Being Married to My First Love

Being Married to My First Love
Deaths

The shady afternoon sky brought a girl's giant steps out of the door of the lecture hall building. The rain from noon has stopped. Reyna walked to the parking lot looking for her motorbike. Suddenly the phone vibrated from her skirt pocket. A phone call from an unknown number.

"Halooo..!" Reyna answered quickly.

"Yes my son!"

After listening to the voice from across the phone, Reyna fell silent with her mouth gaping, her body stiffened and hands began to tremble.

"Well, I'll be there soon."

Police said Reyna's parents were being treated in hospital for an accident. His tears began to be unstoppable again, while putting a cellphone in his bag. Reyna rushes on her motorcycle to the hospital where her parents are being treated.

Arriving at the hospital Reyna immediately search for the whereabouts of his parents. Reyna found her lifeless mother in a cage, with wounds and blood all over her body. Reyna was crying hysterically at her mother's body. Hugged tightly to the body of the mother as if she did not want to be abandoned by her beloved mother.

Reyna recalled, she had refused to participate in accompanying her mother and father who were about to leave, fulfilling the invitation at the home of her father's best friend. Now her mother has gone for ever.

"Mother-u.., Mother-u...! don't stay in Reyna ma'am.., I-u ...!"

Reyna was crying as she unceasingly called out to her mother.

Before long his body weakened and fell to the floor. Reyna was unconscious. The nurse took him to the treatment room.

After an hour passed, Reyna regained consciousness, her eyes began to blink and her tails circled around the room. There was no one else but him. His head felt dizzy and throbbing. He recalled that he had fainted after seeing his mother's body. His puffy eyes began to glaze over and were powerless unstoppable. Again he wept realizing his fate that his mother had left him.

A nurse appeared from the door into his room.

"Sir, are you awake?" the nurse said as she approached Reyna's bed.

The nurse placed the adhesive on Reyna's arm, then pressed the tensimeter ball to check her blood pressure. Reyna just nodded without answering.

"Patience to you, sincerity is what is happening!" the nurse re-tidied her equipment.

"Where was my father treated, Sus?" Reyna is getting out of bed.

The nurse sees it, then immediately helps Reyna to sit down.

"His father was treated in the ICU, Ma'am. Let me send it!"

The nurse pushed the wheelchair closer to the bed, then pushed Reyna into the wheelchair. Soon the nurse takes Reyna to the ICU room where her father is.

The door opened and showed Reyna's father lying on a cage with a lot of bandages on his feet, hands and head. It can be concluded that the accident that befell his parents is quite severe.

There was an old man sitting beside his father's bed.

"Dad ...!" Reyna immediately stood hugging her father with tears.

"Dad's been waiting for you for a long time, son!" say Father.

"Patience, Reyn .. ikhlaskan what happened!" father said in a loud and stammering voice.

"Dad's not strong, Reyn!"

Dad touched Reyna's shoulder holding her while sobbing.

"Sir, please leave my only child. T-please take good care of Reyna!"

"Don't worry about him, I'll take care of him like I'm looking after my own granddaughter" the old man said as he patted Reyna's father's shoulder gently.

"Reyna, after Dad's gone .. come with Mr. Hadi. He is my friend, devote to him. I'll catch up with your mom!"

Hearing that, Reyna looked up at her father with tears flowing down her cheeks.

"Aya-h .. don't leave Reyna, Dad!"

Reyna was getting hysterical crying considering she would be a kara, if now dad also left her. In fact, in this city, he had no close relatives. There is only the uncle's brother from the father with his wife and son who live in Yogya.

Dad started chanting shahadah with soft and stammering with help from Mr. Hadi

Dad's breath started to frown. His eyes dimmed and slowly clenched. The sound of a long monitor rang out indicating that the father's heart had stopped beating.

Tiiiiitt!

"Yes-h ...!"

"Yes-h ..., wake up, Dad!"

"Don't leave Reyna alone, Dad!"

"Yes-h!"

Reyna kept shouting to her father. Suddenly Reyna's body was relaxed and unconscious.

Luckily there was his father's friend. Mr. Hadi Jaya who has taken care of all the administrative costs of the hospital. While the truck that had hit his parents immediately fled. Incidentally when the incident took place the streets in the area of the accident was quiet, and an eyewitness who saw was just an old grandfather who was looking for a twig in the forest.

That's what resulted in his mother and father getting late medical treatment. His mother died while still on the way, while in an ambulance. While his father, although he was helped but his condition was very critical, so he eventually died after meeting Reyna.

Reyna is still in the treatment room. Mr Hadi's wife Kinasih's mother arrived at the hospital after receiving news from her husband. Mr. Hadi asked his wife to accompany Reyna in order to remain steadfast in the face of the death of his parents.

"How's he doing, Pa? Kinasih's mother approached Reyna's bed.

"He was in shock and passed out immediately after his father breathed his last" Mr Hadi said.

"It's so hard, Pa, this kid. Can we take him home, Pa?" Kinasih's mother stroked Reyna's head covered in hijab.

"Yes, Ma. Later after his parents are buried, we bring him home," said Mr. Hadi Jaya and his wife nodded.

Mr. Hadi Jaya, then contacted his men to prepare for the funeral of Reyna's parents.

It wasn't long before Reyna woke up from her stupor. He turned his head to the side to find Mr. Hadi Jaya and Ms. Kinasih sitting not far beside his bed. Realizing that, Ibu Kinasih approached.

"Wake up, son. I am Kinasih the wife of Mr. Hadi Jaya. Don't bother us. We'll take care of you." she said with a smile. Reyna simply nodded with her flat face, she still felt like a nightmare was going on with her.

"Do you have Reyna's brother?" said Kinasih's mother while sitting next to Reyna's bed.

"Some, Uncle and Aunt. But they live in Yogya." Kinasih's mother then asked Reyna to inform her aunt.

After informing the people who felt close then Ibu Kinasih drove Reyna home. The funeral will be held the next day. Reyna felt lucky because there was Kinsasih's mother who always accompanied her. He did not even go home to accompany Reyna. His aunt will be coming tomorrow.

Neighbors near Reyna began to come to worship. Several groups at the place where the mother taught then sold the bodies of both Reyna's parents and also prayed. Likewise, my coworkers also came to worship. Reyna is grateful that so many people still care about her.

Reyna's tears still flowed when the one who mourned her. He was grateful that his parents were well known to them, so many prayed that Reyna's parents would be accepted by God's side.

The night is getting late, the mourners are getting less because they have to go home. Reyna was still awake in front of the bodies of her father and mother to pray for them.
