Ch. 50 — Amatsumi Aludra's

“Not that I really want to meet you.” Altucray seemed reluctant just to look at Rigel's face, the hatred he had from the beginning never lessened in the slightest and only increased.

“For sure you didn't come to report, what do you want to talk about specifically with me?”

“Hah! There's no such thing. Your mouth only contains lies for me, including all your broken promises.” Altucray spat ignoring his dignity as a royal family, he was obviously very upset that Rigel reneged on a promise with him.

Rigel laughs amusedly, “When I do, in my lifetime there has been no promise I failed to keep.” Despite knowing what Altucray meant he still played stupid as if he did not know anything.

“There is no point in talking about something that is even easy for you to forget!” Altucray clicked his tongue and intended to give his report, before he spoke again Rigel cut him off.

“I know what you mean and I do not deny it, the time has not yet come for me to do it. No need to worry, it will materialize and for that I want you to do something.” Rigel looked at Altucray seriously, he didn't have to say it but there was a need for him to prepare a path.

“Do not hope I help you.”

“This is not a request, but a command.” Rigel activated the slave seal and made Altucray suffer from the pain in his chest to scream.

After successfully taming him Rigel revealed what he was thinking, Altucray just kept quiet and listened in shock, he did not even believe that it would happen.

“... You sure? Even if I hate you, the burden is beyond your means. Anyone would be concerned.” Altucray was seen jumbled between anger and disbelief with what he heard.

“I hate you and you hate me, with a connected hatred trust forged. You're definitely gonna do it, right? After all Tirith is your treasure.” Rigel grinned and irritated Altucray, “Quick give me your report, also don't tell anyone what I said!”

“Yes yes, I know! No matter how bad your destiny is, as long as Tirith is happy it doesn't matter to me.” Altucray took the paper from the infentory and began to read out his report.

Rigel only smiled wryly seeing the old man grumbling, in addition to giving an insignificant swearing he reported that the Divination Stone on the Island of Ice was successfully secured and access to it was available.

Natalia seems to have taken Takumi there and the other Heroes, she has also provided a projection screen so Rigel can watch from a distance if he does not want to come.

Once again Rigel admired Natalia's quick and futile work, he did not want to go to the Island of Ice because he wanted to take care of some things.

“Not only Island Ice, Desert also successfully completed. Everything is ready and just waiting for the name of the Divination Stone that only you know.” Altucray though reluctant but admitted that the knowledge and strategy used Rigel is clever.

“Your compliments sound rubbish to me. Tell Takumi that the name of the Divination Stone on the Island of Ice is Betelgeuse. For in the Desert let me just.”

As before when the name was mentioned someone appeared from the stone, the person was named Edward Betelgeuse Doom. His words were exactly the same as Alnilam and the others, at the end he said:

“He who travels and seeks forgiveness.”

Rigel did not understand the slightest meaning of his sentence despite combining it with the other six sentences, he thought that they conveyed a message related to the future or a certain person.

In the last place that was in the Desert, Rigel and the others arrived at the last location, where they were, it took a whole day for Rigel to get there by flying and carrying a Hero so that the others could teleport.

“You fly without rest even sleep, are you okay, Rigel?” Yuri looks worried about Rigel's condition, even though he is strong but Rigel is still a human.

Rigel himself was not worried about not sleeping for a few days because he was used to it and could do it later, more importantly was the last Stone of Divination slightly different from the others.

“Is this a Stone of Forecast? The color is mixed with black.”

The other Divination Stone was completely bright blue but this one had its half black, dark black part which gave off an ominous aura as if an evil spirit was sealed within it.

“I'm sure it's not wrong, this kind of great energy only exists in the Stone of Divination. Although half of the part looks strange and suspicious.” Merial was sure that something unpleasant would emerge from the stone when they summoned the soul residing within.

Ray warns Rigel several times not to try something unknown, but with Rigel's stubbornness he gives up, the mystery will never be revealed if afraid to do something that has a risk.

“So what is the name of this last stone?” Takumi looked at Rigel curiously, he readied his spear just in case something evil appeared.

“This stone has a name that you know, you must remember that my name is also taken from the star, Takumi.”

Takumi nodded his head, he remembered that Rigel once told him his name came from the brightest star. He seemed to not understand why Rigel discussed it at this time, then a memory emerged about the origin of the name Rigel.

“That, could be ..” Takumi looked at Rigel who was smiling with satisfaction, the fact that he remembered her should not have been necessary for him to tell her the name.

Yuri and the others tilted their heads because they did not understand Rigel and Takumi's conversation, they felt that something was stuck at the end of their tongues. From hearing which way Rigel's discussion went, the name of the Divination Stone in front of him could be guessed.

“That's right, the name of this Prophetic Stone is the same as my name is, Rigel.”

The earth trembled and instantly the colors in the surrounding room became as pale black-and-white as if the colors in the world were of only two types, Rigel was quite shaken because he had yet to summon a soul within the stone.

The Divination Stone that had a blue side shone very brightly while the dark side engulfed part of the room into darkness, the seven Divination Stones that were elsewhere shone brightly, too, a beam of light was sent to their current location.

Strange noises swirled inside their heads and almost drove him crazy. Screams, cries, wails, agony, anger and apologies at the end.

“Eight Stones of Divination have shone to one point and awakened my soul piece—”

A man in all black clothes appeared, hair with a long and tied sideburn, eyes full of despair and sadness with a sharp handsome face line. The appearance of the man was like a mixture between a gentle and evil man.

“—which means my message, the puzzle I left you, my son.” The man showed a warm look to the shaken Rigel instead of playing.

“P-son? Is he your father, Rigel?” Marcel muttered as his body goosebumps completely.

“... I don't know, I don't know. I've never seen my father's face anyway.” Rigel recounts that he never met his parents, he grew up in an orphanage.

Rigel had just seen his mother's figure from the memories Azartooth had brought up and the test of the spirit tree. But he never once had a memory of his father.

Marcel felt guilty for asking, he certainly knew the taste but his fate was different from Rigel's.

“Then who is he exactly?!” Ray readied his weapon and prepared to attack if the figure started.

The reason they were silent was because the power in front of them was far from being encountered, even the strength of the figure was greater than Lucifer and Michael, even Rigel could not compare.

“What is he ... a God?” Petra knelt limp and looked like she wanted to cry.

“Prepare self evacuation! This figure is obviously dangerous!” Hazama activates a protector in .around other Heroes.

“Don't panic Second generation heroes, I have no intention of hurting you anyway I'm just a soul.” He smiled but his great strength made that smile so terrible.

“Who are you, and why do you think of me as your son?” Rigel managed to restore his composure, he had met Satan and Azartooth who had so much power that he was no longer shaken by it.

“It seems it must be from the beginning, this is indeed a consequence of removing my presence from the world.” He smiled bitterly and walked up to Rigel as well as the other Heroes.

He was able to break through the shield Hazama made without much effort, his presence growing more terrifying as he approached.

“The man who turned this world into hell. To make a saint stained with blood and sin. I hate this world more than anyone else. I'm the one who took the sin of killing Heroes more than anyone. And I'm the one who seeks forgiveness more than anyone—”

His bowed face was raised and a cynical smile was carved from his lips. With his smile, he gave the opener.

“—akulah Aludra's. Amatsumi Aludra, the person from the same world as you and desecrate the world.”
