Frustrated that he needed system points to unlock mastery features, Adam is once again shown how valuable system points are and that he needs to save even more.
"The system shows me how many system points and how much gold I have" he ordered.

It was heartbreaking for Adam to spend 250 system points before he healed his Aunt, but he saw it as an investment in his power to earn more system points faster in the future and heal him.

The moment he heard the announcement, despite losing 250 points, he was excited to see how the feature worked and what he could master.
He suppressed the mastery tab and the only things he saw he could master were the dagger and dual wielding.
There was a mastery bar under each one and he could see that he had not mastered any of them in the slightest because the bar was empty and it stated that he had achieved 0% mastery%.
[What other system can I master and why my mastery for daggers and dual use is 0%] he asked.
{The mastery feature only shows the things that the host wants to master or is in the process of mastery which is why only both are in the mastery feature at the moment. For dagger mastery and dual use the host to be 0%, it is literally because the host has not quite mastered it yet to equalize the percentage of the full mastery the system explained.
Hearing this he was shocked and curious about what exactly complete mastery of daggers and dual use was.
He saw that in order to increase his mastery by 1% for double use it was one point and for daggers, it was 10 points, he said, which is not much and surprises Adam who thinks that everything in the system is expensive.
But after increasing his mastery of the two swords and daggers to 1%, he saw that the price to increase it to the next position was higher.
"Of course it's not that easy" he muttered as he slapped his own forehead.
Adam increased his dagger mastery to 4% and double use mastery to 10% and ended up spending 216 points.
Every time he increased mastery by 1%, the cost to increase it again would be much higher each time.
It was an incredible amount of points for Adam at his current stage, but he was addicted to the exhilarating feeling he felt whenever gaining knowledge and experience.
He was only stopped by the notification he received from the system that jolted him out of his spending.
{Ding, the host has obtained the Dual Slash} skill the system announced.
When he heard the notice he was happy, curious and also annoyed after realizing how many points he had spent.
[What is a Dual Slash Skill and how do I get it] he asked, looking on the bright side and pleased after feeling the knowledge of the skill in his mind, but still wanting an explanation from the system.
{Home masters will get some kind of skill or improvement on every 10% mastery and double slashes are basic skills where the host uses both blades that you use double to slash two slashes formed from the energy} system explains.

The outer slash of the two energy slashes used two blades.

2 MP was not much but considering he could summon two ferocious beasts and have them formed in less than a minute, his strength was definitely strong.
Jumping from an excited tree to test his newfound strength, one thing Adam wanted to check before he went to war was how many system points were left.

Hearing the notice, he realized how much he had spent and was extremely disappointed, but instead of getting discouraged, it gave him more encouragement.
"I'm going to finish this dungeon tonight" he said as he felt the new knowledge and skills he had acquired.
Tightly clenching his two daggers as he brushed aside the cold with increased resistance and his fortified mind, he was able to overcome the environmental effects as he headed to the Canidae Stage.
"Come to me you son of a bitch" she cried with all her might.
Adam was not stupid and with the mind Hunters would never be able to make a mistake that would harm him, and knowing that he would waste time searching for wild beasts, he called them to come to him.
Unknowingly the decision was affected by his enhanced Blood Lust as he could feel his heart beating rapidly in excitement as he heard howls and saw all kinds of beasts coming into his position.
With their strong senses and Adam calling them, they could smell the smell of blood on the Adam they knew as their own and they saw him as a food target and they would be able to take revenge on their fallen brothers.
They were like all the other animals Adam had encountered, programmed to antagonize Adam so that Adam had no reason to show them mercy.
As dozens of beasts attacked Adam, he smiled as he crossed his two blades diagonally across his chest.
Double slash
Adam could feel some sort of energy present within his body flowing into his arms and sword as he slashed outwards in the same manner as the system ordered.
Two blades formed from energy flew out from his blade onto the ferocious beast that ran towards him and slashed straight at the Canidae beast he struck.
Adam felt as if he had complete mastery over the skill and as if it was instinct when he used it, it was a real skill, but he felt more drained than he should have after losing only 2 MP after using it.
The Activation fee was 2 MP, but that did not mean that the skill capacity was limited to 2 MP and Adam mistakenly used 4 MP in an attack that destroyed 7 beasts.
As he watched his experience increase with the system and the blood he took from the ferocious beasts and other ferocious beasts that attacked him, Adam's eyes flashed red as his Blood Lust took over.
"Dead" he shouted.
