"The children should be told to go home first, brother Tini, pity if here.let alone Syifa." The Sultan spoke while hugging Syifa who was still fussy.
"Let me keep watch here, Sania my wife." Miko interrupted the Sultan's speech.
"Let the Sultan take care of Miko first, you will have two wives, not until your other wife feels neglected" said Tuti.

Without waiting again Miko half ran towards the baby room.
"Suster, can I see my baby?"
"His mother was in the name of Sania Marfiah who is now again being treated in the ICU room."
"This father is ready?"
"I'm the father of the twin sisters."
"Let me take you sir!!!" Then they both went into the baby's room.
Inside two blue cribs, sleep two tiny babies.
Miko cried out in tears..."Can I hold them sisters? I didn't have time to give birth to my son."
"The wife of the father went into the operating room is already in a critical condition sir.so the doctor must perform a cesarean section."
"Sania's mother's pity.she gave birth hasn't even nine months, it seems she's too tired."
Miko kept quiet to hear the sister's words. He knew how big a mistake he had made to his wife.
Miko received one of her children from the nuns' hands and carried her.

Miko whispered..."See our son, mother? They're both handsome once.quickly sober up, we'll move to a faraway place and take care of our children."

Miko came out of the baby's room and headed back to the ICU waiting room. He saw the Sultan standing looking in from the glass window.
There was a feeling of unwillingness in his heart seeing the Sultan staring at Sania attentively. But he also remembered the man's goodwill for what he had done all this time to his family.
If there is no Sultan, I don't know what it will be. Given that all his feelings returned to calm.
"Sultan's..." He greeted the Sultan.
The Sultan looked at him. "I thank you so much for your help and concern for my family."
The sultan took a breath. "Miko...Sania is a good woman, it would be foolish of you as a man to waste a woman as good and gentle as her."
