In the end, no one dared to answer. Forced entry is no different than war. They have absolutely no need for bloodshed outside of Ragnarok. While solving their problems will not be easy.
“Yeah, I can make arrangements regarding the desert. But ice island, there is no way but to subdue them.” Rigel scratched his non-itchy head violently.
There was no doubt in his words. While the other heroes are still naive, Ray is the only hero who seems to have no problem with it at all. From the very beginning he was ready to do whatever was inhumane.
“Do we have to kill them if resist even fight?” I asked Ray coldly.
“Yes. From the very beginning they rejected us, there was no loss in committing a massacre. I want to send missiles and the like but there is a possibility that the stone is moved, although no different from the Orion line, it will be difficult to track it again.”
Just an assumption, but it seems most likely to come true. The Divination Stone could only move to a location that was still connected to the Orion line. I don't know why, but only the maker knows.
“Please wait a minute Rigel. Can you hand the ice island over to me and Mother? Although foreigners are prohibited from entering, there are still opportunities for some traders. Although it is difficult we will take safer actions.”
Merial seems to dislike the genocide Rigel and Ray talk about by typing. While other heroes breathe a sigh of relief, Rigel is not so happy because he will waste his time. To avoid a fight with another Hero Rigel chose to raise his hand about the ice island.
“Laculans. But if it's slow, I will destroy.” Rigel indifferently stared at the stone in front of him, “Back to trouble. Despite knowing the layout of this goddamn rock suits Orion, we don't know what the puzzle is called.”
Finding the layout of the Divination Stone was the Orion constellation only step finding the two remaining stones. Not to find or give answers to puzzles that they don't even know are there.
“Does the statue in the middle and around the room have any connection? It might be weird but I think they could have lived.”
Maybe Yuri got that knowledge from the game that was ever played. After all, no one from the earth would not know the game. Even the reason they were able to act operated Index was because of the existence of the game.
“You mean they're like tomb guards or something? If true so surely there must be a trigger.”
Such things are common like Kara Hazama. The problem is that they don't know where the trigger is, and there's no certainty whether or not they're actually moving.
He did not understand what the riddle meant. Rigel had thought that it was something Lucifer had made to occupy Rigel as well as other heroes while he prepared something. It was very possible but his premonition rejected his thinking.
The contradiction between heart and mind is so annoying, he is unable to make any meaningful decisions in the present moment. In the end he gave up and created a chair out of stone. In silence he watched the Stone of Divination and pulled his hair.
‘Now, if we assume there is some kind of trigger to bring out the Stone of Divination puzzle, then between destroying the statue in the middle of it or mentioning a certain word. Orion constellation, there must be some sort of specific meaning of using the constellation.’
Rigel formed a gun with his thumb and index finger, he aimed at the statue under the rock and light emerged from his finger, “Dor!” Right with what he said, the light shot out strongly and hit the head of the stone statue.
Another hero was surprised by Rigel's actions without a second thought. Looking at the stone statue he shot, it surprised him there were no scratches at all. As expected, it was not easy to destroy it.
Then the thing that can be tried is to say a certain word as it has been tried. Not originally but something he thought of.
“Alnilam.” Rigel answered.
Marcel who noticed the Stone of Divination was stunned by the light flashing slightly brighter, “Oi, something happened when you said it.”
“I don't see it clearly, is it true?” Petra asked suspiciously to Marcel.
“Wait, mana concentration increased for a few seconds. Although only a moment where gathered in the Stone of Divination.” Merial agrees with Marcel.
“Yes, I also felt something as faint as the presence of a spirit. Unclear and cryptic but there seems to be something from Rigel's previous words.” Ray added an explanation.
Indeed, there is a discrepancy in which the former nature, the fluctuations are different from the usual. This place is special but what happened before is an anomaly.
Hearing that everyone widened their eyes, a glimmer of hope emerged from the situation approaching despair, then Rigel said it again and the Stone of Divination shone a little. Because he didn't show anything, he added a few words.
“Come, obey my call, Alnilam!”
Once again he called out, The Stone of Divination shone brightly. The concentration of mana within it increased as if it wanted to explode. Everyone was stunned and frightened by what was happening, but Rigel smiled.
If the stone reacts like that then there really is something stored from the world. Whether it is the power, the weapon or the original history of this world. Either way, as long as he finds a way to do it, it will be good.
“Oi! Something appeared!” Hazama prepares a shield but his actions are free.
Not only him as well as the other Heroes, even Rigel showed a rare surprise on his face. His surprise was not with what he could overcome, because the reality of the Stone of Divination looked terrible.
“I know that Alexei says the Stone of Divination is made of man. But seeing it directly is really terrible.” Rigel massaged his eel looking tired.
There is no word to explain it, of course, because the person who made all this is clearly not human. Yuri and the other girl kept their mouths shut, not believing what they saw.
“What cruel person ... who did this to the little girl?”
Inside the Stone of Divination was a small girl of about 10 years without clothes. With blood-red hair frozen in stone, a huge wound was engraved on his stomach. Ruby's emotionless red eyes opened wide.
“I'm Alnilam Margaret Atwood, a human from another world who came to fulfill her calling, Hero Whip. With unclear intentions and goals, the world forced me to fight, this terrible end is the payment for all my efforts.”
His voice was soft but cold because there was no feeling in it. His way of speaking was like a heartless robot that would only obey orders. And of all the words he said, the fact that he was the Hero shook the most.
