"Basic stupid! Why did you have to act like jal*ng that night!" Evelyn yelled in front of her open bedroom window, cursing herself.
"Thousand times!" sahut Ziva's.
Evelyn turned around, turning to Ziva who was nearby, focusing on playing the laptop on her lap. Evelyn raised her eyebrows, looking at her best friend with a puzzled look.
"A thousand times what?" ask Evelyn.
"Yes, this has been the thousandth time you have called yourself a fool" Ziva said without taking his eyes off the laptop.
"really?"
"Hm."
"You counting?"
Ziva grunts. "That's not the context, Eve."
"Then what?"
"My point is. You've been talking about yourself ever since. Ah, no. For a few days, exactly."
"Why is that?" Evelyn looked at Ziva in wonder.
"Why, you say? Oh my God, aren't you bored? I just heard that I'm getting bored here" Ziva said in frustration.
Ziva then put the laptop that had been in his lap on the table in Evelyn's room. "Why do you have to repeatedly call yourself a fool like that?"
Evelyn who was originally on the window sill of her room walked over with gontai steps approaching on Ziva. He then sat himself on the soft sofa of his room.
"I'm still embarrassed, okay?" evelyn said sebal. He folded his hands in front of his chest and shook his head.
"What's the shame?"
"The incident that night, of course. It really made me lose my face from kissing someone without permission."
"Gosh, this was almost three days after that. That young man may have forgotten you."
"I'm not sure. Maybe he's still thinking about how cheap I am."
"What the hell are you really doing?" Ziva felt like he was starting to lose his mind at this moment.
"I just regret my reckless actions, okay!" Evelyn let out a tired sigh, closing her eyes.
"Don't you tell me you like that kiss?"
"Yes, I do admit that I love that kiss."
"And didn't you say you enjoyed his lips?"
"That's true too."
"Then what else is the problem? You likedit. You're not harmed, are you?"
"But what about him? Ah, what if she feels aggrieved? She must think I'm a lonely woman."
"If the problem was her, didn't I tell you to meet her in person and apologize, you refused, right?"
"Yes, I did reject her and-"
" But on the other hand you keep yelling silly things like this. I'm so confused about you." Ziva scolded.
"I want to see him and apologize. Really want to. But I can't."
"Why can't you? What's problem. You meet him to apologize for making your heart feel better."
"I can't possibly meet her, Zi. I feel so ashamed!" Evelyn was desperate.
Yes, honestly Ziva is indeed surprised by the attitude of his best friend. Imagine, it's been a few days since the incident at the nightclub that time. Evelyn gets drunk and kisses someone who turns out to be a waiter at the nightclub.
"That's different!" Evelyn protest. "I've been kissing the man who's been my lover for a long time."
"Wow, really? So, was that guy Devan at the time your lover?"
"Of course not!" evelyn replied firmly. "He's just my messrava friend!"
"Then what's different, huh?" Ziva insisted.
"That's. I..."
"You what?" Ziva looked at Evelyn sharply. "Isn't that hard. You just need to apologize and the business is done. Ah, don't you feel this way because you like her so much, so you're embarrassed to see her again after that, don't you?"
Evelyn quickly turned to Ziva. Ziva's words were true, but somehow his heart refused to agree.
Evelyn then shook her head, "Ti-no, don't you think, I-I just..."
"What's? You're just what?" ask Evelyn.
"I-i..." Evelyn finally could no longer continue her sentence. He was at a loss for words at this time.
Ziva slowly breathed back.
"All right, here it is. You prepare!" ziva says cut Evelyn's words. He got up from his seat and pulled Evelyn to his feet.
"Pregnant? Prepare for what?" Evelyn raised her eyebrows.
"Prepare to go to your father's nightclub again tonight."
"What?" evelyn stared in disbelief at Ziva. He almost laughed at this moment. "Go to the nightclub again? What's for?"
"We're going to meet the waiter" Ziva said, making Evelyn hold her breath.
"Whencein?"
"Yes," Ziva nodded casually as he pushed Evelyn's body towards the bathroom. "We're going there, so hurry up and get ready."
"But-"
"You take it easy, I'll keep you company when I talk to her later." Ziva cut quickly still pushing Evelyn's body.
"I'm not ready yet, Ziva!"
"If you're still not ready to talk to him, it's easy, we can postpone it and go home. But at least you should try to see him tonight." he continued.
Evelyn then flicked her steps as she felt no more encouragement from Ziva. He turned around, looking at Ziva who was stepping near the nightstand, taking his bag.
"Where are you going?" ask Evelyn astonished.
"Go home." replied Ziva casually.
"Why come home, you said you'd-"
"Will accompany you?" Ziva cuts Evelyn's word. "Yes, I will be with you. But now, there's something I have to do in my house for a second."
"Prepare at my house."
"No. It's still seven o'clock. I can get ready quickly. Remember, you have to be ready when I come. I'll pick you up at nine tonight."
Evelyn rolled her eyes lazily.
"Just give it up."
