26. Entering stage 3

With a deep slash on his face and a continuous stream of blood from his wound, Adam constantly lost a small amount of HP, and even though it would not kill him, it did not kill him, it would lower his HP for the final stage.

Taking off his shirt, Adam wrapped it tightly around his face and lower neck to reduce the blood lost.

Once again the three tunnels revealed themselves, but instead of rushing in, they rushed in, Adam knew that he would weaken if he worked too hard recklessly and sat in a cross-legged position quietly as he allowed his faster natural recovery to reduce the wounds on his face and recover it was stamina that started to tire after two fierce battles.

He felt the same strange sense of comfort as he sat cross-legged quietly as he felt as if he was about to enter a subtle and meditative state.

After a while, Adam finally woke up from his meditative state and was able to sense that his MP and HP had increased a little after the break he had.

"How long, system," ask Adam who will never know how much time will pass each time he goes to the subtle realm that will block his senses from the surroundings and make time a mere blur.

{4 hours have passed inside the dungeon and 2 hours in reality} system replied.

He was surprised that 4 hours had passed when he only felt it was only a few minutes, and wondered how much natural recovery his HP and MP had recovered.

He was satisfied with his current condition and how much he had recovered and felt as if he was ready for the final stage.

Adam had a terrible deep scar of three claws that ran from his sliced lips and down to his neck and still felt pain on his face, but it is not affected and knows that it will not be permanent in his body.

Completing his two daggers in preparation for the final stage, Adam headed to the three tunnels.

Before he chose the tunnel, he checked the inventory to check what the coyote beast had given him, but it was only a few feathers that would be useless to him in battle.

"What tunnel should I choose this time" he muttered to himself.

In the same way as the first two stages, Adam did not think too much about it and took the left tunnel because he had previously taken the right and middle tunnel and wished that he was lucky.

As soon as he stepped into the tunnel and the tunnel closed behind him, he felt his heart pounding as he was nervous and excited for the final stage in the sub-dungeon Canidae.

It was exactly the same tunnel as the first two stages, but this time it was twice the size of the second stage and had a rough length of 40 meters.

Stepping into the open area and out of the stage, his retreat was instantly obstructed and he stood at the edge of the open cave, but nothing appeared before him.

"Am I lucky and I don't have to fight" he assumed and just as he was about to celebrate he heard a notice echoing in his mind.

{Sub-Dungeon Boss Initiated - Gray Wolf King} system announced.

The moment he heard this, the magically lit cave shone with light and suddenly a huge gray wolf appeared out of nowhere.

Looking at his status, Adam could not help but be intimidated and his size was comparable to a bear, but still possessed the speed and intelligence of a Candiae beast with a powerful large body.

The blade shone and each of its teeth was large enough to form a blade as its red eyes glared at Adam furiously.

{Canidae Boss - this is the last stage of this sub-dimensional and the Gray Wolf King is in a state of raging and hating very much the host} system announced.

{You are lucky} the system states seriously.

"How fortunate is this, what are the other possibilities of a stronger animal," asked Adam puzzled at how lucky he was.

The beast seemed to be being held in the same way as the other beasts before Adam attacked so he knew that he could still communicate with the system as it growled and barked at him ferociously.

{No, you are lucky to have the most difficult final stage} system said.

Adam could tell from the robot's tone of voice that the system was, that it was really serious and not joking with him.

"How lucky I am to have to deal with the monster" he exclaimed.

{Home master is lucky at each stage and has the most difficult result for each stage, which will allow the host to get a bigger final prize.

Adam surprises himself with his own happiness of having more difficult battles that allow him to push himself further and the excitement is mostly not because of his gifts but because he strangely likes fight.

Removing the re-emerging thoughts of him strangely enjoying the battle, Adam took a deep breath and sat down cross-legged wanting to calm his mind before the battle began.

Suddenly he was interrupted by another notice in his mind.

{Battle Boss has started} system announced just as he sat down.

Instantly the beast detached and attacked Adam who was 20 meters away from him.

"Damn it, fuck your system" he shouted as he jumped and charged towards the last beast.

Adam who lost the advantage of the first attack knew that against such a powerful beast there was nothing to hold back.

"The Call of Leporidae"

"Call of Canidae"

"Goblin Call"

A small white rabbit with razor-sharp claws, a medium-sized beast that had a mix of fox and coyote features and a small burly goblin with a staff in his hand appeared from thin air next to Adam.

"Groaning" he shouted.
