93. monkey hunting

A group of dozens of monkey beasts, all of which had varying levels of strength between LVL 14 and LVL 16, all rushed towards Adam's location from the trees.

Adam is immediately intimidated by the large number of monkey animals when he realizes that there is no place for him to run or hide from the many monkey animals that have a terrain advantage.

He had no weapons and looked at his surroundings, there seemed to be nothing he could use, as he prepared to fight against the monkey monsters using his fists and calls.

"I had no chance to face them all at once and I would be cornered, I had to separate them" Adam muttered to himself as he watched the screaming monkeys swinging towards him.

The 3 monkey monsters closest to Adam all swung towards him wanting to attack him with a powerful hammer fist down, but Adam did not seem to be affected by those 3 attacks.

Goblin Call

Summoning his goblin summoning, it was the summoning he had with the most Power points and had a weapon, Adam ordered him to take down the 3 monkey monsters that came with his staff before they reached it.

With the command he had to follow, the burly goblin held tightly to his staff and swung his staff with as much force as possible, sweeping away all the monsters that were in the air before him in a single strike.

Goblin Summon's attack launches 3 monkey monsters crashing into a tree in the distance as the strength of Goblin Summon surprises Adam, and the,

Adam realized that all of his calls had the same number of stat points, which were used in different statistics, and the number of stat points they had was slightly above average for their LVL and slightly below his.

However, he had underestimated how powerful it made them and because of their unique body structure and attributes, they were much more useful than he had expected.

He also realized that they were far superior to the savage beasts in the same LVL as them because they did not have a limited mentality, like the ferocious beasts in the dungeon, and they maintained the knowledge they gained every time they were summoned which increased their combat power.

Despite the powerful attack, the three monkey beasts had yet to be defeated and there were many more monkey beasts to deal with.

Adam summons two calls that he has obtained that have sharp teeth and or sharp claws to be able to inflict the most damage on the monkey beast, while he feels that in the current situation, he is, Pythonidae Summoning and Primate Summoning will be useless. .

The summoning of a Primate that he had yet to use would not be of much use against an ape beast that was of the exact same species, and it had yet to experience battle or retain any knowledge, either, while the Summoning Pythonidae had very limited movements and would not be of much use against many opponents.

"Don't take any damage and attack the monkey beasts that are trying to attack us" Adam ordered to call out to him as he formed a formation with his back leaning on the tree.

The Summoning Leporidae stood on his shoulder, while the Goblin Summoning and the Summoning Canidae stood before him and struck the attacking monster beasts.

Upon seeing that their individual attacks from the trees were unsuccessful, the intelligent and adaptable monkey monsters changed their strategies as they all formed their own formations on the ground.

Adam is happy to see that they have chosen to give up on the one advantage they have over him, when he changes his plans and decides to deal with them directly.

Grabbing the Summoning Leporidae, which were small enough to be held with one hand, Adam threw a small animal like a white rabbit towards the monkey beast.

The summoning of Leporidae was interrupted by the way it threw like a ball, but the forward momentum exerted by the throw increased the power of its slash, as it slashed at an ape beast, it left three deep claw marks on the monkey's neck.

"Attack" cried Adam as he attacked the monkey monster standing on the ground with his Canidae and Goblin Summon.

After the monster monster decided to fight on the ground instead of attacking from the tree, Adam knew that he could win the battle with his call as he started attacking the monster beside his call.

Adam and the Goblin Summoning dealt a heavy blow that damaged and weakened the monsters, while the Leporidae Summoning and Canidae Summoning would slash and finish them off.

Adam and his summoning were in perfect coherence with each other as they all covered each other's backs and worked together to slaughter the group of 40 ape beasts.

He feels a rush of exhilarating adrenaline, pleasure and excitement as he witnesses the power he is able to generate along with his calling as they all work together and cover for each other's shortcomings.

Within minutes he had managed to kill all the monster monsters beside his call as he fainted on the ground immediately after depleting his IESP and suffered some damage from the battle.

Activating the Ethereal Recovery Skill, Adam began to recover his energy and HP as he also realized that his progress speed was increasing and so was his skill in hunting ferocious beasts.

After 3 hours of using the Ethereal Recovery Skill, he had fully recovered his energy storage and lost his HP and stood ready to continue his hunt.

What he had gathered so far on the 2nd Floor was that there seemed to be a civilization or group of ape beasts in the middle that was similar to how the goblins were on the 0th Floor, and they are also ready for groups and are very adaptable.

Therefore, Adam must make sure that he kills them quickly and quickly before they can adapt and learn, and before they can retreat and return with more ape beasts.

With that in mind, he had to be careful not to warn those monsters as if it was not because his 3 calls were activated at once, Adam knew that he would be badly beaten if he were alone.

It was only because of the coherence that he and his calling displayed while fighting together and their superiority over the monkey beasts, otherwise, even with his 3 calls, the monkey beasts would be able to defeat them by their numbers.

The main advantage and quality of monkey monsters is that they have a balanced statistics and can quickly adapt to most situations, but if they are not given time to adapt, they are not, they are not difficult enemies to defeat.

"I will keep it for the time I fight against the Boss Beast on this floor and will give the rest of his loot to Primate Summon to strengthen himself" Adam decided.

Surveying the nearby area, Adam found some monkey beasts that he quickly killed by summoning the Summoning Leporidae and launching them into the beast.

He began to realize that the closer he went to the center, the more ape beasts there were and the stronger they were, the more powerful they were,

Knowing that, Adam was similar to how he targeted the weaker Goblin Guards on Level 0, revolving around the outer area of the monster territory.

In doing so, he expanded rapidly and hunted using only the Summoning Leporidae and his own strength, as he continued to slaughter the monkey monsters in the outer area of stage 2.

He only stopped to use the Ethereal Recovery Skill to recover the energy storage and HP that would be lost, and after a day of hunting inside the dungeon, he finally managed LVL UP.
