Season2. Farewell of Mother and Son

Reyna POV.

I fell silent as I opened the book by sheet in hand.

When I read it, I was late and carried away. A sweet story, when one begins to recognize attraction to the opposite sex. When you begin to feel, for the first time your heart is pounding, just because seeing someone you admire is present and fills your days.

He makes you restless and your mind is filled with shadows about him. When he looks at you and your eyes meet, your heart feels like a hammering. Then, accidentally you cross paths, your body feels cold hot, and at that time your cheeks begin to meet, timid.

This is how I felt when I read this book. It was like seeing a romantic story of a girl who told me about her first love. And I'm not the one there. For, in my shadow, I imagined in the same situation, as the first time I felt a tremor in my heart. That is when I began to like a man who is now my priest, Abi.

From the story I read from this book, I finally know how my story with Rangga started, but my feelings are not in that situation. Although I started to recall pieces by pieces of memorable events while celebrating Rangga's birthday, I had yet to find my race for Rangga. Only Brother Abi is currently filling the recesses of my heart.

It reminds me of Abi.

"Where is Abi's sister?" I muttered as I closed my diary and put it on the table.

Author POV.

Reyna went outside the room looking for Abiyu. When she opened the door she saw her husband. Abiyu is playing a puzzle with Reynand.

Seeing their laughter on the sidelines playing Reyna was smiling. Reyna realized one thing from her husband.

Brother Abi looks very fond of Reynand! reyna's Mum

Reyna walked closer to them. Before Reyna until they've realized her presence. Brother Abi and Reynand turned to him with a smile.

"Hi, Reynand!" greet Reyna to the cute baby.

"You better, Reyn?" ask Abiyu.

Reyna also sat on the sofa beside Abiyu. "Yes, Brother. After I went to bed I felt better" Reyna said with a smile.

"Are you starting to remember something?" ask Abiyu.

"Yes, Brother. I remembered an event that had happened in front of the gazebo, as if I was watching someone else who was in that event and I was the audience ...," reyna expressed her feelings at the time,

"So you don't think that's you, do you?" abiyu asked his wife.

Reyna nodded in confirming. "Really, Brother. I guess I just saw someone else's story."

"Mrs ...!" suddenly, Reynand approached Reyna and fell into Reyna's arms.

"Reyna smiled and returned the child's embrace. Reyna felt anxious with the handsome boy in her arms.

"Handsome boy, what's his name?" tanya Reyna tried to communicate with the child, while lifting her body and putting it on her lap.

"Nand" the boy replied briefly as he tugged at Reyna's veil until it sagged.

"Okay, hon. Why withdraw?" reyna asked the boy who was looking at her face.

Suddenly the boy leaned forward, and quickly dipped Reyna on the cheek. "Muuach ...!"

Reyna was surprised to get a sudden treatment from the child, but her heart warmed up and was happy.

"Eh, so Reynand pulled the niqob Mama wanted to kiss, Mama, huh? Smart kid!" reyna said as she looked at her son.

"Nr..em ...!" answer the anxious child by nodding his head twice.

"Thank you, Mama!" said Reyna while holding Reynand into his arms and then pecked at the head of the child several times.

Despite not remembering the child, Reyna immediately liked Reynand. Because Reynand is adorable and always clingy when he sees it. Reyna could feel the love of the child for her.

"Looks like Reynand missed you so much, Reyn. Just like what I felt when I met you at the boarding school at that time," Abiyu said as he rubbed the head of his wife.

"What's right, brother? At the office when Abi hugged me, huh?" ask Reyna while remembering the incident at that time.

"No, Reyn. But after you checked in the health clinic at that time," Abiyu said.

Reyna frowned remembering that moment. "Did Abi know it was me?" tanyakanya.

"When I heard you speak, I immediately felt familiar with that voice which immediately made me want to follow you into the clinic. I'm so grateful that I was able to find you for so long looking for you, baby!" abiyu then grabbed his wife's shoulder to come closer and kissed her head.

