The clock was already showing at half-nine at night when Evelyn stepped out of the restaurant and entered her car.
Ziva's car seemed to have just passed by, leaving the restaurant area. His best friend came home first because there was an appointment to discuss work with his office colleagues.
Evelyn did not go straight to her house. The beautiful girl decided to stay in her car for a while.
Evelyn let out a tired breath. He leaned on his car seat. Pensive for a few moments. Dreaming of many things. One of them is how to make Alvin his.
To be honest, what Evelyn realized was that what she felt for the young man was not love. But something more leads to obsession. He was interested in Alvin.
Evelyn felt that the young man was too precious to let go and eventually belonged to someone else. He's not willing.
So, whether Alvin himself wants to be Evelyn's life partner as he hopes or not. That was the answer Evelyn wanted to seek from the young man.
Honestly, despite having a lot of experience about men because all this time always lived surrounded by many men but all was different when he met Alvin.
Evelyn is like meeting a new character in her life and makes it difficult to read the contents of the young man's heart. Alvin was very secretive about his feelings.
Usually the men who are close to Evelyn will immediately express what they feel. After that they will continue with sleeping in bed.
Alvin is not.
The young man seemed to signal that he was indeed interested in Evelyn just as much as Evelyn was interested in him. But somehow it was as if there was no movement whatsoever that Evelyn saw from him.
Just a sign, no action.
And that's what makes Evelyn frustrated because let's not sleep in bed, what Alvin just felt Evelyn did not know.
Evelyn took a deep breath. Looks like he really should be the one to move here first.
'Speaking the taste first to men, there's nothing wrong with that, right?' his inner.
If Evelyn does not do that, she feels that Alvin will be taken by someone else because Evelyn believes many women also want the young man in addition to Evelyn herself.
Evelyn screeced. He won't let that happen to him. It never will.
"Alvin's mine. Just mine. Until whenever it will continue to be so. And soon I will make it mine, completely." Evelyn muttered sharply.
The next second Evelyn hurriedly put on her seatbelt.
'If Alvin doesn't come forward, let me move first.' he murmured.
Evelyn then starts her car engine and drives it out of the restaurant's parking lot.
.
.
About an hour later Evelyn was in the parking lot of her father's nightclub. It's the same place Alvin works.
The girl turned off her car engine and looked up to stare at the nightclub building before her.
"At the moment he's busy or not, huh?" evelyn murmured a glance at the clock on her wrist. He wanted to see Alvin but did not want to interfere with the young man's work time.
Evelyn turned her head, staring at the parcel in the car seat next to her.
It was a parcel of food that he had bought while still on his way here. Evelyn's main goal here was to give Alvin the parcel.
But Evelyn was even confused how to hand this parcel to Alvin.
If he passed through the front door all the servants would have recognized him. And they'll definitely see him give Alvin something.
Should he go in through the back door and leave it to someone?
Evelyn hurriedly shook her head. 'It's the same. There will still be rumors circulating that will harm Alvin later."
Evelyn suddenly recalled something and patted her own forehead.
"Why should I be confused. I'll have her phone number." Evelyn muttered laughing to herself.
Evelyn then pulled her phone out of the bag to contact Alvin.
It was now barely eleven o'clock in the evening and it seemed like this young man was rather busy. So it would be best if Evelyn ended this call quickly.
"Hello?"
Alvin's hoarse voice came from across the phone.
"Hi, Alvin?" Evelyn greeted back. "I'm sorry I interrupted your work. But can you get out of the club to see me for a minute."
"You're not bothering me. Are you at the club?"
"Yes, I'm waiting for you in the parking lot" Evelyn explained. Both of his eyes looked towards the club that was starting to get crowded.
"I can't see you because I'm not in the club today."
Alvin's words made Evelyn's eyebrows wrinkled. "You're not cloned? Where are you now? Not working."
"I'm at home. It just so happened that today I was on my day off work." Alvin's voice sounded a bit limp and hoarse.
Right after Alvin said that, Evelyn could hear Alvin coughing.
"You sick?" guess Evelyn.
"I'm just a little flu." explains Alvin, "But do you want to talk to me about something important?"
Evelyn tried not to curse after hearing the information.
"You're really sick? Since when? Didn't you still eat with me this afternoon?" Evelyn asked in a worried tone.
"Yes, it's true. Today was actually a little dizzy. I don't know why but after a nap my nose was hot and my head was also very dizzy. Looks like I can't meet you tonight."
Evelyn remained silent.
He seemed to remember and immediately realized that Alvin's face did look very pale.
Evelyn bit her lips, worried about what to do at this moment. And the next second, an idea popped into her head and made Evelyn smile.
"Give me your home address?" evelyn said suddenly.
"My address?"
"Yes." Yeah."
"But why?" Alvin asked in wonder.
Evelyn remained silent for a while, turning back to look at the food parcel next to her, before then answering Alvin's question.
"I'm going to your house right now."
