Hero Creator: The Last Hero

Hero Creator: The Last Hero
Ch. 15 — Impact of Three Kings II

Three great creatures faced each other, more precisely two great creatures against a dragon that stood on two legs. They clearly showed no goodwill at all, the goal in their heads was just to destroy his enemy.

The wound in Ozaru's stomach slowly recovered. Even though his giant body was just a mere shell, if injured he would still feel pain even though it would not make him die.

“Tikus just keep coming, with the addition of a slightly larger mouse will not change much.” Acnologia pulls its claws from Gahdevi.

Although there were not many major changes, in fact Acnologia was very wary of Gahdevi, the last race of the Giant.

The race did not escape in his memory, it was not uncommon for him to fight with them in the past. The giants were among the strongest races after dragons and fairies.

Humans were no match for giants, even demons stood in balance with them and did not dare to tease the giants any further. Although giants were among the strongest, they had no interest in being the strongest nor looked down on other races.

That made the giant race unworthy of being a threat, but still all races watched over them. Even Sylph herself did not escape watching over the giants even though they had quite a good relationship with the fairies.

“Last giant, I can't believe there's anything left of you.” Acnologia mocked, intending to make Gahdevi angry and not think clearly.

Gahdevi was not a newborn, he clearly saw the intention of Acnologia. Although a little offended if the discussion leads to his race, Gahdevi can ignore it.

Not that the discussion of the giant race was taboo to him, he simply did not want to remember something he was trying to forget.

“No matter what you say about my people, they will always be there as long as I live.” Gahdevi pressed his hand against his chest, “Here ... They will always live in my heart.”

“Hahaha! Looks like you really are the last race of giants, such primordials are really like them.” Acnologia laughed out loud.

Acnologia does not have brief encounters with giants. In his full time after conquering all the dragons, Acnologia often harassed the giants and invited them to fight.

But no matter how many times he tried, it was almost impossible for him to eliminate the race. One of them was quite difficult to kill, but the most difficult was the giant who stood as the leader.

“From your previous words, and the chain you released is unmistakable Gleipnir. Looks like you're the son of the King of giants, Legia.”

Gahdevi slightly widened his eyes. He could not confirm it, but it seemed Acnologia knew him. But the most surprising thing was how did he know that he was the son of King Legia?

“Your reaction is enough to explain, you have the same hobby as him which is to change his body to the size of a human with that chain.”

The giant race did not care about who was strong. But they have a strong pride as great creatures. Silence does not mean fear, they sympathize with other races of very small size. That's why they don't need to have unimportant debates, as a form of their sympathy.

If it had to be feuding, then only the dragons were about the same size as them. Because of that, to a giant a large body was pride of self.

In the past, there was only one giant that Acnologia knew did not care about body size, instead liking a small body like a human. It was not difficult to guess it, such a figure could be counted fingers.

“If you are right his son, surely you have a memory of the destruction of the giant race.” Acnologia tried to observe and find Gahdevi reacting with his words, “It seems to be the truth. Inevitably I had to scrape it myself!”

Without warning, Acnologia darted as fast as the wind and had already reached Gahdevi's place. He was late to react but fortunately Ozaru was on his side.

Ozaru immediately threw his big stick and made Acnologia undo the intention to take Gahdevi's head. He was a little annoyed by it. His wand was much more troublesome than its user.

He has no memory whatsoever that the Hero Weapon, the stick can change its size as the user pleases. Even Heroes in the past could not do something like that!

Just a second Ozaru's help was too late, then his head was not where it should be. If that happened, he never realized that he might be dead.

Gahdevi is once again reminded that the Monster of Catastrophe is a natural disaster living without feelings or doubts. So in order to deal with it, he must not have any doubts.

A BANG!

Gahdevi smashed his fists at each other and immediately confronted Acnologia preparing for the next attack.

Fists argue with each other with claws, neither of them is scratched nor broken. It showed how hard they were and the huge body was not just a lump of flesh without strength.

Ozaru could not possibly want to keep quiet and wait for the attack to come from Acnologia. He chooses to step forward and help Gahdevi urge Acnologia.

Attacking was the best defense, keeping Acnologia away from where Rigel was the priority. They do not speak or give signs, but have a similar purpose in their heads.

“Hoargh ..” Gahdevi successfully repulsed Acnologia, with the payment of a large scratch on his arm.

Ozaru immediately continued. He threw his wand that continued to extend while he ran over it towards Acnologia. He had no intention of letting Acnologia rest, continuing to urge him to expend a lot of strength was a priority.

Gahdevi believes, losing the head must drain the power of Acnologia not a little. Although more than half of his strength had disappeared, the strength of Acnologia was now not small.

Gahdevi does not even have any hope of defeating Acnologia despite Ozaru's accompanying support.

“At least I believe I can make him even more tired!” Gahdevi immediately caught up with Ozaru as fast as the wind.

Acnologia remained calm as he moved away from the baton with Ozaru and Gahdevi. He made a huge magic circle with both of his hands, a second later hundreds of black and white balls of light shot towards them.

Ozaru was able to dodge completely. Even with such a large body, his agility did not decrease in the least. He jumped like an ape, spun around and sometimes retaliated with attacks of golden flames.

Gahdevi on the other hand extended his hand to protect his face and vital organs. He allowed both his hands to accept any impact of the attack and minimized any acceptable damage.

His hands were burning even blistering despite strengthening his skin and flesh. In the end, receiving his attack head-on was not a wise choice.

Gahdevi is not Ozaru. He was unable to move that agile even with his human body. That was why, despite being able to avoid a few, he would definitely still receive some injuries.

‘Akh should think of a better way ..’ he thought while pursuing Acnologia.

Crossing his mind, the face of a man filled with sadness, despair and evil appeared. The figure of the man in the past who saved him from the hell that befell his race, even though that figure also created that hell.

Against him, the face contained the cries of the world and the despair of hell was never forgotten. The man was known as the most desperate man of his time.

Not that Gahdevi likes him or has a special relationship. He actually has a grudge— the man asked him to have a grudge against him for life. Even to this day, his words are unforgettable.

‘Cih, I remember something that is not needed.’

Gahdevi shook his head and removed the memories from his head. At once, those who saw him would find Gahdevi a little weeping.
