Hero Creator: The Last Hero

Hero Creator: The Last Hero
Ch. 66 — Laughing Death

“It ... Hero Creator!” A soldier exclaimed as he pointed to the podium.

A man with white hair stood upright, at a glance his face looked angry but soon came back flat. Anyone would recognize the identical hair color, among the Heroes there was only one such person.

Soon the soldiers began to whisper of his arrival which was unknown to his original purpose.

“What is he doing here? I heard the Heroes' plans are still running.”

“How do I know, maybe he has an announcement like a change of plans?”

“However for what bother come personally. He should have been able to go through the intermediary of the Heavenly Emperor.”

“It's true too ... But could it be that he wants to deploy us ahead of schedule?”

“Maybe ... But from what I'm with Hero Creator is not a person who wants to trouble themselves with this. If he wants to deploy us then between the Heavenly Emperor, the Spear Hero and the Crescent Hero will do it.”

“Then what is the purpose?”

“Entah. It's possible, there's an event that happened.” Amidst the conversation of the Odin soldiers who were also one of them cut and silenced them all.

In the increasingly quiet atmosphere Rigel continued to stare and make a real unease, until he opened his mouth all the soldiers felt a difficult feeling to understand.

“Scythe Hero ... Marcel has fallen. Not only him, but Ray, the Blade Hero has frozen in the Eternal Ice.”

One sentence that left millions dumbfounded and petrified, there was no word they could take out. “Must be!” that's what everyone thinks.

Without a doubt they believe that the Hero will have a great chance in this war. After all they managed to defeat all the Monsters of Catastrophe, Demon Pillars or Seraphim were nothing, right?

They are naive to think so. Although the Hero full of the majesty of the Legion forces forgot one important thing.

“Must be, right? She ... a Hero, loh.”

Odin came to the soldier who muttered this and patted him on the shoulder, “Do you think Heroes are not human?”

He deliberately said it out loud because from the beginning Odin had been given instructions when the time came Rigel would give a spirited speech, despite not knowing if this was the right time or not.

“Yes, we only received the title of Hero. Even so we remain human.” Rigel added it as soon as he heard the words Odin, “When you guys are in trouble the Hero will come to help, but so who's the trouble Hero will come? I remember saying something similar before.”

Once again everyone was silent in a long silence, some were seen trying to hold back the cries but it seemed that everyone felt the same way.

“This war will cost too many casualties, so many that it is impossible to count.” Rigel looked at the sky in silence, although his impression of himself looked cold but to be honest he mourned Marcel's death.

Whether Ray can be saved or not, but his little heart hopes there is still a chance to survive.

“Although this war will kill you, will you still do it?” Rigel stared at the sea of humans in front of him who no longer held back tears, “Two Demon Pillars were successfully brought to hell with the cost of their lives. Had victory been achieved at the cost of our lives, would you have done it?”

Everyone was still unable to answer him, the one crying tried to stop the crying, while the one holding back the crying began to cry. There were also those who did not cry or endure it like Odin. Such people feel another feeling in their hearts that is not sadness.

“Even if you have any meaningful achievements, only our names of Heroes are engraved in legends. Your name will be forgotten until the generation of children of your grandchildren, even so you still want to fight? If anyone is not ready to die, I do not forbid him to resign now.”

The news of the Hero's death must have shaken their resolve and the warrior who lost his fighting spirit was just useless trash. Rather than leaving useless trash there should be Rigel throwing it away from the start.

Exceeding his expectations, not a single soldier advanced to declare self-deterrence. He kept waiting until someone stepped forward.

A girl named Bellemere was chosen to be the deputy of the army for her ability to put down the helmet she was wearing and kneel in front of Rigel. The brown-haired beautiful girl with a strong look that was full of tears, expressed her determination.

“I am the deputy leader of the Spartan army under the command of the fallen Crescent Hero, Bellemere Altrasia. I declare my determination to avenge the death of the youth, please allow us to fight immediately! We beg!”

“We beg!” All the Spartans fell to their knees.

Not only Sparta, other representatives of the army began to participate.

“We Berserker troops ready to sacrifice lives!”

“Hetairoi team will exert all its strength!”

“We Herakles team ready to sacrifice for bright future!”

