Loving is easy, but everything will be complicated if you realize it too late. Be guarded while there is, do not regret after the loss. Sorry is useless, because time cannot be replayed back to the past.
The handsome man who always looked neat, now looks so pitiful. Losing the figure of the woman who had always been with him, made him condemn his stupidity for ignoring such a precious gemstone.
When he came home from work, he always took the time to come to see his ex-wife. Although, he could only stare at the towering high fence from a distance. Never once has he looked at the look of his beloved woman since that incident.
Missing, of course, he really misses the woman who is now his ex-wife. If time could be turned back. He would never waste that opportunity. He will treat his wife like a queen.
The gate in the distance seemed to be shifting. Quickly Devin straightened his body and sharpened his vision. However, again he had to swallow the disappointment because what appeared was an Art who was about to take out the trash.
"Din, come out even if it's just for a little while. I miss you so much" Devin murmured.
Devin breathed a long breath. He saw a beautiful circular watch in his hand, it was already nine at night, that meant that he had been in this place for an hour. He drove his car home. He also needs to rest because he has to work tomorrow.
Arriving home, Devin closed his eyes. She has not lived in an apartment since the incident. Both of his parents asked him to stay with them. His parents did not want anything to happen to him that was undesirable.
Before long Devin fell asleep, the sound of adzan shubuh reverberating made Devin awake from his deep sleep. It feels like Devin has only been exploring dreamland for a while.
"Hmm." mk." Devin smothered his mouth as he felt the turmoil in his stomach. He rushed to the bathroom.
Every morning his stomach feels nauseous as it is stirred. Every time he swallowed food, he always vomited. He took a shower after there was nothing else he could spit out. He then carried out his duties as a Muslim.
After the prayer, he stirred all the treatises of the heart to the owner of the soul. I hope the prayer he prayed can bring back his heart.
"O Lord, forgive your sinful servant. I have been negligent in keeping Your trust. Often I was lulled by worldly pleasures until I forgot that there is a lawful in the form of a wife."
"Yes Rabb, I admit I am guilty. My unworthy actions really hurt him. I was late to feel my race until I realized it was not the same. The woman who loved me so sincerely has now left me."
"O Lord, give your servant a chance once more. I will give you all the love and affection just for you. Don't want to divide your heart anymore."
"O Lord, please grant the wish that Your servant has set in my every prostration and prayer. To whom else is this self to complain and hope except to Thee."
Devin wept dumbstruck in every thread of the sentence he recited. It is too impossible indeed if you expect the glass that has been cracked back intact as ever. However, what is wrong in asking Dzat the almighty to turn back the heart of every human being.
Devin quits his dhikr and prayers. He always hoped that opportunity would exist. He promised to fix everything.
The cell phone lying on the nightstand. Swiping the screen to display a photo of a woman with a charming smile. Devin smiled bitterly while only his picture could now be seen.
"Din, isn't there a chance for us to be together again? I promise I will get better. I love you not just as a friend. I love you, too, but it's too late to realize that." Devin gave a long sigh.
A photo of a woman with a sweet smile on her phone screen. He opened the photo gallery and scrolled it. Not just one or two, but there are many photos of Adinda in it. Only then did he realize that in the gallery of his phone there was not a single photo of Liona.
He no longer cares about Liona. The woman contacted him many times, but not once did she touch him. He left Liona's business to his two best friends, Aditya and David. He was really sick of having to keep playing.
Devin wiped away the tears that had soaked the corner of the netra. Then he went downstairs to have breakfast with his parents. Devin sat himself down after greeting them. Intan filled the empty plate and gave it to Devin. Devin accepted it with pleasure. However, just now that one mouthful of food had entered his mouth, that very moment his stomach felt turbulent. He ran to the bathroom to spill his stomach again.
"Mama after Devin first yes, Pa," said Intan to her husband.
"Yes, Ma. Poor that child," said Bima.
Gegas Intan stepped over to the son who was in the bathroom. He was so worried about his son. Looks Devin who is still spewing out his stomach contents, making Intan very anxious.
"We're going to the hospital, honey. Mama is afraid of anything happening to you," said Intan worried.
"Devin's okay, Ma. Just in the wind." The same reason every time Intan took her to the hospital.
"Don't be a wayward Dev. What's okay. It's been almost a month you keep vomiting like this" Intan grumbled.
Intan chuckles in annoyance at the rejection sentence her son always says. He was upset that his son was always reluctant whenever invited to the hospital. But as a mother, she was so worried about her son's miserable condition.
"If indeed you do not want to go to the hospital, Mama suggests not always wandering. Where are you going Dev? Go home from work instead of going straight home, but even wandering is not clear. Even until I got home late at night. So gini is the consequence." Intan grumbled to vent his frustration at the son who often returned home in time. He did not know that his son was now stalking his ex-wife.
"Ma, Devin is not an obscure drift, Ma. Devin went to Adinda's house. Devin misses him a lot, Ma. Devin could only stare at her from a distance, though Devin had not been able to see her since Devin's mistake." Again, the tears that had dried up, now glided freely without a hitch.
"I'm sorry Mama, honey," Intan regretted. He brought his son in his arms. He did not expect his son to go this far. She also hopes that there will be a second chance for her son.
"We're going to the hospital now. You have to be healthy in order to keep fighting to get it back," Intan said.
Finally Devin nodded. She complied with her mother's request, which forced her to go to the hospital. He did not want to see the woman who had been fighting for him since the womb was sad.
Their spring left for the hospital mumpung early in the morning so as not to wait too long in line. Fortunately, when they arrived, there was only one more queue. Devin went into the doctor's room accompanied by his mother after his turn to be examined.
Devin lay in the check cage. The doctor began to do his job with a professional. Then Devin came down after the doctor finished examining him.
"How's my son doing, Doc?" ask Intan.
"Mother's son is fine. He was just exhausted and had too many thoughts. You need to rest a lot to recover. I prescribed the medicine. Do not forget to drink regularly," the doctor advised while handing a piece of paper to Intan.
"Thank you, Doc. Then we'll excuse you" said Intan.
They left the hospital after first making up for the drugs at the pharmacy. Intan is relieved to know her son is fine.
"You rest, baby. Mama wants to go Arisan first. Remember, don't wander!" intan was firm when he was about to leave.
Devin is bored if he continues to stay at home without doing any activities. He snatched the car keys and immediately left his house. The goal is none other than Adinda's house. He did not care about the advice of the doctor who told him to rest a while ago.
Pucuk diitita, ulam also arrived. Devin sees Adinda coming down from the motorcycle taxi driver when he just parked his car in an ordinary place. He came down and immediately approached Adinda.
"Din!" exclaimed Devin while reaching for Adinda's hand that was about to enter.
Deg
She was shocked when she heard a familiar voice in her ears. His heart is beating fast. He looked to make sure. His face paled when the one standing before him was the man he currently did not want to meet.
"Deliver!" yelled Adinda as she threw Devin's hand that touched her.
"Din, I'm sorry." Devin tried to grab Adinda's hand back, but Adinda walked back like a fright.
"Go!" yell Adinda. He turned his body and immediately ran inside. He didn't care about Devin's scream calling his name. Devin could not catch up because he was confronted by the security that immediately closed the gate.
Devin walked with shaky steps towards his car. His chest throbbed in pain when he recalled the expression of Adinda who looked terrified at him. He was crying behind the steering wheel.
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry."
