77.Best day ever

"Adam it's you" he said as he looked at the young man's face.

"Yes aunt, it's me" Adam replied with a smile and tears of happiness.

All the hardships that Adam had gone through and all that he had experienced had paid off when he saw his aunt wake up again and he could now see how much he had grown.

"How long has it been," she asked looking at her face and body that looked much older than the last one she remembered.

"We can talk about it later, but let me call the nurse to examine your body and see this miracle" Adam said while avoiding his question and pretending to be surprised and excited.

Adam is obviously excited that his aunt is finally awake, but he has to exaggerate and pretend not to know how his aunt woke up, so there will be no suspicion around him.

"Snitch fast, come and see. My aunt suddenly woke up" called Adam pretending to be overwhelmed while dragging Cole inside.

The nurses could not help but be surprised when they saw Aunt Adam sitting on the hospital bed with a puzzled expression.

He looked healthy and also looked a little younger as the pill not only recovered his body, but also slightly improved it.

"It's magical" lamented the nurse who returned to the room and immediately began to organize the body of Aunt Adam.

"What happened" asked her aunt who was confused by her reaction.

"Oh your adopted son has paid your medical bills and visited you regularly" replied the nurse, who has seen Adam in the hospital many times and knows about his situation.

Looking at the child she grew up with, she could no longer recognize him and saw a strong, independent young man, who cared for her unhealthy aunt.

She could not help but cry as everything that happened flooded her in excitement, confusion and sadness all at once.

"It's okay auntie, once they check your body and you can leave, we can drive you around. You don't miss much anyway" reassured Adam while hugging his aunt.

All the tribulations he had endured were all worth seeing his aunt awaken, and Adam knew that if not for the Underground Prison System, it was worth it, he would still do a lot of work and struggle to pay his aunt's medical bills.

After several checks on his body, the doctors were surprised to find that his body had not only fully recovered, but was also very healthy and had almost no problems at all.

She brings her clothes shopping and whatever she likes is bought for her by Adam or Cole, who wanted to pamper him after so long he had missed and they went to eat three delicious dishes in a delicious expensive restaurant.

After spending the day together, none of them could wipe away the wide smiles on their faces as they returned to their building.

Adam shows his aunt around her apartment and shows her the largest master bedroom that has been reserved for her, and she is constantly struck by the wealth that Cole and Adam display.

"How come you two are so rich" he suddenly exclaimed as they sat together in Adam's living room.

"I worked for my father's business which was quite successful" Cole replied.

"And I have a small, growing company and have a lot of work over the last few years to be able to pay your medical bills" Adam replied.

Both of their answers were honest, but very vague, he did not know what to assume.

"Well, I'm glad to see you two grow up, and live together" her aunt said, assuming that Cole was living in the third room they didn't enter.

Instantly the atmosphere became awkward, as Adam decided to clear up his assumptions.

"Actually the other person living in the room wasn't Cole and he was my business partner" Adam corrected.

Instantly his aunt gives him a mischievous wink together with Cole, which irritates Adam when he starts to explain the situation defensively, causing his aunt and Cole to laugh at him.

Everything happened so fast and they had a great day, it couldn't have been better. After Adam's aunt cooked them a nice meal for dinner, they all went to the room to sleep and Cole returned to his penthourse.

Adam is thrilled with how that day has changed and his long-awaited reunion with his aunt finally takes place, yet she could not shake off the shady feeling she had when she thought of her aunt's vegetative state earlier.