Here's destination. This feeling that Rigel wants is the hope of the Legion of Liberation. Anger can strengthen a person, the fear of death can be forgotten and madness on the battlefield will not be inevitable again.

“Good, very good, I acknowledge your determination! In this chaos-filled war, madness is desperately needed, I don't need a sane person on the battlefield!”

“Heargh!” The soldiers stood back up and stared at Rigel in a gasp, the speech he made was different from the others.

“You are ready to die even if your name will not be remembered, what a fool. But I, Amatsumi Rigel, don't hate fools. Only fools will I bring to war, because these fools are not afraid to die, then stupidity is the strongest weapon!”

Odin who listened smiled with enthusiasm and enthusiasm, he never regretted the decision to serve Rigel because this person was different from the image of the Hero in general.

‘This guy is indeed wild, he is not naive and chose to throw away the useless ones. For that there is no regret to serve him!’

Odin stomped his feet and let the metal clang of the armor he was using echoed, immediately his actions followed all the knights, the stereo music stirred the hearts of the warriors. Kick that contains pride, anger, determination and a thirst for sacrifice.

In the strains of the song Rigel continued his speech without being disturbed.

“You are not afraid of death so I hope not to hear your wails of despair. Even if you're dying don't cry or feel pain. This is an order from me. When you meet death, laugh! Let's laugh at death together! Show the world that humanity is no longer afraid of death!”

“Ya!”

Kick their feet does not stop, it is getting more and more excited.

“Death is not a deficiency that humans have, it is death that makes humans perfect creatures.”

Rigel raised his left hand dramatically, holding an object with a button at the end, which would carry troops into battle.

“Legion of Liberation, show your fangs to the world. Do not be afraid of anything because THIS IS A WAR! Let's move to the battlefield!”

“Ya!”

Along with the smoldering cheers the troops had, Rigel pressed the button and a quarter of the troops disappeared from the spot. As previously planned, the troops will be sent on a regular basis.

Rigel left the team excited and called someone,“Asoka I'm handing over the one here to you. Ask Regulus to come to the battlefield, remind you how to send him?”

“Ya, leave it to me.”

Rigel walked over and immediately disappeared, arriving at the battlefield he continued walking and headed for Marcel's recently fallen corpse.

Behind him is Yuri, and other Heroes except Hazama and Nadia are given treatment. They had the same goal, Marcel, to his death.

“All troops, craze and kill all enemies!” Bellemere shouted and jumped into the battlefield.

Firearms are fired and knocking down the flying angels and demons, they keep crying when they see the frozen corpses of Marcel and Ray in the middle of the purplish iceberg.

In the midst of such a bad situation the Heroes circled around Marcel with a sad look. Even Yuri and Petra were crying.

“Hahaha .. don't put on such a sad face ..” Marcel laughed in agony, his lips still smiling.

None of them wanted to talk knowing that Marcel did not have much time to listen to them all.

Rigel immediately knelt down and brought Marcel into his hands to make it easy for him to speak, “You fought very well, leave the rest to me.”

Marcel smiled meaningfully, he looked at all the faces of his friends, “You all .. Even though this is not our world, it is not the people we are supposed to keep ... win this war for me .. sorry, because I cannot fight until the end .. forgive me .. and goodbye.” Marcel's lips were still smiling yet his tears were rushing through until the end of his breath froze.

Rigel closed Marcel's eyes while saying, “Until the end you fight great, until the end you give courage to us, and until the end we will fight to realize your wishes.”

Rigel immediately stood up and let Marcel rest in peace, forever. He stared at all the Heroes that were here, they looked grieving and angry, a determination to avenge the death formed in the chest.

“Starting from this point death is inevitable, you should already know that. It is inappropriate to cry, you will trample on Marcel's struggle if so ... If one of us dies again, do not lose his mind and act tollol. And also, I hope no one says goodbye.”

Rigel ducked down and left them in silence, soon he looked up at the sky, his eyes wide open and he emitted a powerful aura to lure the other two leaders.

“You should not refuse ... Declaration of war from me. Especially you who just watched everything while smiling.” Rigel gave a cold gaze towards the sky in a sense.

No one knows for whom the hatred Rigel is showing is, only he himself knows and maybe the person he is directing the hate understands it.
