Alvin stopped the motor he was driving near his subscription chicken porridge shop. He shut off the engine and got off his bike.

"Alvin!"

Alvin's movements stopped when he heard someone calling him.

He turned to the source of the voice and was surprised to see a beautiful girl standing leaning against the door of his car while waving her hand.

"Hi!" greet the girl again.

Alvin just kept quiet, gawking on his motorbike looking at Evelyn who was stepping on her feet, approaching Alvin with a bright smile.

"Miss Evelyn?" greet Alvin.

"You called me Miss again. I told you to just call her name, please." said the girl shaking her hand. "You're my friend, Alvin. Not the waiter in my house. I'm not your employer, remember?"

Alvin nodded his head while scratching his nape. "The call was unintentional. Sorry."

Alvin slowly got off his bike. He took off the helmet he was wearing and looked back at Evelyn.

"What are you doing here?" ask Alvin astonished.

"Eat. Especially indeed. This is a chicken shop. Of course I'm here because I want to eat."

Alvin smiled awkwardly. "Totally so."

"You want to eat too, right? Then, come on. I'm already so hungry. I've been waiting for you here since. You've been here a long time." Evelyn pulled Alvin's hand.

"You waiting for me?"

"Yes, I want us to eat together again. Know it? The buyers of the chicken porridge were always full and I was afraid of running out. Obviously I don't want to run out and wastefully wait for you here." Evelyn chuckles.

As she had been here a lot, Evelyn quickly ordered chicken porridge and two iced teas for them.

Alvin just stared at Evelyn's funny-assured manner of knowing that she had only come here twice.

Honestly, Alvin previously felt that the pain last night was still not gone. But as soon as she saw Evelyn, she became even more excited, like she was back to health again.

"Why are you waiting for me." asked Alvin trying to find a topic.

"I want to treat you."

"What event is there. Why did you treat me? You're having a birthday?"

"Not."

"Want to succeed at something?"

"No."

"Want to?"

"I just want to know what we're celebrating" replied Alvin.

"There is no celebration. I'm doing this because we're friends. Isn't this what friends do? Practicing other friends." explains Evelyn.

"That's what it looks like." Alvin just smiled awkwardly.

"You didn't forget that we're friends now."

Alvin nodded in response.

Just then their order came. "It's the food" said the seller.

"Thank you, uncle." said Alvin kindly.

Evelyn and Alvin immediately ate the chicken porridge voraciously.

"I'm sure that for a long time I've loved this food more and more" Evelyn chuckled, pointing to her bowl.

Alvin nodded. "This food is so good, who can resist it."

"Yes." answered Evelyn.

Just as they were talking while enjoying the chicken porridge, Alvin's attention was seized by the porridge seller who seemed to be talking to other buyers.

Alvin could hear the seller talking casually with other buyers who were about to pay.

"Miss over there already paid for all the chicken porridge portions today. He asked me to free my chicken porridge for another buyer" said the seller pointing at Evelyn.

Alvin furrowed his brows. He looked at Evelyn and the seller took turns.

'What does that mean?' Alvin was curious.

Said Evelyn paid for all the porridge here? Did the porridge seller tell you the truth?

Alvin turned to Evelyn and asked her position to get closer to Evelyn.

"You've really paid for all the chicken porridge here?" ask Alvin.

Hearing Alvin's question, Evelyn who was enjoying her chicken porridge looked up and nodded her head casually.

"That problem.."Evelyn looked at Alvin somewhat doubtfully. "Yes, I paid all the portions."

Both of Alvin's eyes were rounded.

"What?"