Suddenly the sound of Reyna's stomach ripped the atmosphere, and made her ashamed at that moment to her husband.

"Eh ... Sorry, Sis. Release!" Reyna.

"You're the laper, honey?" ask Abiyu.

"Yes, Brother. I was holding back hungry!" reyna was honest.

"Geez, why hold it, honey. You should have said that from earlier. Come to the kitchen I accompany you to eat," Abiyu said as she stood up.

Reyna stood up holding Reynand by her waist.

"Eh, Reynand let me just be the one who's fat, Reyn!" abiyu then took Reynand from his wife's body with attention.

"All right, Brother!" reyna pasrah.

Reyna finally eats with Abiyu and Reynand. Abiyu invites Reynand to play while Reyna finishes her meal. Grandma and Lena were resting in their rooms.

After eating Reyna and Abiyu returned to the room. Abiyu intended to show the items he had taken in the warehouse with grandma. With the aim to bring back Reyna's memories.

"Reyn, these are pictures of your wedding with Rangga. And this is your diary," Abiyu patiently pointed out Reyna's belongings.

Most couples will definitely ask their partner to throw away memories belonging to the ex. It is feared that it will disrupt the relationship of the couple. But this time it was different. Abiyu must be willing to do that in order to bring up memories with the ex who has been lost from his wife.

Reyna took a look at the photos in the cardboard. Reyna again felt an upheaval in her brain. There were vaguely chunks of events that emerged from looking at the photos.

"Son, I've seen his diary. And as I said earlier, I started to see pieces of events, but I couldn't feel the emotion of those events!" reyna explained.

Reyna stopped looking at the items as her head felt dizzy again, Reyna giving up on looking at the photos again. Reyna threw the photo in the cardboard.

"That's enough, brother. I can't afford to force my brain to keep remembering things related to Rangga. I feel so tired thinking, Brother. I want to go home!" said Reyna while looking down and propping her pulsating head.

"All right, I'm sorry, honey!" abiyu said while embracing his wife's body while wiping her arms to calm down.

After Reyna calms her mind Abiyu comes to grandma and Lena to say goodbye.

"Grandma, Reyna's coming home first huh?" reyna said goodbye.

"Yes, Reyn. You be careful yeah. Take care of your health, hopefully your content is healthy until the delivery later," said the grandmother while breaking her embrace.

"Aamiin, Grandma. Thank you for your prayer. Grandma also has to take care of her health, right?" said Reyna who was replied with a nod by grandmother.

Reyna then says goodbye to Mami Lena. After saying goodbye, Abiyu clasped his wife's hand and headed towards the front porch. Not yet gone, Reyna stopped her steps.

"Wait, Brother! Why are we leaving Reynand?" ask Reyna to Abiyu.

"Yes, Reyn. Mami asked Abiyu for it" Lena answered the question.

"Why, Mi?" because you are sick. You won't be able to take care of Reynand later, so let Reynand stay here. Let me take care of him!" lena said that Reynand stay and be taken care of by him

"But, Mi. Reynand my son, Mi. Reyna will take good care of Reynand. Please give Reynand to me, Mi!" pinta Reyna received a hand from Reynand.

"Mrs ... Mama ...!" whine the boy while thrashing in Lena's arms.

"Please, Mi. Reynand wants to be with Reyna, Mi. Reyna loves Reynand, Mi!" please Reyna while crying when she sees Reynand sobbing and thrashing want to be put down.

Lena is overwhelmed between banning Reyna from approaching Reynand and keeping Reynand in her arms, then immediately Lena brings Reynand into the house.

"Mi, please give Reynand to Reyna, Mi!" reyna shouted at Lena with tears.

Grandma was moved to see that but, she could not do anything because Lena was determined to not listen to her advice.

While the confused Abiyu could only try to calm Reyna down.
