17.Coincidentally

Adam in his apartment felt very good and happy and wanted to get something to eat before he thought about what to do all day.

He ordered the same meal he ordered last time, which he liked, two large steaks and a salad, and when it arrived, sat down at his desk and started eating while thinking hard.

Suddenly a thought flashed through his mind and he jumped.

Ending the phone call, Adam hopes to find a way to earn money, but also deeply doubts that someone as young as Sarah will have a useful business plan that can actually make him money.

Meeting him at the entrance after 10 minutes of taking him to his apartment, the two of them sat in his living room while looking at the beautiful scenery.

"So my plan is.." he explained.

He had found many cheap properties on the outskirts or in areas with bad reputations and after developing and renovating them, he would be able to sell or rent them out more than he bought.

The decision to spend a few nights worth of gold on this project was a good investment for his future and from his plan, he did not need to convert gold into dollars once it started to increase.

"You trust me so much to transfer 10,000 dollars directly to me, what if I run away and what if I don't give you anything," he asked in surprise.

"I can give money until the business starts to increase and it's an investment for me and we split everything 50/50, and what reason should I doubt my friend and I keep your word" he replied, trying to smile.

However, in his mind, he had already analyzed his weaknesses especially his father in the hospital and his own life.

Subconsciously, his Hunter Mind made him think about everything analytically, logically, and ruthlessly.

"Perfectly we can make a contract here and now so you are convinced because my words mean nothing in court" he said.

He makes a long contract on the computer in Adam's room and prints it out, they both sign and agree that ownership and profit sharing will be balanced between them and Adam will only act as a shareholder and have no obligation to work, but can still make decisions.

Sending him 10,000 he realized that he no longer had a place to stay because he missed the rent.

"Don't worry about that, you can stay in the guest room as long as you like and when you get the money, you can go or split the rent" he offered nonchalantly.

"By the way why you're at the club and who those people are, by the way" he asked remembering what happened.

"Oh yeah, are you okay that guy's carrying a knife" he exclaimed worriedly, also recalling what happened.

"Don't worry, you should probably worry more about them" he said with a wry smile.

All he knew was that he was fighting three men and one had a knife before he fainted, but given his muscular body, he considered him good at fighting.

"So you beat up three men and one carried a knife," he asked with a gaping mouth in admiration.

Adam has always been a thin kid and very weak and bad at sports in school and will spend most of his time with friends, studying, playing games or watching shows and reading books.

"Um, alright.., ah yes, I took karate," he said as he stammered over what to say.

Looking deep into her red eyes, she was mesmerized and realized how much her best friend had changed.

"What about your eyes, do you now use contact lenses to make them red?" she asked.

Having a friend around her makes her happy and she feels that she is normal again and also wants to meet her other best friend.

"How are Cole and Emma," he asked, trying to shift the subject.

Sarah is still confused by how fast things are going and after two and a half years, she meets her old best friend who has a total change in everything and not just paid for her father's medical bills, but also invest in his plan.

"Cole and Emma are dating and I think they might go to college, but what you've done for me now won't be forgotten and I'll pay it back" she told Adam.

"We all have to meet because I haven't been friends or having fun since I left high school" she suggested.

"That reminds me, I wouldn't have left before because of my difficult situation, but now we can go together to the high school reunion that will be held at Maxwell 5 Star Restaurant next week," he said he hinted they would leave as a couple.

"Why not" she answered reluctantly, but did not want to hurt her feelings.

[Sarah's business idea, our relatives are in a similar situation in the same hospital and the Maxwell Family again. So many coincidences, fate actually works in a mysterious way. I guess life during the day is going to be busier and more interesting now]
