Silence, only the sound of the heartbeat of the wall clock became rhythmic. Not a single break came out of the second mouth. Confidence again struck between them. No one dared to start a conversation first. They both maintain self-egoism that is somehow fortunately.
Candra left a few minutes ago. Now, only Adinda and Devin are left alone in the room. Devin is still at home sitting on the sofa he sat on since the scene of a face-to-face fight with Candra, while Adinda chose to return to her seat of greatness to continue her work that had been delayed.
Time continues to roll without feeling. Devin occasionally glanced at the watch in his hand. The clock is almost near the number five. He saw Adinda who was still in her place.
They should have spent the day on leave. If Devin is given a week off by his father, another case with Adinda who works in her own boutique. Then look now, even Adinda shows no sign of wanting to go home. They had just had a wedding yesterday.
"Din, we're going home now!" firmly Devin said.
Adinda raised her head. Without many words he immediately tidied up his desk. Grabbing bag on table. Then stepped out of his room past Devin just like that.
Devin could only gawk at the attitude of Adinda who was so cold to him, while with her ex could laugh cheerfully. Devin is upset to remember the incident, but Devin is grateful that Adinda still wants to listen to his words. Not a word was said in return.
Again their journey was accompanied by silence. Devin took a long breath. Sometimes glimpsed Adinda who prefers to face the window.
"Din!" exclaim Devin. He really can't stand being kept quiet.
"Hem." Adinda just cleared her throat. Lazy it feels to issue a lot of vocabulary if the edges provoke a dispute.
"We should now still spend the honeymoon package at the hotel and then we go home to mama's house. All stay for a few days before moving into the apartment" Devin said.
"However, since we checked out early, so today we live in an apartment only. I don't want papa's mom to be suspicious." she continued.
Adinda turned her head towards Devin who was focusing on driving. Adinda Devin's apartment has only one bedroom. Where should he sleep? They cannot sleep together.
Devin parked his car in the basement. Devin takes Adinda's suitcase from the trunk and carries it, while Adinda carries the bag while following Devin's steps.
"Dev, where am I sleeping?" Finally after a long silence Adinda now open her voice.
"Sleep in my room" said Devin with his index finger pointing to his room. Devin continued to step into his room while dragging Adinda's suitcase.
"Continue sleeping where Dev is if I sleep here?" ask Adinda. Adinda put the bag she was carrying on the bed.
"I'm also sleeping here" Devin replied casually.
"Huh." Adinda gawked at Devin's reply. It is impossible for them to sleep in bed. In the contract there is no bed scene. Adinda immediately brushed off the no-no thoughts.
Devin put the suitcase next to Adinda. He walked into the closet and opened it.
"Your clothes are here Din." Devin pointed at the empty part in his closet.
"L-yes," replied Adinda stammered. Immediately he opened the suitcase and bag and took out the contents. And started to arrange them one by one.
"I took a shower, Din" said Devin.
She put her clothes in the closet. The sound of water gurgling from the direction of the bathroom slightly rubbed his complexion. Staying alone with Devin was never on his agenda.
It was in vain that Adinda built a fortress so that love did not break through deeper. If in the end they have to stay together even as long as two.
"Din!"
"Mayo!" exclaim Devin.
Adinda was shocked. He may have daydreamed until he didn't realize that Devin had called him repeatedly. She turned her body towards Devin.
"Ohhhhh!" Adinda shouted at the sight before her eyes. She immediately closed her eyes with both hands and turned her back to Devin.
"Why are you Dev? Not ashamed of what?!" My sister is still in the same position.
"You're saying the hell yelling like a ghost squirming. I just want to get some clothes. You also have to be ashamed. Don't you often want me to wit*********g d** as a gini? We are already legally husband and wife. So there's nothing to cover up for" Devin explained at length.
"But that doesn't mean it has to be open like that too Dev." Adinda is getting upset with Devin. Was not the content of the agreement made consciously by Devin himself, but why now it was Devin who wanted to break it.
"What's open? Look, I'm still wearing han...... Ahhhhhh!" Devin shouted no less loudly than Adinda when he saw the bottom that was wrinkled with cold.
Gegas Devin ran to the bathroom. Devin grabbed the towel that was still hanging and forgot to wear it when he came out the bathroom just now. He cursed his folly of forgetting that he no longer lives alone.
Devin stepped out of the bathroom and towards the closet, while Adinda was still standing at her original place with her hands still covering her face.
"Din, I'm going to get some clothes" said Devin. Shame on the truth but how else.
She just shifted her body a little. His hands still covered his red face. Though it is not the Advisor who t****** but why is he who feels ashamed of himself.
Gegas Devin was wearing his shirt. Devin felt so ashamed of the incident just now. However, isn't Adinda already halal for him? Devin blushed remembering the expression of Adinda who saw him without a thread covering her body.
"Had Din. You take a shower there. Soon in maghrib time. We pray together" Devin's instructions to Adinda.
Adinda lowered her hand. Slowly he opened his eyes. Devin was fully dressed. Makes him breathe a sigh of relief.
"Yes Dev." Adinda took her clean towel. Choose one shirt stel that he will use. After that, take her to the bathroom.
Only a moment did Adinda flutter her body. He didn't want Devin waiting for him for long. Remembering the incident just made Adinda blush embarrassed with a face as red as a tomato.
She came out of the bathroom in her full outfit. It was seen that Devin was holding a prayer mat for their plinth to perform worship together.
After that they both solemnly undergo the ritual as a Muslim. Adinda men**m back of Devin's hands after their congregational prayers.
"Sorry." Devin clasped the hand of Adinda who was about to be released Adinda after finishing her experience.
My sister just smiled at her smile. Adinda bit her lower lip when she realized her current position was too close to Devin. Devin closed his eyes to neutralize the pounding of his heart. She thought Adinda's expression was adorable.
Drrtt drrtt.
