on the forging site.

"Huff...."

Weng Lou took his breath, now in his right hand he was holding one of his training hammers.

Without waiting for a long while he immediately swung the hammer in his hand and struck hard the hot metal in front of him. His one blow caused a strong wind to blow and made the people watching speechless.

He then continued swinging his hammer several times so that the hot metal was purified until the dirt disappeared until there was nothing left.

"What kind of purification technique is that? Not only did he remove all the dirt on the metal, but he also made it denser than before!" One of the people watching Weng Lou spoke in amazement.

They started to fuss and said that Weng Lou would be able to make a Spiritual Weapon. The man who challenged him would end up paying Weng Lou twenty thousand gold coins.

That much money was enough to buy the materials of a level 1 Spiritual Weapon.

As everyone who was following the auction watched Weng Lou making weapons, Weng Ying Luan was walking around on the third floor and put on a bad face. Exactly very bad.

The money he had in fact was still not enough to make a ship capable of sailing the seas west of the Mainland. This makes him feel frustrated. He immediately descended from the third floor and planned to look around at some materials that should be at auction on the second floor.

But as soon as he arrived, there was no one there except for a few guards standing guarding the auction items.

"Hey, where is everyone? Doesn't it have to be auctioned here?" ask him curiously.

The two guards looked at each other and then one of them answered Ying Luan.

"They were watching someone who was making weapons. He was a young man who was at least seventeen years old looking from his posture. He bet with one of the auction participants to create a Spiritual Weapon. Everyone went to watch the young man in the back, in the weapon-making room," the guard explained.

Weng Ying Luan nodded in gratitude, she threw a bag of money at the guard and was quickly arrested. The guard's face lit up as he received the bag, filling it with at least fifty gold coins.

Walking back to the stage, Weng Ying Luan then found a group of people gathered in front of the door of the weapon-making room. He walked towards it and tried to look into the room. But the height of the people watching there made him unable to see anything.

"Ck, I want to see who that young man is. But these people are in the way," Ying Luan murmured.

He took his breath, then started flying and passed through the top of the door. He easily entered the room and saw the figure of a young man busy forging the weapons he had made.

The room was dark and there was only lighting from the furnace. Yet clearly Ying Luan could see the face of the young man who was making the weapon. His mouth was wide open.

"The lou?!"
