"Woey bro, please. Exelle's in trouble this time, oh my gosh." Said one of Exelle's friends in a panic, they looked at each other for a moment and then ran toward Exelle who was still staring.

Joe who was lying just like that was surrounded by many people.

"Call for ambulance." Tell Joe to interrupt his friend's words.

"Ex, you're in trouble this time. We better run away quietly." Deny one of his friends again.

Not long after the ambulance came and swiftly lifted Joe's body into his. Exelle was about to accompany him into the car, but was arrested by her two friends.

"Hey, you don't need to be there. You're out of focus, we'll accompany you to the hospital where it's currently taken. We follow from behind, hem..." Said one of Exelle's friends. Again Exelle just nodded slowly according to the words of her friend.

The doctor moved Joe to another room for surgery. Exelle faithfully follows wherever the doctor takes Joe, as well as Exelle's two friends.

"So, please save him. Whatever it is, I'll cover all the costs, Doc." Exelle said to one of the doctors with full clothes that had been known he would help deal with Joe's condition inside.

The doctor only smiled faintly without answering a single word.

30 Minutes had passed, but Abel had not yet arrived. When Exelle called her, the two immediately ended the call. Exelle was getting anxious, many times she rubbed her palms together, then she used it to cover half of her face.

Five minutes later, there were heavy footsteps, half running. Exelle turned her head, Abel came in with a tearful patter by a middle-aged woman beside her, who was none other than her domestic assistant.
