Alvin could only stare at Daniel who was currently adding the bowl to the three.

At first, Alvin thought people like Daniel would not like to eat food like this but in fact the young man was the one who ate the most among the three of them.

"I'm sorry about this." whispered Evelyn, smiling awkwardly.

The girl looked at Alvin unpleasantly, as if she understood with a surprised look on Alvin's face. Ever since Evelyn had noticed Alvin who looked flabbergasted to see Daniel who ate a lot.

Honestly, for a few seconds Evelyn was also surprised to see Daniel eat that much. Evelyn had never seen Daniel eat a large meal. Maybe this kind of food is indeed entered with the taste of his best friend.

Alvin never answered the words Evelyn had said. The young man seemed to be focusing on nothing but Daniel who was eating voraciously.

Evelyn nudged Alvin with her arm, "hey, Alvin."

"Yes?" this time Alvin woke up from his daydream.

"He's like a starving man."

Alvin chuckled and looked back at Daniel, "I think your best friend really likes chicken porridge."

"But this is a bit embarrassing to see" Evelyn whispered again. "You don't have a problem, do you?"

"What's the problem with?"

"With this. At first I asked you to treat me but in fact you even pay the chicken porridge up many times like this."

Alvin simply responded to Evelyn's words just now with a small laugh, "It certainly doesn't matter. It's not even okay with what you did last time."

Evelyn knew exactly what Alvin meant. The young man was discussing when Evelyn paid for all the chicken porridge portions some time ago.

"Why do you keep talking about that. It doesn't even matter anymore."

"I'm just looking for a comparison for you. Five bowls of chicken porridge is not at all a big deal when compared to what you do."

Evelyn nodded in understanding. "Yes, okay. If that's not a problem for you, I don't matter either."

Daniel who had been focusing on the food in front of him seemed to glance at the two humans before him. He raised his eyebrows when he saw the two of them whispering without touching their food.

"You don't eat?"

Daniel's question managed to make Evelyn and Alvin aware and away from each other.

"Eat" said Alvin showed the contents of his bowl are half.

Daniel glanced at Evelyn as if he wanted an answer from the girl but Evelyn immediately turned her face away.

"Seriously, I've noticed that your work is just breaking into. Ck, ck, you really don't know how to enjoy good food."

Evelyn and Alvin looked at each other then smiled and immediately ate back their chicken porridge.

And, while they were enjoying their own food, Evelyn quietly glanced at Alvin and found that instead of eating his food, she was daydreaming, stirring up her chicken porridge.

"What's wrong?" evelyn asked, touching Alvin's arm.

"Yes?"

"I should ask, what's wrong?"

Alvin furrowed his brows even more confused, "I why?"

"Why did you ask me back?"

"I'm fine." Alvin grinned, scratching his nape. "What do you see me why?"

"You look a little moody."

Alvin hurriedly touched his own face after hearing Evelyn's statement. "Is that really so?"

"Yes, you're not eating but just stirring up your food. I even thought you were sick."

"I'm in good health."

"Good, then do you have a problem?" ask Evelyn again. After realizing his words, he hurriedly flicked his hand "I mean, it's your personal business. But I'm a little curious about what makes you look a little different than usual. You really aren't sick?"

"No. I'm fine."

"You're sure, right?"

"I'm sure."

Evelyn glanced at Daniel for a moment. The young man did not seem to care at all about the conversation between the two of them. Evelyn then brought her face closer to Alvin's ears. "Are you uncomfortable Daniel's here?" whispered.

"Ah, of course not, I have absolutely no problem with that."

"It's okay Vin. Just tell me honestly that his presence is disturbing. Do you know what? I actually feel it too. His presence really interfered with our lunch appointment."

"No, miss. Really, not because of that."

In fact, it is not because it is because Alvin is currently thinking about rumors about him that spread on campus. He suddenly realized that it was not ordinary gossip because when he came home from college some students seemed to look at him with a strange look.

"If it wasn't for Daniel, wouldn't it mean something else. So that means I'm right to say you're thinking something, right?"

Alvin was stunned, as if he had just been caught up by Evelyn's question just now.

"Friends!"

The two stopped and turned to Daniel who suddenly spoke.

"I know you two are talking, but-"

"What's wrong?" evelyn asked looking suspiciously.

"Can I order another bowl?" daniel said, pointing out the empty bowl in his hand.
