"I ma'am, I went into the boss's room to ask for my signature when I knocked on the door with no answer, I went in and found that she had fainted in her chair with blood flowing from her nostrils and had soaked the veil that Sania's mother was wearing.

"Actually Sania's mother is sick what mom?" hans asked Della.

Della didn't answer immediately she looked at Hans for a moment and then she sighed.

"Sania is sick with blood cancer is stage 3.. During this time we are looking for a sum-sum donor for her but not yet.there is a suitable!!" obviously Della.

"Then, who's the guy who likes to pick up Sania's mom? her face was very similar to Dina!!" ask Hans again.

"She's Sofwan Prayoga my sister's husband!!" answer Della.

Throughout the journey Hans just kept quiet and didn't say much. Many times Tiwi glanced at the mainstay chef in their cafe but Hans kept driving with his gaze pointed forward.

"Are you thinking about what Miss Della said about our boss?" tanya Tiwi slowly.

Hans only kept quiet after he glanced at Tiwi then he focused on driving back.

"Don't tell me you like our boss, do you?? Shinta can go berserk later!!" tiwi said again giving a warning to Hans.

"What right is Shinta raging about? shinta and I don't have any special relationship." The answer.

"Special relationships don't exist, but special relationships do exist!!" answer Tiwi.

"Originally you know Wi, shinta and I are just cousins Shinta doesn't want our relationship as cousins because she's afraid to quit this cafe because I know her mother is sick and costs a lot."

Tiwi was only silent but in her heart was silent glad not to play.

Since this cafe was founded 6 years ago, the first employee to apply at the cafe was Hans.

Hans stayed with the Sultan for the longest time until the Sultan died and Hans was determined to help advance the cafe given his over-debt to the benevolent cafe owner.

Now this Sultan cafe has opened a branch in the city.so Sania who is now the owner of the cafe had to go back and forth in the two cafes. It was also what caused Sania's physical drop.

On the way, he meets Jonathan and Niko's grandfather, who has just returned home to deliver wedding supplies.

At first Dina pretended not to see but Jonathan's grandfather had greeted him first.

"Dina...I-it..."

Inevitably he stopped and waited for the twins grandfather to get off the pick up and approach him.

"Din, ntar night there is a thanksgiving at your father's house, tell your mother to come to the house yes, because since yesterday both your mother and your Dell aunt's grandfather phone all no one active.

"Aunty at the cake hospital!!" sahut Dina's.

"What pain is your aunt?" ask Jonathan.

"Not a sick aunt but mother!!" said Dina.

Niko who had just arrived at her father's place and Dina spoke was immediately shocked.

"What's your body hurting, Dina?" ask Niko.

"What does Niko care about?" ketus Dina then turned on the motor and passed from there.

Niko was stunned to hear Dina's spicy words just now.

Jonathan patted Niko on the shoulder so that he could be more patient and understanding because girls the age of Dina his soul and his way of thinking was still unstable and still liked to flinch when talking.

"Niko knew that Niko was wrong, yeah!! but if Dina knew that Niko loved her mother, very.." Niko said along with her gloomy face.

Jonathan was just sad to see his son. While still with Sania, her lips always smile.exactly like when she was blind first, all without burden but now? marrying Maya and having to part with Sania instead makes Niko a lax.

"Sania must have been very tired, well, now she has to make her own living to support her family since Riko her husband went missing and reportedly died."

"Sania never wanted to receive the money that Niko transferred her kerekenenya well.she always returned it again to Niko."

"She's a very independent type of woman, Niko, she doesn't want to live with anyone." Jonathan says.

"If Niko could donate Niko's sum-sum yeah yeah yeah!! whatever Niko will do so Sania can heal as she is!!"

"Why don't you try to get him checked out by Dr Alvin? who knows if it fits!!" jonathan said he gave Niko his idea.

"Dad is right.why not think ya yah!!!" niko said with sparkling eyes.

"Tomorrow Niko will try to see doctor Alvin, but today Niko wants to go to the hospital first to visit Sania."

"Where is Dad going? seems to be in a hurry?" juma asked his father.

"Dad wants to go to the hospital to see Sania's mother."

"What's Sania's mother in the hospital for, yeah?" ask Juma.

"Sleeping!!" answer Niko lightly.

"If you want to go with me!!" niko finally allows Juma to come with her.

Niko and Juma arrive in front of Sania's inpatient room. Slender... Della's coming home to get dirty clothes.

Niko opened the door slowly. On top of the bed Sania lay with her extremely pale face.

"Sultan, did you come to see me? you're finally here."

Sania opened her eyes slowly trying to see more clearly who was coming.

"Niko...Juma..turns out you guys, I thought it was Sultan!!" said Sania who made Niko a smug.

Niko realized how great the Sultan means to Sania even 2 months the Sultan has gone, Sania still considers it there is nothing like her that is completely useless like this.

"Well, it's me and Juma who came to see you, what are you sick ?" ask Niko to melt the atmosphere.

"Well.sick regular Niko!!" sania replied with a smile.

"Sit Juma don't just stand like that!!" sania said with a smile looking at Juma.

Juma was stunned to see Sania's smile and tenderness.

"It is fitting that many people love him including my father.His smile is so sincere, hospitality and tenderness radiates from the eyes and every word he says."

"Different from my mother, the person is rude, arrogant...."

"Our mother brought fruit, Juma I say yes to mother!!" said Juma.

"Yes dear.thank you!!" he said with his smile.

While Niko was conversing with Sania, Juma excitedly peeled the apples and pears they had brought.

"You and Maya why live far apart.it's not good that the husband and wife live far apart, let alone you two will have Juma!!" said Sania while looking at Niko gently.

There was no resentment and hatred emanating from the glare of his two clear eyeballs.

"Your presence will never be replaced by anyone!!" niko said quietly but quite clearly heard by the ears of Sania and Juma.

Juma said how much his father loved the woman lying in front of him.

"Bun, the fruit has been peeled and washed Juma also cut into pieces and Juma put on the plate, Juma ya bribin bun!" said Juma was about to prepare to feed Sania.

"No need Juma, let me feed Sania mother!!! You go to the cafeteria there!!"

Juma seemed to pout but eventually left also leaving Sania and her father.
