"You pregnant?" tanyakanya.
Deg
Adinda suddenly fell silent when the familiar voice was caught heard by her ghost. She turned her back and found her former mother-in-law standing glued in front of her.
"Ma-mama," hissed Adinda lirih.
Intan stepped closer to Adinda. Without many words he carried Adinda in his arms. Without feeling drop by tear now flowing on his cheek.
The sister moved in her place. He's still in shock. She did not expect that her former mother-in-law also visited the orphanage today. She was afraid that the news of her pregnancy would reach Devin.
Intan broke his embrace. Tears still dripping down her cheeks. He stared at his favorite former daughter-in-law who was just silent.
"How are you, honey? Don't you miss Mama?" tanya Intan who makes Adinda jerk from her daydream.
"Sorry, Ma." Adinda grabs Intan's hand and kisses the back of her former mother-in-law's hand in reverence.
"Good Adinda news, Ma. My sister also misses my mom. How's Mama doing?" ask Adinda.
"Mama is not okay" replied Intan.
"Mama why?" ask Adinda worried.
"Mama is not okay because Mama misses you so much," replied Intan as she rubbed Adinda's cheek that added contains.
"I'm sorry, Ma" Adinda said.
Adinda also misses the figure of a kind-hearted woman who she has considered as a substitute for her deceased mother. However, what the power of longing that he should be damned because he did not want to meet with his ex-husband and make him think back to the tragic events that happened to him.
"Don't apologize, honey. You're not wrong. Mama should be apologizing to you. All this because Mama has forced the match," said Intan.
Intan knows that they love each other, so he thinks that by staying matchmaking they will make them united and happy. But, in fact, he was wrong. It turned out that his only son who had destroyed his own household.
"No, Ma. This is all fate, so it is no one's fault" said Adinda. He held onto Intan's hand to make sure that everything was okay.
"Oh yeah, it's really, isn't it?" tanya Intan while rubbing Adinda's stomach is still flat.
"Yes Ma, it's been ten weeks, but Adinda please very much the same Mama, please don't tell Devin about this pregnancy," Adinda said.
Intan felt like his chest was squeezed, it felt really tight. The news of Adinda's pregnancy should restore the spirit of her son's life. However, Adinda's request to ask her to keep all this a secret left her unable to do anything about it. He wanted to refuse, but he realized that all this was his son's fault, so it was natural that Adinda behaved like that.
"Who are you here with, honey?" tanya Intan diverted the conversation. He did not refuse or say yes, afraid if one day he was free to talk considering the pregnancy of someone can not be kept secret as the day goes on.
"Father, oma, and opa. They are all inside, Ma" replied Adinda.
"Yeah yuk, we're in. Mama wants to meet them," asked Intan.
"Sister, Brother in first yes," said Adinda to the children of the orphanage who was playing under the shade of the trees.
"Yes, brother," they answered in unison.
Then Adinda and Intan walked in. Intan greeted one by one the people in the room. When Fani shakes his hand, Intan thinks that Fani will reject him as she used to. However, the current Fani is not the old Fani. He received a helping hand from Intan with a smile on his lips.
Several days have passed since the meeting Adinda and Intan in the orphanage accidentally, Adinda is grateful because until today Devin did not come to see him. He knew that his former father-in-law could keep secrets.
"Darling, it's time to control your content. Oma's friends, right?" ask Fani when she finishes breakfast together.
"On your own, Oma. Oma just rest," refused Adinda. He does not want his omanya tired and will fall ill, understand U factor.
"Alright then," exhorted Fani, "You be careful, dear." Fani stroked the granddaughter's long mane.
"Yes, Oma. Adin is not a child anymore, surely Adin can take care of himself." Adinda smiled at Fani's expression that looked so worried about her.
"Yes-yes, you are not a child anymore, but Oma is so worried about you, dear. Oma does not want to happen anything with Oma's favorite grandson," explained Fani.
"Oma, Oma don't worry. Adin's gonna be okay." Adinda hugged Fani tightly.
Although it feels heavy, but finally Fani allows Adinda to go to the hospital alone. Adinda went with in between by Mr. Rudi.
She got out of the car and asked Mr. Rudy to wait for her in the car. She stepped into the hospital without knowing someone was following her. Upon arriving at the lobby Adinda's steps were stopped by someone who was not familiar to her.
"Din!" exclaim Devin.
Adinda stopped her steps. He turned his body and found Devin standing not far in front of him.
"Why did you come here? You sick?" devin asked as he eroded the distance between them.
"Oh my God, is Devin following me? What am I supposed to say? I'm not ready if Devin finds out about this pregnancy. I, I really am not ready," said Adinda.
"Din, I'm sorry." Devin wrapped around Adinda's legs making Adinda jerked in shock.
"Dev, what are you doing?" ask Adinda.
She turned her head to the right and to the left. There were many pairs of eyes looking towards them. He felt uncomfortable over Devin's still-at-home attitude kneeling on the floor.
"Dev, please stand up. Please don't be like this" Adinda asked. He really feels uncomfortable.
"I beg you to forgive me." Devin grabbed Adinda's hand. He doesn't care about the people around him. He just wants his apology accepted by Adinda.
"Ok, I'm sorry, but please stand up now" said Adinda.
"Thank you, Din." Devin stood up with a smile engraved on his face.
Adinda was surprised when Devin suddenly hugged her tightly. Scene after scene of that terrifying scene re-spinned in his mind. Adinda's face paled with cold sweat that soaked her body.
Devin does not realize that Adinda is now struggling to fight her trauma. He hugged Adinda tightly. Devin just wanted to let go of the longing he had been feeling.
Adinda feels tight. Not because Devin hugged her too tightly, but rather the touch Devin gave her. The longer the Adinda's view is blurred.
"Din!" exclaim Devin.
Devin is shocked to find Adinda unconscious in her arms. Even with someone standing not far from them.
