The Dungeon System
84.criminal hooded part 1

Adam without realizing it, lets his Bloodlust take over and defeat the gang, after a hint of hatred he feels towards the despicable nature of the gang.

He noticed that although his emotions clouded his judgment and had to be suppressed in certain situations with his Hunters mind, those emotions also gave and triggered his strength and drive.

But Adam could not help but feel a little wary and bewildered by the lack of police in the area Elizabeth was about to bring, and inevitably praised Elizabeth's prudence and planning that went beyond even her own plans.

He reckoned that the number of police interventions was low in poorer areas and targeted small, non-influential gangs he could pull to his side easily.

The police focused more on the richer and more central areas of the city, leaving the outermost and poorer areas neglected, as they were all controlled by those with higher status, wealth, and power.

Along with the existence of cultivation, which allowed people to gain superhuman strength and abilities, weapons were quite accessible and knives were easy to hold.

As the crime begins to become increasingly uncontrollable in poorer areas, most of the time have no choice but to use the evil to support themselves and their families.

Although, there are despicable groups who have no reason behind their actions, other than their evil nature and enjoy the pain and misery of others.

Seeing that along with knowing about the existence of strong cultivators who were above the law, Adam was not too afraid of the police chasing after him or finding out who he was, and even if they did, Adam was not too afraid of the police pursuing him, his strength and strength kept growing.

Whenever he thought of the disgusting crimes committed by them, he imagined his aunt in that position and was filled with hatred.

Adam must show his strength through fighting a few more times, but most small gangs are willing to stop their petty crimes, if they are able to provide for their families.

Elizabeth plans to gather as many desperate people as possible, and a desperate push emerges to succeed, which will propel her organization forward.

Or so the hope.

While Adam continues to move from one small gang to another, giving them a meeting point that Elizabeth has set up, the local police station is busy searching for the Hooded Criminals.

"The FBI tried to take over the case and search for this hooded killer alone, but not under my supervision" a young detective muttered to himself.

Her name is Angela Valdez and she is of Latin American descent.

He holds the record for being the youngest to be promoted to detective in his office and is a talented and vigilant detective.

His mother died giving birth to a child, and his older brother and father raised him.

He always got what he wanted and lived a fairly happy childhood despite his mother's death, but it didn't last long.

When he is old enough to understand how the world works, he realizes that what his family is involved in is breaking the law.

His father was part of the mafia along with his older brother and other relatives, and were all involved in the arms and drug trade.

However, their actions return to bite them and the happy stupid life Angela lives soon collapses. Two of his older brothers were killed by gun violence between rival gangs, while his third father and older brother were arrested and imprisoned with lengthy sentences.

Angela had a difficult childhood, one filled with traumatic experiences, and she came to the conclusion that the root of almost everything was evil.

With that realization, she studied hard and after graduating school joined the police cadets, despite being hated by her relatives.

He wanted to stop crime, while also making sure that people in vulnerable situations were not forced to commit crimes, and quickly rose through the ranks in his office.

He went from being a cadet to an officer within a year, then within 3 more years he had been promoted to detective by the police captain after achieving many achievements.

Now at the age of 22, he faces his first killer, who not only kills a hospital director, but also escapes without leaving a trace or evidence.

"This is the kind of villain I hate the most. Who took justice into their own hands" Angela murmured to herself, thinking about how her family seemed right while raising her but committed many crimes.

He is angered by the fact that he cannot proceed to investigate the case after the FBI takes over the case, and it is not only the first murder case he finds, but also a unique one.

"Angela, Angela, there have been reports of a hooded male figure outside the western Brooklyn borough and he is reported to have violently beaten up a small group of gangs" officials said.

"There are also some other small conspirators who cannot be arrested without evidence, who have been beaten by these hooded criminals" he added.

"The ambulance is on its way now, and the location of the last man seen, according to police reports was XXXXXXXX" the officer told the news agency.

Without thinking he picked up his badge, gun, and jacket and rushed out of his office.

He ran past the police station followed by his subordinates.

"Wait for the detective, you're not in this case and the hooded criminal may be dangerous" calling his subordinates as he chases after him.

But Angela did not listen and rushed out of the police station.

Angela is a detective assigned cases that have no clear verdict, and the cases she handles are under the FBI and regular police officers.

But most of the time, Angela has to find her own case to solve in order to upgrade her portfolio, looking for a promotion to a higher station with more power.

The goal is to reform the state police, then the FBI, and eventually the entire government, so that no one else has no choice but to turn to crime or have to become a victim of crime.

As a detective, he is assigned his own undercover police car, but also has a siren if necessary and without asking permission, he jumps into his car and turns on the siren, which is what he wants, driving before his subordinates or anyone else could stop him.
