“Meet ..” Rafael muttered when he realized that Kemuel's energy had completely disappeared from the face of the earth.
The barrier that enveloped Rigel and Kemuel's fight began to disappear along with Kemuel's disappearance. Rigel looked at Rafael sharply and wasted no time he darted towards him.
Clangs!
Rigel's outstretched fist was parried by Selafiel perfectly, seeing that Rigel immediately clucked and stared at the two Seraphim corpses lying down. Rigel wants to do something so they can't be resurrected but Rafael is acting faster than expected.
“It ... Catastrophe. I, will raise them up. Heaven is our home, light is our love, raise us up against your will ... Ressurection!”
“Everything, destroy the souls of the dead Seraphim or they will be resurrected again!” Rigel shouted loudly and moved the Heroes to do so.
Although he did not know anyone who was capable of wielding soul-tearing power yet was better than no action at all.
Selafiel who heard Rigel's words was a little slackened, “How could she know?!”
Rafael's power should only be known among the Seraphim and there is no gap for anyone to divulge him. Selafiel clucked in annoyance as he saw the Heroes rushing towards the two dead Seraphim.
Surely the other surviving Seraphim rushed over to prevent the Heroes from getting close and Selafiel did her best to keep Rigel with her.
“I don't know where you know it from but I won't let it be this easy!”
“Then die!”
Rigel swung his right leg firmly, he placed it right at Selafiel's waist and knocked him down. Before actually landing on the ground Selafiel disappeared and replied to Rigel with his staff.
Rigel slammed onto the ground and felt a dizzy feeling in his head, he did not expect that Selafiel was able to move that fast. It was almost like teleportation. Holding his head Rigel immediately flicked a finger and moved from his place. Selafiel swiftly chased after him and surprisingly Rigel had predicted where he would come.
He dealt his punch but Selafiel held him down with a stick. The clash between the two happened quickly and Rigel felt furious over it. He did not want to use the Territory anymore because it would drain more of his energy. After all he had to prepare for the final round that was already right in sight.
The bodies of the Seraphim began to shine and drift, a golden light falling from the sky with the intention of entering the dead body. The speculation Rigel made was that the Ressurection would not only resurrect but the resurrected beings would have certain differences.
I don't know if the plant is the same as Rigel at that time. It was not that there would be no physical enhancement or strength from the person who had been resurrected.
Elsewhere Ray, Merial, and Yuri who are trying to destroy Zadkiel's soul are being confronted by Seraphiel alone. Although it looks one-sided but the strength of Seraphiel should not be underestimated.
He used a protector around him and cast five elemental magic at once which should be difficult to do. Capitalizing on that alone is more than enough to make them hassles.
For the heroes who overcome Gabriel they are Aland, Hazama, Leo, and Ray. Although only Jahoel was his opponent but one of them was enough to overcome four Heroes simultaneously. Somehow he was able to cultivate the other two hands and use the sword of light.
The body decorated with thick armor is also very difficult to penetrate even scratches are not visible. Both situations are not good and Rigel can't complain about it.
‘I want to do something but is it wise to use more power just to fight it?’
Despite being able to replenish his strength, Rigel still wants to save more than he can. The last war is definitely not going to be easy and Rigel doesn't want to use Void until the last stage.
Void Strength only had five stages. Each of his stages possessed an incredible strength that was not worth underestimating. Rigel was still brave for stage four but stage five was something else and was completely inappropriate in this world.
“It looks like you are not as strong as said, or maybe you are holding yourself back a lot?” Selafiel tries to provoke Rigel, “I hope you don't complain if later die because of a lot of restraint.”
“Tak is not only beautiful but your tongue is very shrewd, yes.” Rigel turned and kicked Selafiel to the ground a few meters away.
He created many fireballs and followed dozens of bullets fired afterwards. Selafiel certainly made a shield of light but Rigel immediately went behind him and gave the same attack.
“That's an action full of futility.” Selafiel smiled mockingly as she looked at the attacks that kept coming.
Selafiel was wide-eyed as he stared at one large meteor rock followed by another smaller meteor began to fall. In haste he created more protectors and restrained them.
‘Not a hard thing to hold back but this guy has a lot of tricks. If I underestimate him, who knows what will happen.’
Seeing Selafiel create a shield to the layers makes Rigel sure that the Seraphim think he has a lot of surprising things. Each of his attacks was nothing without meaning, therefore Selafiel would not ignore him.
Rigel took advantage of this opportunity and intended to go to Rafael's place but it seems a little late because the preparations are done.
“You won't have time to destroy their souls because the plant has been completed.”
“Even if it is done, there is no late deed to kill you!” Rigel shot out at full speed, he used the God Sword sword to stab him.
Although he knew it was too late but at least he would be able to kill Rafael. It was not in vain because by this he had killed the shield and healer of the angelic side.
“Rise ... Gabriel, Zadkiel!”
The ball of light that descended from the sky reached the bodies of the two lifeless bodies of the Seraphim. Their bodies gave off light and floated. Rigel was able to sense the burning power of the two, no doubt they gained even more power than before.
“God Sword — Unlimited Slash.”
Cruc!
Coinciding with the rise of the two Seraphim, a large blackish-red sword pierced through Rafael's chest deeply. Rafael did not react despite spewing blood, he put on a flat face as if he did not feel pain.
“Your sword ... missed.”
“I know.” Rigel agreed that his sword did not touch the core of the formation that kept the angels alive.
They have a body structure similar to humans but the difference if the vital point is destroyed they will not die. They will die if important parts such as heads are destroyed or cut off, even the crystals in their hearts can be destroyed.
“You intentionally? Don't tell me it's love.” Rafael smiled faintly and looked at the other Seraphim who were wide-eyed.
They looked at him with surprise and wanted to help but the Heroes wouldn't make it easy. After all Rafael did not expect to be saved again since Kemuel was gone.
“We angels are unable to produce offspring despite being able to reproduce in several ways. Kemuel's death left my chest empty, is this a loss? What this is called requires love ..” Rafael continued to speak while letting a hand slip from his waist to his neck.
“Take it easy. I'll love you if you die—” Rigel bring his face closer and whisper right in his ear, “—because it dies without peace.”
Rigel strangles him slowly with the aim of making Rafael tormented. Not to forget Rigel absorbed all life energy including his soul. Rafael's breathing faltered and he held Rigel's hand as he broke free. A few minutes later his neck was shattered by Rigel's grip and his body slowly fell dramatically.
Rigel looked the other way and found new faces as well which brought nostalgia. One face looked angry and wanted to slash at him while the other smiled with a hint of disappointment.
“You're late.” Rigel said while removing Rafael's head.
“It's a pity that you almost finished them off, at least leave a little more angels for me.” Lucifer smirked and glanced at Michael with a mocking look.
“Yes, at least you can still finish the ones there.” Rigel glanced at the petrified Seraphim.
“Fuck fuck ... I guarantee your deaths are painful!” Michael scrunched his face with great anger.
The end of Ragnarok has come.
