"Adam you're finally up, come and join us" Cole called in kindly, looking at Adam from the dining table in the middle of the open area.
"Sure" accept Adam.
He walked towards them to look at the large table full of various foods they were unlikely to spend.
"Food is so much" Adam said as his stomach rumpled, realizing he had not eaten for a long time.
"Join us, you're obviously hungry" Cole joked as they all started laughing.
Adam sat down next to Cole and started devouring a lot of food.
Looking at Adam's appetite and the amount he could eat, they were very surprised, considering him as their skinny friend who didn't eat much.
But looking at his toned and sculpted body, it made sense to them that his physique required a lot of food to sustain him.
"So, Adam would you tell us why you slept so suddenly and for so long" Emma asked curiously.
"Well, I'm tired and I'm used to sleeping for a long time, so my body is used to it and it's become a habit to sleep for a long time" Adam replied.
Adam became adept at formulating excuses and stories to cover the traces of the Underground Prison System and avoid any questions that were targeted towards the effects of the system.
The answer was unsatisfactory, but answered the question and Cole managed to get in and get his friend out of the awkward question.
"So, Sarah what are you going to do now, are you planning to go to college like Emma. It may not be too late" asked Cole, releasing the target from Adam.
Adam gave Cole a grateful smile, then turned to Sarah who was about to answer.
"Well, Adam and I have started a company" Sarah announced proudly.
"Really, what the basics are and how much capital you have so far," asked Emma who is an economics student and interested in Sarah's sudden disclosure.
"Um, we just started a week ago and have invested 50,000 dollars into the company" Sarah replied.
Emma's expression did not change in the slightest and seemed to regard 50,000 dollars as something unsurprising.
"And about what," asked Cole, who did not get much detail from Adam.
"This is a property and real estate development company and we'll be taking off in a few months" she said.
"Need help with the company" Cole offered generously.
Sarah looks around the penthouse and sees the wealth that Cole is clearly accessible to, but she is too shy to ask for help and also unwilling to do so as she will not be satisfied with her own work.
"Why don't we exchange phone numbers for now so we don't lose touch with each other for a few more years" Adam suggested, seeing Sarah struggling to answer.
"Yes we have to do that, otherwise Adam will suddenly disappear" Cole agreed, also changing the subject.
They exchanged numbers and finished their meal, then sat in the lounge area to relax.
Adam notices that his Hunters mind is very relaxed around his friends and he ends up feeling like he is really a normal person while continuing to laugh out loud with his best friend.
Meanwhile, Sarah and Emma also enjoy the show, from the side of their waiting room, as the four of them reminisce about the past for a long time.
"What are you planning to do today?" ask Adam to Cole.
"Well, I'm going to see my father who wants to take me to a formal event" Cole replied.
"What about you?" asked Cole in response.
"I had no plans and had a free schedule for the day, but had to come back before it was too late" Adam replied.
"Why don't you come with me" Cole suggested.
"Aren't you supposed to go with your girlfriend to a formal event" Adam said, not wanting to get in the way of Cole's relationship.
"Well, Emma doesn't like this show and prefers to hang out with Sarah. It's true Emma" call Cole.
Emma nods in agreement and returns to Sarah as they also plan their day.
"Then, I don't understand why not" accept Adam.
"When we're going" asked Adam.
"Hmmm, in 13 minutes" count Cole while looking at his expensive looking watch.
"What, so quickly" cried Adam, shocked by the calm and cold attitude that Cole had despite being late for a formal event.
Then recalling how Cole always made it late and was never on time, Adam could not help but shake his head.
"Quick change" Adam urged Cole, who was sitting next to him in informal clothing.
"What, I'm gonna be like this" Cole said.
"Don't you say it's a formal event?" ask Adam.
"Yes"
"Then why should you wear jeans and t-shirts" Adam exclaimed in shock and frustration at Cole's uncaring and indifferent attitude.
Cole stood up and headed for the exit, leaving Aam raving to himself about how irresponsible Cole had been since they were young.
"Are you coming" call Cole from inside the elevator.
Adam rushes to join Cole and the two are disappointed and amused by Cole's actions as the elevator door closes after him and takes them down.
"Adam and Cole are classics, always fighting and acting like entertainment to us" Emma sneered as she and Sarah began to laugh amongst themselves.
