101.status of wisdom

Adam is thrilled after hearing of his past which not only proves to him that he is more capable and worthy of working with him, but also reveals to him his reasons for wanting to succeed.

With such a huge burden she carried from her ancestors, Elizabeth had great ambition and drive and was exactly what Adam needed from a couple.

It also showed him that the world was not as big as it seemed and he was lucky to have made his first steps into the underground cultivation world with a steady foundation and partners.

He also begins to realize that New York is not as big as it seems and the extended family of new york who each rule one territory will spread throughout the country and the world if nothing stops them. That showed him that they were not the only cultivation family he should be wary of and there were stronger and more influential cultivators in the world.

However, he made sure not to think too big with his current strength being very little compared to a large family, let alone a larger organization.

"So, why don't you tell us about your past and who you really are" Elizabeth said.

"No, I don't feel that way" replied Adam who didn't want anyone to find his aunt or his friends whom he knew even with the Hunters mind was his weakness.

Though the thoughts of her Hunter tried to sever her ties with others who would hold her back, she was unwilling to do so with her friends and most of her aunts.

"How is that fair" lamented Elizabeth who knew she had no way to force Adam to do it.

"Life is unfair, so face it and don't let you kill me, so you won't get any information from me that I don't want to give you" said Adam, teasing Elizabeth, who was getting upset.

"However I'll tell you a few things to make you feel comfortable working with me. I have no affiliation and have no family, nor do I know any other cultivators besides Chase and live an ordinary life. It was only recently that I started cultivating" told them Adam, not wanting to ruin the partnership they had made.

"But that's just information that I feel comfortable expressing and should be enough to make you feel safe and protected while working with me" Adam said.

"If that's all, I'm a busy person and have to go. I appreciate custom vehicles, but I think my help is enough to pay for these vehicles and their maintenance costs. If you need anything, call me." Okay" said Adam as he prepared to leave and bring along the vehicle and clothes he had prepared for him.

Inevitably Elizabeth thinks that Adam is crazy with his easygoing attitude that can suddenly turn into a paranoid killer and along with that he is always busy and doing things.

"OK, but make sure you're careful and you better not hang around killing people or threatening to kill me again" Elizabeth scolds after seeing that Adam has returned to her relaxed self.

Adam is not crazy, but when the mind of his Hunter, which in most cases is not necessary, suddenly appears, he will become very different.

"I'll try not to, but do you have a car park in this building for me to try this vehicle" asked Adam.

"Why should it be tried, it's like any other motorcycle and should be comfortable riding it if it can get a license" Jaspal said.

“What if I don't have a SIM and have never ridden a motorcycle before?” adam asked with a wry smile while scratching his head.

"Why do you ask for a motorcycle if you've never driven it before and don't have a SIM" Elizabeth exclaimed.

"Do you know how much money I spent and how much time Jaspal spent designing and structuring it?" exclaim Elisabeth.

"Don't worry I can learn, and for licensing, how difficult is it to get a fake?" adam asked, not wanting to go through the long process of taking lessons and exams to get a license.

He has made sure to memorize all the theories and knowledge part of the license and knows all the safety guidelines and rules that one must know in order to get a license, he said, and also learn a little about motorcycles and how they are ridden. All that was left was for him to experience it firsthand.

"Money is not a problem, but you need to give me time to solve it through my contacts and until then, you should not ride a motorcycle" elizabeth did not want the motorcycle to be destroyed in an accident nor did she want Adam to be hurt or arrested for it.

"I've heard about you from Elizabeth, because I'm her advisor and helper, and I think something like this is going to happen with what she describes about your personality" jaspar said while pulling some papers and cards from the folder he had ready.

"All I need is some identification of you and a photo of your face and I can finish this within an hour" Jaspar said with a blank expression.

Despite the intelligence she displayed, she was not arrogant and calm as she acted respectfully in front of Elizabeth and her partner.

"Thank you very much, it looks like you're a great asset and maybe the real brain behind Elizabeth's operation" thanks Adam, praising Jaspal's intelligence.

"I knew Elizabeth was too stupid to make such a plan," Adam murmured to himself jokingly, leaving Elizabeth once again agitated.

On the way back to her apartment, she has something she wants to ask the system.

Adam has realized that the system will adapt and change to fit itself and is there to nurture it and help its growth in any way necessary. He can sometimes get past the irritating nature of the system and begin to learn the different ways the system works and acts to help him.

[So what is covered in the Stat of Wisdom] asks Adam, wanting to get all the information from the system before he forgets and the system withholds it from him.

{This is a measure of one's common sense, their ability to discern the motives or feelings of others and their ability to make rational decisions. While this is not a direct measure of who has more information or knowledge stored in their mind, it does indicate who is more likely to make the right decision. It did not increase with the strength of cultivators and their rationality, represented by the Stat of Wisdom, only increasing through experience} explained the system.

[Why it says 5+5] asked Adam.

{5 is the average level of wisdom expected from an experienced adult and it is the level of wisdom that the host has before integrating with the system. But with the Hunter mind, the host is able to display double the rationality expected of the average adult, that is if the mind of the Hunter is in full control and not suppressed by the host} answer the system.

Adam was pleased that the system had added another stat, but given that the Peering Status Feature cost the system 100,000 points, Adam knew that he would not be able to see people's wisdom points for a long time.

After Jaspal fakes a fake license for Adam and somehow hacks into the city's database and adds it, Adam has everything he needs to finally be able to return to his master with his own vehicle.

He couldn't help but praise Jaspal's usefulness and intelligence because he had helped Adam massively with his vehicle, license, and everything he had done.

"You realize that just because you have a SIM now, it doesn't mean you can actually ride a motorcycle" elizabeth said with a tone of ridicule in her voice as she ate her food in the underground lair.

“All right let's see it later and I'll show you that I can, I just need an open area to try it first” argued Adam, convinced that he will be able to ride a motorcycle with everything he memorized.
